Abstract: سعيتُ في هذه الرسالة إلى دراسة المباحث الصوتية والصرفية في كتاب الإتقان لجلال الدين السيوطي ، وقد رأيتُ أنّ السيوطي ربط في كثير من الأحيان بين قضايا الصرف والصوت وعالجها للانسجام التام بين العلمين ، وقد خالف السيوطي العلماء السابقين في بعض القضايا اللغوية ،وكان له فيها بعض الآراء الحسنة ،ومن يدقّق النظر في كتاب الإتقان يجد أنّ الظواهر الصوتية تزدحم فيه ، وكذلك يجد المسائل الصرفية حاضرة حضوراً جيداً .
