Abstract: يعد اسماعيل الازهري من اهم القادة السياسيين السودانيين الذي ترك بصمة واضحة في تاريخ السودان الحديث والمعاصر, فقد كان سياسياً يمتلك من الصفات التي تؤهله لقيادة المجتمع السوداني, وكان اول ظهور له سياسياً عند ترؤس اول اجتماع لمؤتمر الخريجين العام الذي عقد عام 1938, في جلسته التاريخية وتم انتخابه اميناً عاماً للمؤتمر لانه يمتع بمقبولية واسعة بين الجميع, وكذلك ترؤس الازهري حزب الاشقاء عام 1943, الذي يعد اول حزب سياسي ظهر في السودان, وبعدها تولى رئاسة الحزب الوطني الاتحادي عام 1952, واستطاع الازهري توظيف ذكائه وحنكته السياسية في قيادة المجتمع السوداني للوصول الى الاستقلال التام عام 1956.
وتنبع اهمية دراسة موضوع (اسماعيل الازهري واثره السياسي في السودان 1954-1969) لانه من الشخصيات التاريخية والموضوعات المهمة بالنسبة للباحثين في الشان السياسي والتاريخي, وكذلك الكشف عن اهم السلبيات والايجابيات التي مرت بها هذه الشخصية في ضوء ابرز المحطات التي رافقت مسيرتها السياسية
اهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة خلال البحث عن اسماعيل الازهري واثره السياسي في السودان(1954-1969).

اولاً: تميز اسماعيل الازهري منذ طفولته بعدد من الصفات اهلته الى قيادة المجتمع ومن اهم هذه الصفات هو النسب العائلي الموروث من اكبر الاسر الدينية في السودان وهي الاسرة الاسماعيلية, ساعدت هذه المكانة الدينية للاسرة الازهري على دعمه في مواصلته دراسته, وبعدها ابتعاثه للدراسة في الجامعة الامريكية في بيروت عام 1927م, كما استفاد الازهري من هذه البعثة على الاطلاع على ثقافات الطلاب الذين درسوا معه من مختلف بلدان العالم كذلك درس مناهج لم تكن موجودة في السودان في وقتها, كل هذه ساعدت الازهري على توسيع الافق.
ثانياً: ظهرت بدايات السياسية للازهري عندما انعقدت اول جلسة لمؤتمر الخريجين وتم انتخابه اميناً عاماً للمؤتمر عام 1938م, بسبب بعده عن الطائفية التي كانت سائدة وكذلك كانت له مقبولية من اغلب الخريجين وبعد انتخابه عمل على تنظيم صفوف المؤتمر وكان له الاثر على التطورات الاجتماعية والتعليمية الذي قام بها المؤتمر الى حين تاسيس حزب الاشقاء واختيار الازهري رئيساً للحزب عام 1943, ويعد اول حزب تاسس في السودان وكان اعضاؤه مؤتمر الخريجين , وكان هدفه هو الوحدة مع مصر والاستقلال عن بريطانيا, وكذلك قاده الازهري الاحزاب الاتحادية للمطالبة بالاتحاد مع مصر وترؤس وفد السودان عام 1946 لدعم الموقف المصري في القاهرة ولندن في المفاوضات مع بريطانيا, وكذلك كان موقفه الرافض لتشكيل الجمعية الوطنية عام 1948 واعتقل الازهري لموقفه المعارض, وبعد خروجه من المعتقل واصل الازهري معارضته للادارة البريطانية, وكانت مسالة الاتحاد مع مصر التي يدعو لها الازهري هي فكرة تكتيكة للتخلص من الاحتلال البريطاني.

Abstract: Road transport is Iraq's primary mode of transportation; although other types of pavement have been used, flexible paving is the most common in most Iraqi governorates. In general, the design life of flexible paving layers for Iraqi roads is not met; structural and functional failures appear early, resulting in significant yearly maintenance costs. The most prevalent failures are fatigue and rutting, which various reasons may cause. One of these reasons is the inaccuracy in design resulting from using empirical design techniques, in addition to the mistakes due to the complications of the manual calculations of these traditional methods; another reason could be the imprecise estimation methods of the resilient modulus of the pavement layers due to a lack of necessary equipment.
This study presents a feasible methodology for analyzing flexible pavement structures by the Finite Element Method (FEM) implemented using EverStressFE, which is (3D-Finite Element) software tailored for flexible pavement structures. The EverStressFE results were compared with the Kenlayer software for the Burmister multi-layer theory. Both software packages were utilized to perform 152 simulations for various pavement models. The statistical quality of the convergence degree between the two software's outputs was evaluated. Levene's and t-tests were used to compare the means and variances of tensile and compressive strains.
A Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP) tester was fabricated to provide a tool for investigating the characteristics of the implemented pavement layers. The fabrication process complied with the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards. Before calculating distress models for Al-Mujama'at Road, one of Najaf's roads used as a case study, the correlation equation between DCP and the California Bearing Ratio (CBR) was established using lab tests.
The coefficient of determination (R2) for the DCP and CBR correlation equation was found to be 0.97, indicating that the DCP can be used as an alternative to the CBR test. As for the comparison study, EverstressFE is more convenient and straightforward than traditional design methods; it facilitates comparing pavement components, and its results are similar to Burmister's multi-layer theory. For Al-Mujama'at Road analysis, Single Axle Dual Tires load caused a fatigue damage factor of 13.9E-07 and a rutting damage factor of 9.86E-07, indicating that the pavement lifespan is shorter by 29% due to fatigue damage compared to pavement life concerning rutting deformation. In other words, there is no good pavement component utilization for balancing the pavement life of distress models, which prompted an investigation into the sensitivity of these models to each of the pavement properties, which concluded that the thickness of the subbase layer and the elasticity modulus of the subgrade are the key components that control the balance point between fatigue and rutting in pavement life considerations.

وقد تم التوصل من خلال هذه الدراسة الى جملة من النتائج والتوصيات التي تسهم في تطوير صناعة الدواء في شركة المنصور بشكل خاص والشركات الاخرى بشكل عام ورفع مساهمتها في تطوير الصناعة بشكل عام وان ابرز الاستنتاجات التي تم التوصل اليها هو معاناة الشركة بشكل خاص وشركات صناعة الدواء بشكل عام من عدم اهتمام الدولة بها، ناهيك عن ارتفاع الضرائب وقلة العقود التي تمنح لمثل هذه المشاريع والتي تفرض باسعار منخفضة جداً وهو ما يؤدي بدوره الى انخفاض ايرادات المشاريع نتيجة الالزام بالموافقة على العقود المحالة من قبل وزارة الصحة بالاسعار الموضوعة وعدم امكانية مناقشتها اطلاقا، فضلاً. المشاكل. التي عانت منها الشركة خلال مدة الدراسة والتي اثرت بشكل عام على عملية تقويم كفاءة الاداء، وقد اوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات من اهمها: عن
الاستفادة من الخبرات الاجنبية في مجال صناعة الدواء عبر الاستعانة بشركات كبرى لتطوير صناعة الدواء في العراق.
الاهتمام بالبحث والتطوير وتخصيص مبالغ اكبر للوصول الى منتجات جديدة وطرق تسويق افضل للحصول على حصة سوقية اكبر.
