Abstract: المقاطع (القطيفات) هي سلاسل متكررة غالباً ما يكون لها مدى من الاطوال ، (عدة قواعد الى عشرات او حتى مئات من ازواج القواعد) ، وتمثل العديد من الخصائص المختلفة لجزيئات الحمض النووي الريبي منقوص الاوكسجين والحمض النووي الريبوزي والبروتين. تعدين المقطع (القطيفة) في قواعد بيانات الحمض النووي الريبي منقوص الاوكسجين والحمض النووي الريبوزي والبروتين هو تحدي حديث واتجاه مثير للاهتمام في مجال المعلوماتية الحيوية نظراً لاهميته في العديد من التطبيقات مثل الكشف عن الاستعداد للاصابة بالامراض ، والتشخيص ، والطب الشرعي ، ومختبرات الاطراف الاصطناعية ، والمختبرات الجنائية ، وتحديد هوية الجثث ، وتصنيع الادوية ، والكشف عن التلوث البيئي الكيميائي والنووي المسبب للطفرات الجينية. . تقدم هذه الاطروحة طريقة جديدة لتعدين القطيفة البسيطة والمنظمة في قواعد بيانات الحمض النووي الريبي منقوص الاوكسجين والحمض النووي الريبوزي والبروتين اساس على تقنيات اكتشاف المعرفة وخوارزميات تعلم الشبكات العصبية الاصطناعية. النظام المقترح مقسم الى خمسة مراحل ، مرحلة المعالجة الاولية لقالب القطيفة ، ومرحلة التدريب ، ومرحلة المعالجة الاولية لقاعدة البيانات ، ومرحلة الاختبار (تعدين القطيفة) ، ومرحلة التحقق من مسافة الفجوة. المدخل الى النظام المقترح هو قالب القطيفة وقاعدة البيانات. يتم استخلاص الامثلة الايجابية والسلبية للتدريب من قالب القطيفة المدخل ، بينما المخرج هو القطيفات المكتشفة مع مواصفاتها. عملية كشف القطيفة تعتمد على مرحلة الاختبار ومرحلة التحقق من مسافة الفجوة. ليس هناك هيكل ثابت للشبكات العصبية الاصطناعية ، تتولد وفقاً لهيكل قالب القطيفة واساس على خوارزميات التدريب (تقييس الانحدار المترافق ، والانتشار الخلفي المرن ، Levenberg-Marquardt ، متغير معدل التعلم النزول المتدرج ، النزول المتدرج). . قاعدة البيانات البيولوجية المستخدمة لانجاز التجارب هي (Homo sapiens dystrophin (DMD); RefSeqGene (LRG 199) on chromosome X) تتضمن سلاسل الحمض النووي الريبي منقوص الاوكسجين والحمض النووي الريبوزي والبروتين والتي تم تنزيلها من موقع المركز الوطني لمعلومات التكنولوجيا الحيوية (NCBI). . يتم تقييم اداء النظام المقترح باستخدام قواعد بيانات الحمض النووي الريبي منقوص الاوكسجين والحمض النووي الريبوزي والبروتين. اطوال سلسلة الحمض النووي الريبي منقوص الاوكسجين هي 2,227,382 قاعدة ، والحمض النووي الريبوزي هي 298,369 قاعدة ، والبروتين هي 69,554 حمض اميني. اطوال القطيفات البسيطة هي 189 قاعدة في الحمض النووي الريبي منقوص الاوكسجين والحمض . النووي الريبوزي ، و139 حمض اميني في البروتين. يتراوح مدى الفجوات في القطيفات المنظمة من 1 الى 2,227,372 قاعدة في الحمض النووي الريبي منقوص الاوكسجين ، ومن 1 الى 14,073 قاعدة في الحمض النووي الريبي ، ومن 1 الى 3695 حمض اميني في البروتين. واظهرت النتائج ان دقة النظام المقترح هي 100%. بالمقارنة مع الخوارزميات السابقة ، تعتبر الخوارزميتين (تقييس الانحدار المترافق ، والانتشار الخلفي المرن) متفوقتين بسبب دقتهما العالية اثناء عملية التدريب ووقت التدريب القصير نسبياً. تم حساب القياسات (accuracy, precision, recall, and specificity) لتقييم عملية تعدين القطيفة. اظهرت النتائج ان جميع هذه القياسات اعطت 100% باستخدام خوارزمية تقييس الانحدار المترافق. . نستنتج ان خوارزمية تقييس الانحدار المترافق ذات الاربع طبقات مخفية افضل خوارزمية من بين الخوارزميات الخمسة ، حيث اعطت نتائج دقيقة 100% لان هذه الخوارزمية لديها عدة خصائص عامة وهي ان خوارزمية تقييس الانحدار المترافق اقترحت حلاً جديدًا لتقليل دالة الخطا العالمية المعتمدة على اوزان الشبكة ، كما ان هذه الخوارزمية لا تنفذ بحث خطي مع كل تكرار و التي تستغرق وقتًا طولاً لكل تعلم على عكس خوارزميات التدرج المترافق الاخرى. بالاظافة الى خوارزمية اختبار البيانات المجزاة المرمزة وخوارزمية التحقق من مسافة الفجوة ، حققت نتائج دقيقة بنسبة 100% في عملية اكتشاف القطيفة.

Abstract: Background : Since loss of taste and smell is the most obvious symptoms of COVID - 19 infection , this indicates that SARS CoV - 2 affects sensory neurons . As a result , it is thought that the virus itself would harm other senses , such as hearing . Unlike taste and smell , which do not require measuring instruments because they are very clear indicators , the assessment of auditory status initially requires knowledge of hearing thresholds ( sound intensity ) in the audible speech frequencies ranges , which is the pure audiometry ( PTA ) handles . Objective : Evaluate the hearing threshold shift in patients infected with COVID - 19.Identify the frequency , epidemiology , and severity of sensorineural hearing loss among those patients in comparison to non infected patients . Methods and patients : The study included 50 patients infected with COVID - 19 ( ages 19-45 years ) , 21 males and 29 females , with a mean age of 31.7 ± 7.8 years and 50 patients ( ages 16 to 45 years ) 19 males and 31 females . With a mean age of 32.1 ± 9.1 , they were referred to the ENT clinic / Yarmouk Teaching Hospital / Baghdad from May 2022 until August 2022 . All participants were informed of the purpose of the study and potential benefits before agreeing to participate . All participants were examined by otoscope and tympanometry to ensure there was no excess wax , which causes hearing impairment and to check for problems in the middle ear , ear canal and eardrum and then a PTA test was performed Results : The results of this study included patient characteristics , the results of pure audiometry ( PTA ) in decibels between the left ear and the right ear of patients with the emerging corona virus , and the control group . There is no significant difference in age between the covid 19 group and the control group . We found 15 patients in the covid 19 group with sudden sensorineural hearing loss , while in the control group we found 26 patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss . There is a significant difference between sudden hearing loss in covid 19 and the control group . Conclusions : It was discovered in this case - control study that there is a gradual elevation of hearing thresholds above normal range towards the higher frequencies especially 2000 , 4000 , 8000 Hz in both ears , and severity of hearing loss was most in 25-40dB ( Mild severity ) . It can be said that there is mild effect of COVID - 19 on hearing efficiency compared with control group .
