The second chapter deals with (Sound character that consist the Arabic structure) it also divided to The third parts ,the first one about characteristic of improved sound on morphological structure) ,second part about (The effect of meeting word sound structure in harmony and dissonance, the third one about( increasing number )The third chapter discuss three issues and divided into three part, the first one about (Similarity of sound characteristic in reverse to the original), second one about (monthly sound as in FAAL - EFAAL) third part about Prolong ALMAAD sound before Hamza.The Results found in the study : 1. The relation between sound and morphology is very strong that the morphological said that interpretation and analyzed morphological structure.2. The ancient unrest in the term crossing (Acoustic status)and this term was applicable him to many of the ancients and modern. 3 - The ancient predecessors Westerners in their innovations in the characteristics theory for the voices. 4. The entrance of the tip sounds in the morphological constructions of the word which is contained in it made it in relation with the tip of morphology through the characters of these sounds from power, the voice bill, & making balance & equalization between the heavy sounds in the structure of the word.5. It's not in the lightness & heaviness in the quantity & the number of the sounds of the word, but in the equality of the duration & the speed of saying the sounds of the structure, based on this the triple construction of the equalized constructions even if it was the dual less than it.6. The sounds of closing the mouth & the palate in touch with the upper jaw could be replaces for the tip sounds which improve the construction of quintuple through its acoustic character (magnification).7. The sounds are in harmony with each other on the level of the meaning which based on the characters of the sounds, the pronunciation level represented by the diverge of the exit of the sounds which could be the only reason in this harmony.8. The increase of the long extension sounds in the construction of the word added on this construction an improved character, because of the clearance of the extension sounds in hearing.9. The lack & the plenty usage of the increasing letters is contact with its approach the character of the extension sounds.10. The referring by using facial & acoustic expressions can be considered is a part of similarity in the silent sounds because there will be a transmission from the strong acoustic character to next sound to it which change it to another acoustic character.11. The acoustic character affected the next sounds in the construction of the word by modulating these sounds from its origin in saying & sometimes in writing.12. The second Arabic sound (ع) in the word like in (Faal) which can be said in (Maftooh&Maksoor) when it's called by the Arabs in the verb (Faal&Yafal) (which means in English did - do) if the first & the second sound were from pharynx, it based to the theory of emphases through putting the sound movement of the letter (ع) next to the emphasized sounds.13. the reason behind extending the extending sounds before the(HAMZA(ء)), is to keep the extending feature in the extending sounds so that not to the extending effected by the(HAMZA (ء)), thus the balance would be achieved between extending and the difficulty of pronouncing the (HAMZA (ء) ).

Abstract: The opening panel at AL - Mofadaliat and AL Asmaiat"The study examined the opening panels in the AL - Mofadaliat and AL Asmaiat was setting in the poems with paintings in AL - Mofadaliat (66) poem.While in the AL - Asmaiat (24) poem. The opening panels of varied opens the poems between poets (altelal , kin , contest , plam , grey hair , the complaint of the night and complaining about women).The research analysed the different opening panels in the AL - Asmaiat and AL - Mofadaliat in different eras , we noted that there is alink from the panel opening and purpose , and through our induction plate opening in AL - Mofadaliat and AL - Asmaiat , we notedthat the build in these plates have two sections : opening panel single ( simple) and the opening of complex. Women occupied a distinct space and has had her editorials ( altelal and descent ) and may be real or symbolic. In the painting of ( Plame ) maintains the poet for his defense of rejecting a requirement of the people who Plame him certain that life is his only chance for glory or honour the work is at risk achieve individual and social successes. It seems philosophically controversial poet about life in too late on the vineyard , the vine will ensure his survival.In palming the grey hair , we find the poet collides with grey hair as a time - shift has a concern and as a result of the brutality described by others of weakness and disability , tries to address those by memories of the past full of trophies and adventures , in the sadness we find the poet made it a means of showing his ideas associated with the reality of death , and sometimes poets used in these paintings by subtraction narrative based on dialogue , especially in the modern poet who blame him in the poem of pride.In a complaint from the women who represented the poet's wife and no complaint in the opening picture of the mood of the poet , what was it only be a symbol of the suffering.Either the complaint of gray hair , the poet in the opening ceremony were psychic scream for important sense of alienation felt by man who suffers from graying.In reporting the night there was a complaint from the long night with bogeys , and it was not the night emotionally ( because the image of the suffering poet , a symbol of life with sorrow , and found in poets an outlet for their emotions and feelings and especially not hurt their feelings in their joy and sorrow.In the dream he found emotional outlet poet escape mechanism have once again selected through a daydream that caressed by creating a professional image , the individual's feeling of inferiority to overcome that feeling , and this was achieved in dreams. Poet's used names of women and places in various paintings of AL - Mofadaliat and AL - Asmaiat and in poetry wights they used long seas to fit a long side of soul in the poetry. Either the rhymes have used the easy rhymes and absolute more restrictive.

Abstract: Al - Jahidh is a remarkable master and a cunning teacher who took the craft from its primary sources and attained glory until he became a leader of a sect called (Al - Jahidhiya). He struggled to transfer his knowledge to a great number of scholars who studied under his hands to become knowledgeable in the doctrine inits fullest form.The book Al - Bayyan we Al - Tabyeenis the last of his books. It is regarded as a rhetoric treatise that is linked to the theology and its arts in which manifested in the doctrine of Al - Mu’tizella and Al - Jahidh was one of them. The researcher noted the circulated thinking of the treatise. He took it, thus, as a means of his study of the (The Intentionality of Discourse inAl - Bayyan we Al - Tabyeen by Al - Jahidh).The researcher opened his study with a Preface that tackles the fixation of the right title of the treatise and a biography of the author and the status of the rhetoric book among the books of rhetoric and literature.Chapter One tackles the main terms of the treatise; (discourse) and (intentionality). He tackled in the Arabic and the western cultures, old and new, with a study of the origin of the two terms and their development.CChapter Two studied communicative intentionality through the texts of the treatise divided into two inquiries : the first inquiry is about the linguistic communication. The study was through the strategies of discourse the types of which are clarified in the treatise. They were two types : the explicit strategy (direct); implicit strategy (indirect).The non - verbal communication was studied through the semiotic approach, because Al - Jahidh was interested in clarifying the meaning of the sign and the significance of cultural and social phenomena in the old Arabic life.The nature of the study imposed that Chapter Three tackles the theme of (Argument) where the researcher tackles the texts of the treatise, and discussed the features of the argument in a number of levels as a revelation of the theme of satisfying and prohibition in the treatise. The researcher ends the researcher with the Conclusion.A great number of old and modern resources were used for the purpose of conducting the research.I thank Allah Almighty for these implementations, and would like to express my gratitude to my supervisor.
