Abstract: ان تطور حقل البوليمرات الدوائية قد اخذ بالاهتمام في العقدين الماضيين كمواد بايولوجية استخدمت في مكونات صناعة الاعضاء وكوسيلة دوائية وفي طب الاسنان، وقد تطور حقل المعرفة بالبوليمرات المستعملة كمواد صيدلانية وعلاجية،وقد استخدمت كمقدمات دوائية (prodrugs) التي يتم تحررها بسرع منتظمة على شكل جزيئات صغيرة او كبيرة كعلاج لامراض مختلفة ولمواقع مصابة محددة في الجسم لتقليل السمية ولتحسين الانتخابية.ونتيـــجة لتزايد اهمـــــية البوليـــمرات الدوائية الحاوية على مجامـــيع حلقـــية غير متجانسة فقد تم في هذا البـــحث تحضير بوليمرات دوائية مختلفة بخـــطوات ثــلاث : - اولا : - تحضير عـــــــدد من حوامـــــض الســـــتراكوناميك المعــــــوضة (1A5 - A) والايتكوناميك المعوضة (A10 - A6) من تفاعل حامض الستراكون اللامائي او الايتكون اللامائي مع امينات حلقية غير متجانسة مثل ( 2 - امينو بريدين ،الميلامين ،4 - امينو انتي بايـــرين ،4 - امينـــو - 2,2,6,6 - تيترا مثيل ببــــريدين، 2 - امينو - 6 - هيــدروكسي بيريدين ).1. ان المونومرات المحضرة اعلاه جميعها قد بلمرت بطريقة الجذور الحرة (A20 - A11) وحولت الى املاح الصوديوم (A31 - A27)، (A36 - A32) او الامونيوم (A41 - A37) ، (A46 - A42) المقابلة.2. تحضير الايمايدات المعوضة المقابلة باستخدام حامض الخليك اللامائي وخـلات الصــوديوم اللامائية بســــــحب جزيئة ماء وغلـــــــق الحلقة (A23 - A21)، ثم بلمرت الايمايدات المعوضة بالمجاميع الحلقية غير المتجانسة (A26 - A24) .ثانيا : - البلمرة التكاثفية للاديبويل كلورايد مع : - ا - الثايمين واليوراسيل لتحضير البولي استر (A48 - A47) .ب‌ - الميلامين للحصول على بولي امايد (A49) متشابك او خيطي . جـ - 2 - امينو 6 - هيدروكسي بيريدين للحصول على بولي (استر - امايد) التتابعي (A50).ثالثا : - ا - تحضير مونومرات الاكريل امايد المعوضة من تكاثف حامض الاكريليك مع الامينات الحلقية غير المتجانسة (A55 - A51) ثم بلمرة هذه المونومرات الى (A60 - A56) بطريقة الجذور الحرة.ب - بلمرة حامض الاكريليك وتعويضه بالامينات الحلقية غير المتجانسة للحصول على بوليمرات الاكريل امايد المعوضة بهذه الطريقة (A60 - A56).شخصت المونومرات والبوليمرات المحضرة بوساطة اطياف الاشعة تحت الحمراء والاشعة فوق البنفسجية ،وبعضها قد شخص بوساطة التحليل الدقيق للعناصر .كما درست الصفات الفيزيائية والنسب المئوية للانتفاخ لبعض البوليمرات المحضرة. | The use of functional polymers in medicine has been of considerable growth during the past two decades Polymers as biomaterial have found applications in such areas as artificial organs, tissue engineering ,components of medical devices ,and dentistry. A growing as pect of the field is recognition of polymers as useful therapeutic agents ,ice ,either polymers that exhibit pharmacological properties or that can be utiliced as carried for selective and sustained delivery small molecular or macromolecular as a pharmaceutical agents for a variety disease states .They include delivery of drugs at sustained rate, targeted delivery of drugs at specific sites (to minimize toxicity and enhance selectivity for certain antitumors . Due to the increasing importanceof drug polymers containing heterocyclic compounds, in this new work different drug polymers have been synthesized by three lines as follow : - First : - - Preparation of N - substituted Citraconamic acids (A5 - A1) and Itaconamic acids(A10 - A6) from reaction of Citraconic anhydride and itaconicanhydr with different heterocyclic amines such as 2Amino pyridine ,Melamine, 4 - Aminoanti Pyrine, 2,2,4,4 Pipredine and 2 - Amino 6 - hydroxy pyridine.All these prepared monomers were polymerized free radically (A11 - A15),(A16 - A20) and converted to their corresponding sodium or ammonium salts(A42 - A46),(A37 - A41),(A32 - A36),(A27 - A31) and cyclized to corresponding imides (A21 - A23) by using acetic anhydride and anhydrous sod.acetate as a dehydrating agent, then polymerized to N - substituted polyimide (A24 - A26). Second : - Polycondensation of Adipoyl chloride with : - A - Uracile or Thymine to prepare polyesters(A47 - A48) .B - Melamine to get Polyamide (A49).C - 2 - Amino 6 - hydroxy Pyridine to get Sequential Poly(ester - amide) (A50). Third : - A - Synthesis of N - Heterocyclic Acrylamide Monomers from reaction of Acrylic acid with hetrocyclic amines (A55 - A51) .All acrylamide monomers were polymerized freeradicall (A60 - A56).B - Polymerization of acrylic acid then substituted by heterocyclic amines produce N - substituted acrylamide Polymers (A60B - A56B).The preparated monomers and polymers were characterized by UV.,IR spectroscopy ,and some of them were analyzed by element analysis, physical properties and viscosities were determined ,acid number and swelling percentage have been studied for some polymers

Abstract: حضرت عدد من مشتقات البوليمرات المحضرة بطرائق مختلفة والمعوضة بالمجاميع الحلقية غير المتجانسة، او الحوامض الامينية المختلفة، للحصول على البولي اميدات او البولي استرات او البولي (استر - اميد) التتابعي.حضرت المشتقات البوليمرية بالطرائق الاتية : 1 - تحلل البولي بايرولدينون، وتفاعله مع : ا - الامينات الحلقية غير المتجانسة (A1 - A5) مثل pyridine, melamine, 4 - aminoanti pyrine, pyrimidine, 2,2,6,6 - tetra methyl pipyridineب‌ - الحوامض الامينية (A6 - A9) مثل alanine, Glycine, Asparagine, Histidineج - مع اليوراسيل لتحضير البولي استر (A15).2 - البلمرة التكاثفية للاديبويل كلورايد مع الحوامض الامينية (A16 - A19).3 - تحوير بولي حامض الاكريليك مع : ا - الحوامض الامينية (A20 - A23)، ثم مع المركبات الحلقية غير المتجانسة (A24 - A43).ب - تحضير مونمرات الاكريل امايد المعوضة بالحوامض الامينية، ثم بلمرتها، واعادة تعويضها بالمجاميع الحلقية غير المتجانسة (A44 - A47).ج - مع اليوراسيل (A48). درست الصفات الفيزيائية لجميع البوليمرات المحضرة المختلفة، وقيست اللزوجة الجوهرية باستخدام اوستوالد - فينيسك فسكوميتر، بدرجة حرارة 30 °م وباستخدام DMSO وDMF كمذيبات.شخصت البوليمرات والمونمرات المحضرة بمطياف الاشعة فوق البنفسجية والاشعة تحت الحمراء، وباستخدام طيف الرنين النووي المغناطيسي NMR، ودرست التحاليل الحرارية الوزنية لبعض البوليمرات.ان امكان تحضير بوليمرات معوضة بمجاميع جديدة ذات صفات مميزة تكسب البوليمر تطبيقات كثيرة، ومنها التطبيقات الدوائية والطبية. | The drug carrier polymers which substituted with bio units has been considerable growth during the past two decades. A growing aspect of the field is the recognition of polymers as useful therapeutic agents, pharmacological properties, that can be utilized as carrier for selective and sustained delivery vehicles for small molecule or macromolecular. The delivery of drugs at a sustained rate, targeted delivery of drugs at specific sites to minimize toxicity and enhance selectivity for certain antitumer. Due to increasing importance of drug polymers containing heterocyclic and amino acid compounds, in this new work different drug polymers have been synthesized by three lines as follow : First : Reaction of hydrolyzed polyvinyl pyrrolidinone with : a - Heterocyclic amines such as : Melamine, 4 - Amino antipyrine, 2 - Amino pyrimidine, 2 - Amino pydidine, 4 - Amino - 2,2,6,6 - tetra methyl pyridine to obtain [A1 - A5]. b - Amino acids such as : D - alanine, Histidine, Glycine, Asparagine to obtain [A6 - A9]. c - Uracile to prepare [A15].Second : Poly condensation of adipoyl chloride with amino acids [A16 - A19]. Third : Modification of poly acrylic acid with below : a - with amino acids [A20 - A23] which were reacted with heterocyclic compound to yield [A24 - A43].b - Preparation N - substituted acryl amide monomers then polymerization free radically and resubstituted with heterocyclic amines [A44 - A47].c - With uracile to give [A48].The all prepared monomers and polymers were characterized by UV, FTIR spectroscopy also HNMR spectroscopy were identified, element analysis were calculated, and physical properties were studied, the viscosities were determined and swelling percentage have been studied for some prepared polymers.TG thermo gravimetric analysis were recorded for some drug polymers.These substituted polymers were exhibited drug carrier polymers with wide range medical applications.
