Abstract: بهدف اختبار فاعلية بعض المستخلصات النباتية الطبية وهي بذور الاهليلج Terminalia chebula واليانسونPimpinella anisum والشيح Artemisia herba alba والكراوية Carum carvi واوراق الجرجير Eruca sativa ضد بعض انواع من الاحياء المجهرية ، وهي البكتريا والفطريات الممرضة للجلد من خلال استخلاص الاجزاء النباتية للنباتات المدروسة باستعمال ثلاث مذيبات : الماء المقطر ، والكحول الاثيلي 95% ، والاسيتون 70%. وقد جرى اتباع طريقة الانتشار بالحفر للعزلات البكتيرية وبالتراكيز (10 و25 و50 و75 و100) ملغم / مل ، اما بالنسبة للفطريات فقد جرى اتباع طريقة مزج المستخلصات النباتية المجففة مع الوسط الزرعي وبالتراكيز (1 و3 و5 و7 و 10و15 و20) ملغم / مل ، اظهرت النتائج فاعلية المستخلصات في تثبيط النمو القطري للعزلات البكتيرية والفطرية المشمولة بالدراسة وحسبت النسبة المئوية لذلك التثبيط وتحديد قيمة التركيز المثبط الادنىMIC لكل مستخلص ازاء البكتريا والفطريات المختبرة. اذ تفوق المستخلص الكحولي في الفاعلية التثبيطية على المستخلص الاسيتوني والمستخلص المائي للنباتات المستعملة ، واظهرت البكتريا المرضية تباينا في حساسيتها تجاه المستخلصات النباتية ، اذ كانت البكتريا المرضية Staphylococcus aureus اكثر تحسسا من النوعين Klebsiella pneumoniae وPseudomonas aeruginosa ، وكما اظهرت الفطريات تباينا في حساسيتها تجاه المستخلصات النباتية ، اذ كان الفطر Microsporum canis اكثر تحسسا من الفطريات الاخر Trichophyton rubrum وTrichophyton mentagrophytes وAspergillus niger و.Aspergillus flavus واتضح ان المستخلص الكحولي لبذور نبات الاهليلج كان من افضل المستخلصات في تثبيط نمو البكتريا المرضية والفطريات ، وتم التحري عن محتوى النباتات من المركبات الفعالة ، والتي تعد السبب الرئيسى في اظهار الفاعلية التثبيطية ، اذ تم اجراء الكشف التمهيدي للنباتات باستعمال عدد من الكواشف الكيميائية ، واظهرت النتائج احتواء جميع العينات النباتية على الكاربوهيدرات والكلايكوسيدات والفينولات والفلافونيدات والفيوكيومارينات والقلويدات والتانينات والتربينات والصابونينات ، ما عدا بذور نبات الكراوية التي تفتقد لوجود الصابونينات في تركيبها الكيموحيوي. كما اجري التقدير الكمي لعدد من المركبات الفعالة الموجودة في النباتات المستعملة وكانت تشكل الفينولات النسبة الاعلى ، ولاسيما في بذور نبات الاهليلج تليه الفلافونيدات والتانينات ، ومن ثم القلويدات وفي جميع النباتات المدروسة ، كما تبين ان المركبات الفعالة المشخصة في النباتات الطبية للنباتات المستعملة تمتلك نشاطا مضادا للاكسدة ومقدرة على ازاحة الجذور الحرة. واظهرت نتائج اختبار فحص السمية الخلوية للنباتات بان النباتات تمتلك نسبة جدا ضئيلة ادنى من الحد الموصي به مقارنة بالتاثيرات الجانبية للمضادات الحياتية.

Abstract: This study aimed to identify the most common bacterial isolation that were correlated with patients suffering from prostate cancer, study antibiotic susceptibility pattern. During the period extending between (November 2021 to April 2022) from the Imam Hussain Center for Oncological and Hematological Diseases Directorate, urine samples were obtained from so suspected patients suffering from prostate cancer, their age were ranged from 51 to 80 years. Collected 50 urine sample. The Vitek 2 system was the method that used for identification of bacterial species. The results showed that out of 50 urine samples, (58%) had non-significant bacteria growth, (42%) were found with significant bacterial growth.The result of bacterial isolates was (81%) of Escherichia coli, (14.3%) of Enterobacter cloacae and (4.7%) of Klebsiella pneumoniae. The most growth of E.coli isolates was within 8-10 Gleason score group (56%), this indicates that this category (Gs 8-10) is a risk factor and an encouragement for the growth of E. coli in prostate patients. The results of the present study showed that E. coli and Enterococcus are present in large number relatively in the urine of subjects with prostate cancer.Increased levels of these two types of bacteria in urine may indicate that a significant degree of inflammation occurs in those with prostate cancer.Current study showed that Gleason score (8-10) with 25 patients (50%); and documented increasing prostate specific antigen in age group (70-79) years. also, the results revealed there were 17 (34%) patients within the overweight group and severe Gleason scores (8-10) that may indicate that being overweight is a risk factor for the severity of prostate cancer. Vitek 2 compact system was used to check for antibiotic sensitivity among all of the identified isolates. The extracted data show that out of 46 antibiotics tested, E. cloacae isolates (A10: 33, A18 and A39: 11) were resistant to antibiotics and (A10: 5, A18 and A39: 21) sensitive to antibiotics with different percentage, K. pneumoniae was resistant to 3 antibiotics and sensitive to 22 antibiotics and E. coli isolates was resistant to 29 antibiotics, intermediate to 3 antibiotics and sensitive to 32 antibiotics with different percentage among isolates.

Abstract: تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى اختبار هيكل راس المال باطار نظرية الالتقاط بمؤشراته (نسبة الارباح المحتجزة ، نسبة المديونية، نسبة الاسهم العادية) وهيكل راس المال باطار نظرية توقيت السوق بمؤشراته (حجم الشركة ،السيولة ، الموجودات الملموسة ، القيمة السوقية الى القيمة الدفترية، المعدل المرجح للتمويل الخارجي لنسبة القيمة السوقية الى القيمة الدفترية) وتاثيرهما في القيمة السوقية للاسهم. وذلك بالاعتماد على البيانات والكشوفات المالية المنشورة في سوق العراق للاوراق المالية الخاصة بالشركات الصناعية العراقية والبالغ عددها (21) شركة مثل مجموعها مجتمع الدراسة، وتم ختيار (10) شركات منها على اساس توفر البيانات المطلوبة خلال مدة الدراسة من (2006-2020) وهذه الشركات المختارة مثلت عينة الدراسة. وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة بالجدل الفكري حول الطريقة المثلى لصيغة هيكل راس المال والاسلوب الانجع في المفاضلة بين التمويل الداخلي والتمويل الخارجي للشركات الصناعية العراقية وتحديد مصادر التمويل التي تتناسب مع البيئة المالية والاقتصادية والسياسية العراقية وانعكاس ذلك على القيمة السوقية لاسهم هذه الشركات، وتجسدت مشكلة الدراسة عبر مجموعة من التساؤلات والتي من خلالها تم صياغة فرضيات الدراسة لتحقيق الهدف منها. وقد استخدم الباحث طريقة الانحدار الخطي البسيط والانحدار الخطي المتعدد لاختبار تاثير المتغيرين المستقلين (هيكل راس باطار نظرية الاتقاط وهيكل راس المال باطار نظرية توقيت السوق) في المتغير التابع (القيمة السوقية للاسهم) وذلك باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS V.25). وتوصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات كان اهمها ان الشركات الصناعية العراقية اقرب الى استخدام فلسفة نظرية الالتقاط من نظرية توقيت السوق في بناء هيكل راس المال على الرغم من الاستمرار في اصدار الاسهم العادية في معظم الاحيان بدل اللجوء الى الدين كخيار تمويلي ثاني بعد الارباح المحتجزة) كما خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات كان اهمها (اهمية اصدار تشريع قانوني يتيح للشركات العراقية امكانية اعادة شراء اسهمها من السوق المالية بالشكل الذي يساعد هذه الشركات من نظرية توقيت السوق للحفاظ على قيمة اسهم الشركة السوقية في حالة تعرضها للانخفاض دون قيمتها الدفترية).
