Abstract:
1ــ ادارة الذات المعرفية عند طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية وتبعا لمتغيري الجنس والفرع الدراسي.
2ــ الانسجام النفسي عند طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية وتبعا لمتغيري الجنس والفرع الدراسي.
3ــ العلاقة الارتباطية ذات الدلالة الاحصائية بين ادارة الذات المعرفية والانسجام النفسي عند طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية.
4ــ دلالة الفروق في العلاقة بين ادارة الذات المعرفية والانسجام النفسي عند طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية وتبعا لمتغيري:
ا الجنس (ذكور، اناث).
ب ــ الفرع الدراسي (علمي، ادبي).
اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي لملائمته لطبيعة البحث الحالي، وقد تحدد مجتمع البحث الحالي بطلبة المرحلة الاعدادية في محافظة بغداد وللدراسة الحكومية الصباحية والبالغ عددهم (٣٥٠٣٣٢)طالبا وطالبة. وتم سحب عينة منهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية اذ تكونت عينة البحث من (400) طالبا وطالبة من مديريتي (الرصافة الثانية والكرخ الثانية) وبنسبة (114,0%) من المجتمع الكلي موزعين بواقع (٢٦٤) طالبا وطالبة في الفرع العلمي وبنسبة (66%) من حجم العينة الكلي موزعين بواقع (١١٦) طالبا و(١٤٨) طالبة، و(١٣٦) طالبا وطالبة في الفرع الادبي وبنسبة (٣٤%) من حجم العينة الكلي موزعين بواقع (٧٣) طالبا و(٦٣) طالبة.
ولتحقيق اهداف البحث تم اعتـماد مقياس بريادارشيني (Priyadarshini,2014) لادارة الذات المعرفية، بعد تبنيه وتعريبه والتحقق من صدق ترجمته ، وقد تالف المقياس بصيغته النهائية من (26) فقــرة يجاب عنها وفقا لاربعة بدائل هي (موافق، موافق لحدما، لا راي لي، غير موافق) وتاخذ الدرجات (4، 3، 2، 1) على التوالي. اما فيما يتعلق لقياس الانسجام النفسي، فقد قام الباحث ببناء مقياس معتمدا على تعريف وانموذج كيجل (Kjell,2011) للانسجام النفسي، والذي عرفه بانه " فهم الفرد لذاته وقدراته وامكانياته الشخصية ودرجة تمتعه بالعواطف والمشاعر الايجابية وقدرته على التحكم بنفسه والشعور بالرفاهية وانتمائه الى ذاته والاحساس بالمسؤولية تجاه نفسه والاخرين". وبعد عرض المقياس على مجموعة من المحكمين المختصين في العلوم التربوية والنفسية وموافقتهم على صلاحية الفقرات بعد اجراء بعض التعديلات عليها. تكون المقياس بصيغته النهائية من (30) فقرة يجاب عنها وفقا لاربعة بدائل هي (موافق، موافق لحدما، لا راي لي، غير موافق) وتاخذ الدرجات (4، 3، 2، 1) على التوالي. وقد تحقق الباحث من الخصائص السيكومترية والقياسية لاداتي البحث، اذ بلغ معامل ثبات مقياس ادارة الذات المعرفية (91,0) بطريقة اعادة الاختبار و(88,0) بطريقة الفاكرونباخ، وكذلك بلغ معامل ثبات مقياس الانسجام النفسي (70,0) بطريقة اعادة الاختبار و(90,0) بطريقة الفاكرونباخ.

Abstract:
ان دراسة الشخصيات التاريخية ، لها اهمية كبيرة في فهم طبيعة سير التاريخ البشري ومجرياته ، ولاسيما لو ارتبطت هذه الشخصية بتحديث دولة مهمة في التاريخ الالماني الا وهي بروسيا ، وفي وقت مهم من تاريخ القارة الاوربية الا وهو عصر التنوير ، وعلى هذا الاساس جاء عنوان الدراسة (فريدريك الثاني وسياسة التحديث الداخلية في بروسيا ١٧٤٠-١٧٨٦) اذ يعد هذا الموضوع من المواضيع المهمة في دراسة التاريخ الاوربي بشكل عام ، وفي دراسة التاريخ الالماني بشكل خاص ، وذلك لان فريدريك الثاني كان شخصية محورية في التاريخ الالماني ، ليس فقط بسبب توسعاته الخارجية بل بسبب شخصيته المستبدة والمستنيرة ، التي اثرت في تحديث بروسيا داخليا .
تم تقسيم الدراسة الى اربعة فصول، اذ تناول الفصل الاول (فريديرك الثاني والاوضاع العامة في بروسيا ١٧١٢-١٧٤٠)، وتناول الفصل الثاني (فريدريك الثاني ودوره في التطورات الادارية والعسكرية وسياسة التحديث ١٧٤٠-١٧٨٦)، اما الفصل الثالث فقد كان بعنوان (سياسة التحديث الاقتصادية للملك فريدريك الثاني ١٧٤٠-١٧٨٦ )، في حين كان الفصل الرابع بعنوان (تطور المجتمع البروسي واثر سياسة التحديث الاجتماعي والثقافي للملك فريدريك الثاني ١٧٤٠_١٧٨٦ ) .
