Abstract:
Thanks to Allah, and asked him for supporting, and following - up, forgiving, we are saved from devils, the evils ourselves and bad things by Allah, if Allah support us no one can harm us, and any one left Allah supporting so also no one can help us.Pray and peace on our prophet Muhammad, who send to be mercy for people, his following, friends and any one who follow on his procedures and traced him till the Holly Day and pray on him.We desire in studding and specializing in field of Islamic Legislation, and Allah eased me this work when completed my first study of University, then my desire directed towards specialization in two main Islamic Legislation origin. Allah Book and his Messenger Al - Mustafa Suna, they are the best words and best following up, knowing and understanding it are the base of legeslatoin for every Muslim for science and work by them, by them we will be welcomed for calling of Allah, informing message and fulfillment of honesty in our neck.From this point my desire was started in studding Interpretation Procedures, to know the procedure of good ancestor in understanding Allah book and managing it at the best level.Then I found the (Parts of Qur'an Interpretation in Tuhfat Al - Ahwathi) for AL - Imam Al - Mabakafouri (Allah Mercy him) is worthy in research and study, many things are push me to choose this matter : 1 - To show one of the important Islamic person who devoted himself and exerted his efforts in classification and writing to show different Islamic Sciences and service them.2 - This interpretation high unknown scientific value can be shown and benefit in our present time, also to direct students and those who concern in Allah book, especially the subject as I know was studied before.So I choose my studding research is (Al - Mbarkfouri and his efforts in interpretation in his book Tuhfat Al - Ahuthi - Explanation Jami'a Al - Turmothi) so the nature of the research need to made in three chapters : In first one : Al - Mbarkfouri and his efforts in interpretation in his book Tuhfat Al - Ahwathi - Explanation of Jama'a AL - Turmothi ). In three sections : Section One : I dealt with his life which effects on his interpretation, I talked on his origin, name, surname, birth in his nation. Also I concerned with his first brought up in his family, tours in science demand, then his believe, his Mathhab, and what said about his characters, ethics, also I talked on his environment and his time, his Sheiks, his students and writing then on his death. Depending on my references. Section Two : I talked on the meaning of Tuhfat Al - Ahwathi, Section Three : on the life of Al - Imamm Al - Turmathi and his book Jama' Al - Turmathi and what said in his book, benefit, value and explanation.Chapter two : his explanation in interpretation, I divided it to the preface, and four sections, in first section I talked on interpretation also I divided to preface and three parts.Section two : I talked on interpretation by Opinion, also I divided it to the two parts.Section three : I dealt with his situation from heresies and Israelis.Section Four : I talked on his efforts in believing cases and phonological rules, which I divided it with preface and two parts.Chapter three : I dealt with sections of Qur'anic sciences in interpretation, then I divided to the eight sections.Section one : is on the opinion of Al - Immam Al - Mbarkafouri in last part of Al - Qur'an, section two : talked on seven letters, and the opinion of Al - Immam Al - Mbarkafouri, divided to two parts : Section three : I dealt with the reasons of Quran'c sending, I divided to two parts.Section four : including its efforts in readings.Section five : his efforts in Al - Maki and Al - Madni.Section six : his efforts in collection Al - Qurna and his writings. I divided It to the three parts. In section seven : I studied his efforts in copy and origin I divided to two parts. Section eight : studied ruled similar and I divided to two parts.I faced during my studies some easy difficulties, I passed them by Allah supporting and his gratitude, some of them the shortage in modern researches and studies which dealt with life and interpretation of Al - Mbakfouri, but I treated this problem by adopting the interpretation parts as a field of study.Form another side the Baghdad Occupation, and what happened to Suna people, especial those who attending the mosques from tortures, so I delay in my duty towards this research.So after all mentioned summary I submit my modest research, if I success this from Allah, and I wish I could reach to the benefit thing to the p
