Abstract: الملخص
تبرز دراسة النقود بصورة عامة والاسلامية بصورة خاصة كونها ذات اهمية بالغة، اذ ان النقود تعد وثائق رسمية موثقة ولا يمكن الطعن بها بسهولة.
وتتجلى اهمية دراسة النقود الاسلامية في كونها من اهم مصادر التاريخ بشكل عام والتاريخ الاسلامي بشكل خاص، حيث لا يوجد حقل في التاريخ خدمته نقوده بالقدر الذي خدمت به النقود الاسلامية التاريخ الاسلامي.
حيث ان النقود تعد من اهم شارات الدولة وعنوان مجدها، وتتصل باقتصاديات الدولة وبسياستها وتشريعها وسائر اوضاعها وعلاقاتها بالدول المجاورة. ولذا فهي لها اهمية كبيرة بالنسبة للفقهاء والمؤرخين والاقتصاديين. وبالنسبة للفقهاء، فان الشريعة الاسلامية تهتم بالنقود في ميدان العبادات والمعاملات، واداء الفرائض، وذلك لاتصال النقود بالزكاة والصداق، والعقود، والوقف والعقوبات والدية وغيرها. واما الاقتصاد فيدرس ذلك الدور الذي ادته النقود في مضمار النشاط البشري من استعمالها وحدة للحساب، ووسيط للمبادلة، واداة لاختزان القدرة الشرائية، وقاعدة للقيم المستقبلية. كما ان النقود وثائق مهمة يمكن الاعتماد عليها بالنسبة للمؤرخين في استنباط الحقائق التاريخية، سواء ما يتعلق منها بالاسماء او بالعبارات الدينية والسياسية المنقوشة عليها، فهي سجل للالقاب والنعوت التي تلقي الضوء على كثير من الاحداث السياسية والنشاطات الاقتصادية، وهي فوق كل هذا تعد مستندات الوحدة السياسية والاقتصادية في العالم الاسلامي.
ولذا يفهم مما ذكر اعلاه ان النقود العربية الاسلامية كانت قد خدمت تاريخنا الاسلامي في مجالات شتى وبخاصة في الجوانب السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية، لاحتوائها على معلومات ذات قيمة عالية، وهذا ما سيتوضح في ثنايا هذه الدراسة.
ومما يزيد من اهمية الموضوع ان هذه الدراسة تناولت نقود عصر مهم من العصور الاسلامية الا وهو العصر العباسي (132-656ه/750-1258م)، اذ شهد هذا العصر العديد من التطورات المهمة والبارزة على النقود في العراق ولدوافع سياسية واقتصادية، ادت الى احداث تغييرات جذرية على النقود الاسلامية.
وقد قسمت هذه الدراسة الى تمهيد واربعة فصول سبقتها مقدمة واعقبتها خاتمة، ففي التمهيد عرضنا لمحة تاريخية عن النقود العربية الاسلامية حتى قيام الدولة العباسية.
وفي الفصل الاول تناولنا الدوافع السياسية والاقتصادية واثارها على سك النقود في العصر العباسي الاول (132-218ه/750-833م).
في حين تطرقنا في الفصل الثاني الى الدوافع السياسية والاقتصادية واثارها على سك النقود في العصر العباسي الثاني (218-334ه/833-945م).
وفيما يخص الفصل الثالث فقد تعرضنا فيه الى الدوافع السياسية والاقتصادية واثارها على سك النقود العباسية في العصر البويهي (334-447ه/945-1055م).
واما الفصل الرابع والاخير فقد تطرقنا فيه الى الدوافع السياسية والاقتصادية واثارها على سك النقود العباسية في العصر السلجوقي (447-656ه/1055-1258م).
