Abstract: انجزت الدراسة الحالية في محطة ابقار الوحدةوتضمنت 122 بقرة من نوع الفريزيان-هولشتاين. استخدم جهاز الموجات فوق الصوتية لتشخيص الحالات التناسلية ومتابعة اوب عنق , قرن وبطانة الرحم لابقار الحليب خلال فترة النفاس. كما تم استخدام معياري درجة الحالة الجسمانية وعدد الولادات لبيان تاثيرهما على الاوب الرحمي. بينت نتائج الدراسة ان نسبة الابقار التي تعاني من مشاكل تناسلية خلال فترة النفاس كانت 45.08 % . وبينت الدراسة ان هناك تاثيرا لدرجة الحالة الجسمانية وعدد الولادات على الاوب الرحمي في الابقار الطبيعية , حيث الابقار التي تلد لاول مرة Primiparous يرتد قرن الرحم فيها بصورة اسرع من الابقار متعددة الولادات Multiparous. كما بينت الدراسة ان الابقار ذات درجة الحالة الجسمانية (BCS>3) يرتد عنق الرحم فيها بوقت اقصر من الابقار ذات درجة الحالة الجسمانية (BCS<3) . ,وبينت نتائج الدراسة ان هناك تاثيرا لهرمون الاوكسيتوسين على تقليل الفترة اللازمة للاوب الكلي لعنق وقرن الرحم في المجموعة الطبيعية. وبينت الدراسة ان الاصابات الرحمية المختلفة تؤثر على الاوب الرحمي من خلال زيادة الفترة الزمنية اللازمة للاوب الكلي لقرن الرحم , بينما لم يتاثر اوب عنق الرحم بصورة واضحة. كما بينت الدراسة ان الفترة الزمنية اللازمة لاخذ قياسات سمك بطانة الرحم باستخدام تقنية الموجات فوق الصوتية وتحديد الطبيعية منها هي بعد الاسبوع الثالث من الولادة. كما بينت الدراسة ان عدد التلقيحات اللازمة للاخصاب وفترة الايام المفتوحة تزداد مع الاصابات الرحمية المختلفة. ان استخدام تقنية الموجات فوت الصوتية تزيد من كفاءة ودقة تشخيص الحالات التناسلية خلال النفاس فضلا عن متابعة اوب عنق وقرن الرحم بصورة دقيقة
