Abstract: تهدف الدراسة الى توضيح اثر الصدمات الاقتصادية المزدوجة على الناتج المحلي الاجمالي في الاجلين القصير والطويل للمدة 1990-2021, وتعتبر الصدمات الاقتصادية المزدوجة من المسائل المعقدة والمتداخلة في الدول النامية وتحديدا في العراق حيث ان الصدمات تؤثر على الوضع الاقتصادي للبلاد ومعدلات النمو الاقتصادي ويتسبب في انخفاض الناتج المحلي الاجمالي تراجع في معدل النمو والتنمية الاقتصادية للعراق كون العراق ذو اقتصاد ريعي احادي الجانب ومن هنا تاتي اهمية البحث في مجال قياس اثر هذه الصدمات الاقتصادية على مؤشرات النمو الاقتصادي وتحديد سبل معالجة هذه الصدمات والازمات وذلك لتحقيق معدلات نمو مرتفعة ولغرض تحقيق اهداف البحث واختيار فرضيتة فقد تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على الاسلوب الوصفي التحليلي لوصف ظاهرة الصدمات الاقتصادية وتوضيح الاثار التي تؤدي اليها هذه الصدمات على النمو الاقتصادي في العراق، وتم الاعتماد على الاسلوب الكمي ( الانقطاعات الهيكلية ) بهدف بيان اثر الصدمات الاقتصادية المزدوجة على النمو الاقتصادي في العراق. تمثلت اهم الاستنتاجات بالاتي: تعرض الاقتصاد العراقي الى عدة صدمات اقتصادية مزدوجة خلال مدة الدراسة (1990-2021) تمثلت في الحصار الاقتصادي وفرض العقوبات الاقتصادية وعدم استقرار الاوضاع السياسية الاقتصادية وتفشي الامراض والاوبئة . وتمثلت اهم المقترحات بالاتي: تنويع مصادر الدخل من خلال تنمية القطاعات الاقتصادية غير النفطية وكذلك الاستفادة من فوائض النفط لانشاء صندوق سيادي للاستقرار الاقتصادي وانشاء المراكز العلمية والبحثية للتنبؤ ومعالجة الصدمات الاقتصادية المزدوجة.
