Abstract: المستخلص
تتناول هذه الدراسة طبيعة الصدمات الاقتصادية، وانواعها ومصادرها وتداعيتها بعد عام 2003، وانعكاسها على الانماط الاستهلاكية للعائلة العراقية. فالاقتصاد العراقي معرض للصدمات اكثر من غيره بسبب طبيعته الريعية والاختلالات الهيكلية التي يعاني منها، فاصبح من المهم البحث عن مدى تاثير الصدمات الاقتصادية على الانماط الاستهلاكية وبيان مدى استجابة السياسات الاقتصادية. فلقد توصل البحث من خلال تحليل البيانات المتوفرة عن ميزانية الاسرة لعام 2014 والبيانات التي تم جمعها عن طريق الاستبانة الخاصة بصدمة كورونا 19 الى ان نسبة العوائل التي تاثرت بالصدمة المزدوجة لعام 2014 بلغت (91.39%) وان نسبة العوائل التي تاثرت بصدمة كورونا 19 بلغت (72.2%). كما ان تلك الصدمات كان لها تاثيرات سلبية على الانماط الاستهلاكية للعائلة العراقية، مما جعل العوائل العراقية تعيد النظر بطريقة توزيع انفاقها الشهري بين المجاميع الاستهلاكية الرئيسية واضطرارها الى التخلي عن بعض الاحتياجات في سبيل اشباع الاحتياجات الاهم من وجهة نظرها. وقد اوصت الدراسة بضرورة تحصين الاقتصاد العراقي ضد الصدمات الاقتصادية من خلال معالجة الاختلالات الهيكلية التي يعاني منها والتي تُعدّ منفذ للصدمات الاقتصادية مع ضرورة بناء مصَدّات لتعزيز منعة التنمية البشرية للاسر في ظل ظروف الصدمات الاقتصادية وبالاخص الاسر الهشة الفقيرة.

Abstract: The main aim of this thesis is to generalize the concept of multiplication module on a set of gamma act over gamma semigroup , further many properties of gamma acts can be done in a multiplication gamma acts.
Throughout this thesis, we introduce the definition of multiplication gamma acts and some related concepts. Some characterizations of this definition are given. Also, we studied some of the properties that are satisfied on multiplication modules but not satisfied on multiplication gamma acts. Some new definitions have been illustrated including (α-divisible, large, uniform , gamma nilpotent, fully invariant and finitely cogenerated) gamma acts and their properties are clarified. For a gamma act M, we define the associated gamma ideal η(M) . We show that η(M) is a globally idempotent multiplication gamma ideal. Relation between multiplication gamma act and free gamma act was studied. Also, we define the concept of product gamma subacts of gamma act , particularly product gamma subacts of multiplication gamma act then we obtain some related results. Using our concept to introduce new mathematical system which is called the semigroup associative with multiplication gamma act and its basic properties are discussed.
Moreover , we introduce the definitions of pure and idempotent gamma subacts of multiplication gamma acts and clarified their properties . Also, we study the relation between them and a multiplication gamma act . The concept of prime gamma subact is introduce .Some results of this concept are considered . Using this concept to introduce the definition of spectrum gamma acts and investigate it's properties. Finally , we give the notion of topological gamma act and generalize this notion on a some properties of a topological space . The relation between it and(multiplication , cyclic) gamma acts is studied . Also, we introduce another topological space is called the endomorphism topology and we will prove that topological gamma act and a subspace of our topology are homeomorphic.

Abstract: تناولت الرسالة دراسة الاوضاع الاقتصادية في مصر في المدة
(1840-1879) وجميع التغيرات التي طرات على جوانب النشاط الاقتصادي في تلك المدة والدور الذي لعبته الدول الاستعمارية وفي مقدمتها فرنسا وبريطانيا للسيطرة على مصر عبر التغلغل الاقتصادي لاسيما بعد ان فشلت تلك الدول بتحقيق اهدافها بالوسائل العسكرية اثر الحملة الفرنسية على مصر عام 1798 ومن ثم الحملة البريطانية عام 1807، وما تبع ذلك من عدم نجاح تلك الدول بفرض نفوذها السياسي على مصر في عهد محمد علي.
تتالف الرسالة من مقدمة وخمسة فصول وخاتمة.
تناول الفصل الاول دراسة (الاوضاع الاقتصادية في مصر حتى عام 1840) مبينا الاوضاع الاقتصادية في مصر خلال مدة الاحتلال الفرنسي (1798-1801) وفي المدة التي اعقبت خروج الفرنسيين من مصر (1801-1805)، ومن ثم التغيرات التي احدثها محمد علي في مختلف جوانب الاقتصاد المصري في المدة (1805-1840).
في حين تطرق الفصل الثاني الى (الاوضاع الاقتصادية في مصر في المدة 1840-1854) وتناول دراسة معاهدة لندن 1840 واثرها في اوضاع مصر الاقتصادية حتى نهاية حكم محمد علي عام 1848 كما تناول هذا الفصل دراسة الاوضاع الاقتصادية في عهد عباس الاول (1848- 1854).
وتضمن الفصل الثالث دراسة (الاوضاع الاقتصادية في عهد محمد سعيد باشا 1854-1863) موضحا فيه سياسته الاقتصادية وجميع التغيرات التي حدثت على مختلف جوانب النشاط الاقتصادي في عهده والدور الذي لعبته الدول الاستعمارية من خلال تغلغل رؤوس الاموال الاجنبية في الاقتصاد المصري.
اما الفصل الرابع فهو (الاوضاع الاقتصادية في عهد الخديوي اسماعيل 1863-1879) وتناول دراسة جميع التغيرات التي حدثت على جوانب النشاط الاقتصادي في مدة حكم الخديوي اسماعيل مع التركيز على التطورات التي حدثت في تلك المدة.
وتناول الفصل الخامس دراسة (الازمة المالية في عهد الخديوي اسماعيل والسيطرة الاجنبية على الاقتصاد المصري في المدة 1875-1879) وجميع الاسباب الداخلية والخارجية التي ادت الى حدوثها ودور الدول الاستعمارية في ذلك والتدخل الاجنبي في شؤون الحكومة المصرية بذريعة حل الازمة ومن ثم التدخل السياسي الذي ادى الى السيطرة الاجنبية على الوزارة واقصاء الخديوي اسماعيل من الحكم.
