المستخلص: يجمع الفيلم الوثائقي بين انهيار برج التجارة العالمي وبين طريق الحرير، بين تلوث البيئة وتاريخ الاسكندر المقدوني، بين الحرب العالمية الثانية وبين عالم الطيور، بين دب القطب الشمالي وبين عادات وطقوس الهنود الحمر، فمنذ بداية اكتشاف السينما، وهي بداية وثائقية | The documentary film collects between International trade tower and the Al - Hareer road , between the pollution of environment and the history of second world war , the science of birds. Between the north arctic bear and habits red Indians. It’s the documentation film.Since the beginning of cinema discovery , it’s the beginning of documentation , it's simple but excite in same time. because the population seen in the first the fact and all includes forms in front of movable picture. When the two brothers Lomer record daily the motion of worker in the factories while the rail reach to the station to develop the after that the documentation cinema in spite of the competition between them and the novelist cinema , so it's unequivalent competition for different causes. Where , it used while documented the wars and struggles in various fields. Especially in the first & second world war, there were many films produced to notify the role of military propaganda, up to reach the films of nature and geographic regions , show how does the organs life style, when entering the world of cultural and thought sides for societies. All of that done by deal with real facts , with art and creative form , as a result the reporter were documented most of the world events while the moment of occurrence. This research entitled the documentation film and the forms of dealing with fact fall in four chapters. The first one is methodological frame , conclude the introduction and thesis problem in which answer the following question (what is the features of documentation films for the fact art. The importance of the research. The Second chapter include the theoretical frame and the previous studies , in which divide in to three topics : First one for the truth philosophy and the documentation films , in which deal with the real and limits of subjective and bibliographic. While the third one discuss the beauty features of documentation films , where acquire from the beauty from the fact , or from the place in which the film.So, the applications engaged by the researcher to analysis the samples in which selected , as well the aim of the research. Also include the methodological depicted in the research , the reasons to select this style in addition to the research tool. The fourth chapter dedicated to extract the final results in which concluded also expose the most important results , further to recommendations so as for the literature reviews. The research no longer forget to list the used references in which adopted by the researcher , English language abstract also include.

The second chapter tackled theoretical frame & Previews Study's which includes Three topics : - 1st topic : - Grown up & Forming in the Effect of Cultural & Artistic Realty : - Which is A Phase Jaafer Ali Was Formed in The Shadow of Social & Cultural Realty That Was Various , & his Affection of With The Greatest Iraqi Culturists , & His Grew in Time Period that was Rich with mind liberty , So He Makes his way according To The Ambitions of sophisticated Individual That Claims the Pronouncing of His Visions , He Managed To Study English Literature In The Literatures College , Than He Headed To Study Cinema In the United States , After His Return He Started To Lecture In Fine Arts Institute & Fine Arts Academy in Deferent Cinematic Art Fields , & The Topic Also Included His Practical Life A Teacher , Musician , Interpreter , Cinematographer , Actor , Critic , & Writer In Addition To Some psychological Crisis That Happened To Him. 2nd topic : - It Includes Technical Expertise 7 Artistic Visions in The Field of Theater & Television , & The Interest That Jaafer Ali Was Reflected On The Composition Between Theory & Applying That Makes Him Capable of His Instruments & Implying it to Manifesting The Contents & Thoughts for the Scripts in Television & Theater , were Theater was The First Lunch in His Technical & Artistic Experiment Through What Been Achieved in Theatrical Plays Were Most Signified One Was Vetrock & Many Other Television Plays Like (Satra Vosan).3RD topic : - The Artistic Vision in His Cinema Experiment : - This Topic Includes A Briefed Historical Reading for The Facts of the Iraqi Movies Production Movement & the Economical & Political Circumstances , Its Divided To Three Periods ; - 1st - From The Year 1946 till the year 1959.2nd - From The Year 1959 till the year 1975.3rd - From The Year 1975till the year 2003.
