Abstract: تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوعا حيويا سعت فيه الدراسة الى الكشف عن ذلك التاثير وامتداده عبر التاريخ ، وذلك من خلال تحليل تاريخي مقارن للالفاظ الصوتية في النص القراني واللهجة المتداولة في مناطق الفرات الاوسط. واعتمدت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة على المنهج التاريخي نظرا لما يتيحه من تتبع لتطور الظواهر الصوتية والدلالية ، وتحليلها عبر العصور ، بالاستناد الى مصادر لغوية وتاريخية مع محاولة الوقوف على الاثر الذي تركه القران الكريم في تاليف البنية الصوتية لمفردات لهجة هذه المنطقة وتراكيبها . وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث ان يقسم الى ثلاثة فصول سبقت بمقدمة وتمهيد ، وتبعت بخاتمة تضمنت نتائج البحث .وقد اظهرت نتائج الدراسة الى ان القران الكريم ، بوصفه النص اللغوي الاسمى قد ترك بصمات واضحة على البنية الصوتية للهجات الفرات الاوسط
