Abstract: to find equation of lasing output power (Pout) by using the numerical emulation Secondly, calculating the (Pout) of Nd+3 - doped optical fiber laser as a typical example for the optical fiber laser, which is process according to this system. The required equations to calculate (Pout) was programmed by Matlab program (version8.1). Two types of hosts were used in this simulation, the first type is Silica with four designs using commonly in the above mentioned, the four designs are Lycom (a), Lycom (b), York and IVA with lasing emission at the wavelengths (1064×10 - 9m) and (1331×10 - 9m). The second type of hosts is ZBLAN with only one design is Le Verre fluore, with lasing emission at two wavelengths (1048×10 - 9m) and (1317×10 - 9m). The first step in this emulation was determining the value of numerical aperture (NA) for each design of special designs and at the special wavelengths for every host, which can obtain the highest values of lasing output power (Pout) and efficiency (η) at value of (NA).The second step was calculating the (Pout) corresponding to pump power (Po) for each host according to the designs and the wavelengths related to the host, In case of the host Silica, for the two wavelengths of this host, it is found that the (Pout) was the highest value when the design (York) was used, while in case of the host (ZBLAN), it is found the highest value of (Pout) is when using the wavelength (1048×10 - 9m). For addition that, it is found that to obtain the highest values of (Pout) and (η) for this type of laser, it must be use the host Silica at the wavelength (1048×10 - 9m). According to that, the third step was using this host and this wavelength to calculate the effect of the numerical aperture (NA), core radius (a), cladding radius (b), fiber length (L),reflection coefficients (R2), Nd+3 - dopant concentration in the core (No), lifetime of upper laser level (T2) and pump power (Po) on the (Pout). The changing of the above mentioned coefficients values was determinate with its range which is finding in four designs related to the host Silica. It is found that the value of (Pout) decreased with the increase of the values of (NA, a, b, L and No), while increase with the increase of the values of (R2 ,T2 and Po), through that, the optimal values of these coefficients which must be used to obtain the highest values of (Pout) and (η) for this type of laser.

Abstract: ان اغلب المقاطع العرضية لاغلب النظائر المشعة تكون مفقودة عند طاقات معينه في المختبرات العالمية ، لذا تم استخراج مجموعة صيغ رياضية شبه تجريبية موحدة لحساب الحاصل النيوتروني بالاعتماد على العدد الكتلي للنظير وطاقة القذيفة ، اما طاقة منفردة او مدى من الطاقات . تم العمل على جمع بيانات المقاطع العرضية مقابل الطاقات للمدى (50 - 100 MeV)من المختبرات العالمية (Koning , A . J . ; TENDL - 2010 - 2012) لنوعين من التفاعل (α,n) و(p,n) مع نظائر اربعة عناصر( 33As, Fe26 , Mn25 ، (32Geلكل عنصر عشرة نظائر فيصبح مجموع التفاعلات اربعين تفاعل كما تم حساب قدرة الايقاف للبروتون ولجسيمة الفا بوساطة برنامج (SRIM - program - 2013)، ومن ثم حساب الحاصل النيتروني باستخدام برنامج (الماتلاب2008a)، وهو مصمم لهذا الغرض ، تم حساب طاقة اللاتناظر لكل نظير ومن ثم استخراج صيغ رياضية من خلال افضل عملية ملائمة (fitting) بين طاقة اللاتناظر والحاصل النيوتروني للتفاعل عند الطاقات (50,60,70,80,90,100 MeV) لاهداف نوى متوسطة مختلفة . وضعت المعلمات الاولية المستخرجة من الصيغ الرياضية في جداول ، ورسمت العلاقة بين كل مجموعة معلمات والطاقة المقابلة لها لغرض استخراج معادلات موحدة ، والتي من خلالها تم ادخال متغير الطاقة في المعادلة الاساسية المستخرجة ، وبعد رسم العلاقات وجدنا المقاطع العرضية للتفاعل (α,n) اصغر من التفاعل (p,n) ، وان الحاصل النيوتروني يزداد مع زيادة طاقة الجسيم الساقط وتناقص العدد الكتلي ، وان النتائج المحصلة من الصيغ الرياضية الجديدة المعتمدة على القيم العملية في تطابق جيد مع النتائج النظرية المنشورة . | cross sections for many reactions for most of isotopes with different energies in international laboratories were missed so we get a mathematical semi - empirical equations for calculating the neutron yield depending on mass number of target and projectile energy (single enrgy or range of energy ) . Data of cross sections were collected from international libraries (TENDL,Kong) from 2010 to 2012 for tow types of reaction (α,n) and (p,n) for energies (50 - 100MeV) with ten isotopes of (33As , 26Fe , 25Mn , 32Ge) elements , that is mean the total number of reaction will [40] reaction , then stopping power for proton and alpha particle were uese calculated using SRIM program 2013 then neutron yield was calculation using Matlab program 2008a designed for this purpose so as asymmetry energy for each isotope then by fitting relation of asymmetry energy with neutron yield for, the reaction at energies (50,60,70,80,90,100) MeV with intermediate nuclide we get . The parameters were tables and from their relations with energy we get final set of semi - empirical equations, then it was drown , we from this fingers we concluded that the cross sections for (α,n) reactions were less than (p,n) reactions and the neutron yield in cress with increasing the projectile energies and with decreasing of atomic number all the results that got from this new semi - empirical equations that we got from experiment data was in good agreements with published the data .
