The reality of faith, Its parts, conditions and invalidages have explained in both of them also explained by distinguished scholars.3 - Islamic consensus have different idea about definition of belief and true understanding from evidence and Hadiths. 4 - The Ghayb (the unknown and unseen things) includes all unknown and unseen things which is in distinict by humans, It is an unknown and unseen world that is hard for understanding. It can be understanding only by the way of inspiration.composed of several parts : - a - Absolute Ghayb (the unknown and unseen things) : humans have never know this part, It is knowing only by God (Allah), and explained for us some of God’s characteristics, believing in angel’s world and also believing in day of resurrection, jinns and so on.b - Proportional Ghayb (the unknown and unseen things) : some of creatures can know this part that God gave them like investigation of chronical and spatial screen.5 - Humans from that time have created by God (Allah) tried to know the unknown and unseen things due to aerial photographs and creatures don’t understant but really they can understant these indistinct things via true believing in God (Allah) only.6 - The philosophy is looking for realities in universe because of mind; therefor, we know that philosophers confused and didn’t reach the reality due to far from God’s guidance.7 - The ture science is the best witness and evidence on world of Ghayb (the unknown and unseen things). They will refuse this Ghayb (the unknown and unseen things) in the name of science don’t realize that this world contains more unknown and unseen things.8 - The belief in Ghayb (the unknown and unseen things) is the only way for getting rid of crises and problems which are present on the earth due to considering to materialism aspectsand the effects reflected in this world. 9 - The belief in Ghayb (the unknown and unseen things) in deed gives the neaning of life and solves all hman’s problems, in deed gives : - a - From Ideal and psychological aspects : gives true answer for all questions and rescues from psychological diseases, also gives hope, stability, assurance and securrrity.b - From political and administrative aspects : rescuesindividuals and societies from depravity and administrative crises which are spreed in the world.c - From economic and financial aspects : - courages humans for deeveloping and increasing economic condition also avoiding usury,greediness,bribery and wasting money.d - From the ethical and family aspects : - Avoiding humans from thoes diseases which they don’t have treatment by modern scince and make humans to be comfortable, protected also for strengtthening good relationship between society.10 - The suspicion is the confusion, making human to be for from the truth and It is dangerous for heart diseases also getting out humans from the cycle of religion, don’t look it like another disease.11 - The uncertainity is different from suspicion because uncertainity has method for reaching the truth, but suspicion makes humans to be far from the truth. from divine, His names and descriptions. And12 - The suspicions that are excited about believing in Ghayb (the unseen and unknown ) in the human history and nowadays do not have any values and it looks like snow that is melted due to the light and heat of sun , the rational and logical evidence by Islamic scholars. Abstract: Through my vision of the letters before, I found it a far from what is happening on the ground now and how the enemies of Allah had directed hostility and hatred of Islam through the media audio and video, depending on their claim that Islam is a religion of terrorism and religion refers to only violence. their assault on the Quran and the Prophet person (peace be upon him) and I found that it is incumbent on us as Muslims to defend our people from our Quran and our Prophet( peace be upon him) so it was optional for this subject (Information words and meaning in the Koran) to explain how this is to inform that the Koran is a media of Allah and how it calls to renounce violence through the introduction of wisdom and good advice and debate the one that is better.The importance of the subject : The Koran had designed features of media interest derived from its whole constitution in the statement and advocacy and communication and guidance, but Allah Almighty gives the Islamic nation a good mother features drove out to the people of Goodness, I ordered this issue information, and prohibit evil and this information is also important.The importance of the matter lies in the following points : 1. Information and the gravity of its impact on Muslim communities. 2. Highlights the bright image in the Muslim media. 3. Preserves the Islamic nation from the domination of the hostile media. The importance of this subject and what I have a desire, influenced the writing on this topic.Research Plan : The letter was divided in four chapters and Conclusion. Chapter 1 : (definition of terms) Chapter 2 : (direct words information) Chapter 3 : (indirect words information ) Chapter 4 : (media styles in the Koran)The problems as they have faced in writing the letter are many, including : I had displacement from Basra to Mosul because of security conditions faced by the city of treachery and killing and displacement, etc., either the situation in Mosul isn't less than a thing of Basra attended the Escape from what he called for the lack of sources and the late submission of the letter.Conclusion : Through researcher modest effort ,he reaches to following : The Quran has contain many terms of media and they have used these words in a clear image commensurate with the context of verses contained therein. Then we face in this day and age intellectual currents hostile to the principles of Islam and religions in general. They invasion minds of young people all over the world, and to resist such trends should be conducted within the framework of methods and tools developed by the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) the guidance of the Lord and has achieved all this success and proliferation of religious values. And the principles of good information which we are most in need now, both in advocacy of religious, social or political evident to us in the evacuated picture clearer statement on the continent the holly Quran , and it is a divine guidance of Allah information and the Sunaa of the prophet (peace be upon him ) are all perfect. The absence of the Lord's media scene today has provided an opportunity for malicious propaganda which seeks to monopolize the call for itself and influencing them toward extremism or showed an invitation to the demolition or stalemate in a world built on the rhythm and make a quick thus delaying the Islamic nation on the progress of civilization to which the prosecution has succeeded in Achieved the first back to Islam. At the end of the thesis , the couclusion summarizes the results among whom the important ones are : AL - Imam AL - Qudoori sees the legal judgement of two ports : legally obligatory and positive.the positive judgemeut are of seven types : AFardh ( obligation ) , AL - Wajib (fund emental practice ) , AL - Mandoob (doing something preferably not obligatory ) , AL - Mubah (Allowable ) , the unblemishing disvafoe , the prohibitive disfavor , and AL - Haram (prohibited) As for the positive jugement it is of three types : The Couse ,the stipulation , and the lega impediment The Cond : tions of AL - Taklif (the legal capacity) , are being alive , adulthood , sanity and the free choice. The legal truth of the imperative form in the Quran and Sunnah is probably olsulere (not in the Quran or sunnah) the prohibition form refers to prohibition when it is free of evidence.If the absolute mentioned without limitation so it will be interpreted as it is , but if it is limited by a limit , suit will be considered by that liwil. If the general is mentioned with a specific cause , its generality will be followed because t priority is given to the generality of expression not to the specification of cause. Truth can be divided in to three types : legal , linguistic and customary. If a legal truth and a linguistic one has become contradictory , the legal one will be given the priority , also the customary truth is given priority over both the legal and the linguistic ones. Figurative expression exists in language and in Allah's speech and His problet's speech. The meaning of AL - Sunnah is related to the Quran sin co AL - Sunnah elaborates what have comprehensively been mentioned in the Quran , explains what is in tricate , simplifies what is summarized ,specifies wheet is general and limits what is absolute. The deed of prophet Muhammad ( peace be upon him ) is in terpreted as it is whether it is obligatory , Mandoob ( preferably doue) or Mubah(allowable).AL - Nasikh (Alorogation) exists in both the Quran and the Sunnah. As for AL - Ijtihad and AL - Taglid , he urges to practice AL - Ijtihad as he sees AL - Mujtahid : as a person who has decided the correctness and invalidated the false , and investigated every issues depending on different evidence without being unable to come up openly with the truth beomje of those who have different opinions

Abstract: I present this research titled Al - Manhaj Al - Nabawi Fi Tarbyat Al - Nashe'a (Prophet Mohammed's Method in Upbringing Youth); the method, which is considered as the right way in bringing up youth. I present this research in a very simplified way to parents and teachers to grant their children the right upbringing that is derived from Holy Koran, Prophetic Tradition, and the methods of our good ancestors.The research is divided into a preface, three chapters, and a conclusion. It aims to enlighten the upbringing fathers with the Prophet Mohammed's method of bringing up the youth, Especially it is not like any other method as it is a method of the best Prophet and it is a practical method that should be followed by fathers, teachers and whoever cares about bringing up the youth correctly for the general benefit.The importance of this research comes from it is a practical participation in presenting the ideal way for the fathers helping them in bringing up their children ideologically, morally, socially, scientifically and physically according to the Holy Koran and Prophetic Tradition. Further, this research deals with most important ways of bringing up the youth like the good example, right sermon, the way of reward and punishment and other methods.In this research, I use the deductive method to extract and explain the prophetic educational methods from the Holy Koran and Prophetic Tradition than I simplify these methods to the parents and teachers to bring up the youth according to the orders of Almighty Allah. I also use the descriptive method to describe and present the methods for the fathers and teacher about how to bring their children ideologically, morally, socially, scientifically, and physically according to the Prophetic Tradition.The research results in the following : - The most important means and places of education are Family, Mosque, School and Society. - There are many fields of education including ideological, moral, social, scientific and physical education. - The most important ways that the Prophet Mohammed (peace and blessings be upon him) uses in educating his fellows (elders and youth) are the ways of good example, right sermon, the way of reward and punishment, observation and other ways. - Through the course of research, it has become clear that Holy Koran and Prophetic Tradition as well as the books written by our good ancestors have contained important educational information about the ways of bringing up children and the ways of directing them. Obviously most of parents and teachers do not pay much attention for these methods, so it is recommended for the parents and teachers to follow the above mentioned resources seriously and to practice them in their educational.

Abstract: After writing this thesis about this subject, important points. Show themselves Some of these points are : 1 - Osool AL - Fiqih AL - Islami is a science that depends on mental , legal ,logical and linguistic principals. such a feature mill make the scholar follow the development of events , choose and take the most acceptable rules into consideration whether these rules and judgments are jest fiqih opinions or systematic laws.2 - "Specification" is one of the important and original subjects which is worth while and needs exact research and deep analysis.3 - Legal evidences are in harmony and they can not oppose each except apparently for the scholar. He may mistakenly take one thing as an evidence but it is actually not or he may wrongly believe that two text can not be in complete opposition yet each one has its own judgment that is difsenent from the other's one's. Opposition is the scholar mind not in the text or its meaning.4 - Apparent opposition among texts is between the general and the specific and the absolute and the restricted so it is just an apparent opposition. Then we find scholars specify the general and restrict the absolute.5 - If two texts are opposite , before starting work the scholar should follow two methods : 6 - The first method : A - Searching an agreement , if there is an agreement the scholar should rely on it with out looking at the text as specific and general.B - Is there a clear correction to this matter if there is one , the scholar should directly follow it.7 - This apparent opposition may gather those who oppose to be a group since all of them intend working out.When on agreement is not found the scholar should search the history of the opposes.when such a history is known the latest is accepted.when an agreement not found , the scholar should go back to the working ont in the basic of Al - Osool.8 - Also, all the affairs that are clarified under the "Specification" are introductory specification in one words than specification in two words than Specification in three words and etc…. This affair is explained under the rule.9 - Specification is one kind of interpretation kinds which keeps texts apparent.By this , this is called crossing ont interpretation i.e crossing out some general pronunciation words after their being influenced by Specification.10 - Specification is advanced to interpretation in the process of working out for there reasons : A - Advancing the condition to use and the origin to exception - for those who do not take metaphors.B - The rest of Specification is assigned but the metaphoric is multiple with rest as evidence i.e possibilities multiply with rest as evidence for the needed possibility.C - In metaphor, the first meaning is cancelled while it is not in Specification.11 - If two texts were opposite to each other and one of the text is from the book and the other from AL - Sunar besides that one is confirmed and the other is supposed, the scholar should mix both of the texts which are from one source.12 - Specification is a mean to explain texts before its being applied since it sheds light on many of its application to reality.13 - The most important affair in this these is that its depending on a new applicable style in the form of explanatory schemes.The purpose of these is to simplify 14 - "Specification" for the students of AL - fiqih and AL - Osool.15 - Specification is similar to abrogation in some issues and is deffernt in others as it is previously mentioned.16 - Judging to opposite texts whether they are general or specific or general from one side and specific from the other is obligation.17 - The Osoolyon are in disagreement upon the sects which should be kept in specification and what is right differs when the general is different.18 - The specific general differs from the general which is used for specification.The first is the pronunciation which refers to the generalization its generalization is to be taken as real not dependent on judgment while the second is the pronunciation that is used not in its position is a metaphor since it is used not in its position.Depending on this , the specific general is a reality but what is left of uniqueness.Where an the general that is needed for the specification is different.19 - The affair that can be specified should be multiple since what is need is the place that is specified.20 - this is every judgment proved for affair since it is a saying of some people and the fixed judgment for one does not accept specification.21 - The multiple fixed judgment : - It is a pronunciation that reflects its speech or a meaning in which the pronunciation does not reflect the speech but it is related to meaning in three ways : - 1 - The legal defect.2 - The Agreement concept.3 - The disagreement concept.22 - Trying to gather more special in the general the special and the specific.There are the most important conclusions that I reached to in thesis which can not be perfect.We ask God to make our effort for sake of his face , and thank God , prayer and peace may be on the most honest profit and the master of messengers.Conclusions of the thesis;After writing this thesis , certain points have made themselves clear : 1 - Osool Alfiqih Al islami is a science that depends on mental, legal, logical and linguistic bases.Such a feature enables the scholar to trace the development of events , choose the best rules whether these rules or judgment are just opinions or arranged as a law.2 - Specification is one of the important subjects that is worth while.3 - Legal evidences are in harmony and they cannot oppose each other except apparently for the scholar.He may mistakenly take one thing as an evidence but it is actually not or he may wrongly believe that two texts the in complete opposition. Abstract: Praise be to Allah, The Lord of the worlds and prayer be to his prophet Mohammed and his good family, companions and followers and whoever come after them til the day of judgement. So, this entitled research (expiation of a Muslim) has been written with the help of Allah, It draws attention to the fact that expiation of any Muslim and force him to be away from the circle of Islam charging him of disbelief will keep him out of his human rights and society and sometimes death, This for persons, as for groups, expiation of a Muslim endangers the Islamic society to segregation and differences.So if the religious ties decline, there is nothing to substitute.The reasons which led me to choose this subject are : 1. This great unbelief cut the body of the nation and It was the first novelty appeared in slam, that is to say, It was a spring for many deviations in ethics and psychological behavior that affected the nation for fourteen centuries.2. Much contempt in questions of expiation and wrong judgements on the digress of expiation or random decisions without accurate knowledge.3. The important need to the accurate knowledge of ordinances of expiation according to the legal texts and consensus of jurists.4. The spread of this dangerous phenomenon again force us to do our best to cure this issue by Muslim jurists or formal legal committee not by any ignorant person. As for my plan in writing this research, (devided the research into three parts with introduction and conclusion as follows : 1. The first part deals with the meaning of expiation, the reasons and definition of disbelief and expiation, the danger of expiation, sanctuary of Muslim blood.2. The second part deals with the controls, the conditions and the prohibits of expiation.3. The third part deals with questions in expiation, doubtful matters in expiation, first appearance of the idea of expiation (khawarij), then the cure of expiation pheno neuon. As for the conclusions, they are : 1. The expiation of any Muslim is a dangerous decision because it is a decision to put someone out of Islam and sometimes put him to death, because of just disbelieving act or saying. Therefore, there must be a legal committee and consensus of jurists to decide which is expiation, which is not and the kind of expiation and the sanctuary of Muslim blood.2. There must be an Islamic education for youth to be aware of what is going.3. There must be are clarification of mechanism for expiation, they are the controls and conditions of expiation.4. There must be a criticism on doubtful matters of expiation. At last, I would like to be succeeded in my research and shed light on this dangerous phenomenon, and praise be to Allah, The Lord of the worlds.

Abstract: ان بعض علماء المذهب المالكي الذين كانوا في وسط خصب ملئ بالمذاهب الفقهية الاسلامية - كما هو الحال في العراق - كانوا يؤلفون كتبهم الفقهية مدللة، مشحونة بالادلة؛ لانهم علموا بانهم لن يسلموا من الرد والمناقشة، فنجد بعض تاليف القاضي عبد الوهاب المالكي مليئة ب | Some Al - Malik?’s doctrine scientists, who were in a prolific milieu full of Islamic doctrinal schools as in Iraq, wrote their doctrinal books loaded with evidence for they were aware that they would not be free from repelling and discussion. Thus we find that some of the writings of the judge Abdul Wahab Al - Malik? are full of evidence and discussions on several other schools that contradict Imam Al - Malik’s (May God bless his soul). While the Lakhm? (May God bless his soul) has been considered one of the most important preponderance givers from Al - Malik?’s, I preferred to choose the subject of my study in Al - Malk?’s jurisprudence to survey an almost forgotten jurisprudence to Eastern people, to quaff from it, and to show its deepness and spaciousness.My method is to identify Imam Al - Lakhm? despite the little reported on him in his translation.Hence, I explore the preponderance terms for Al - Lakhm? through Al - Dusuq?’s retinue book; mention these different terms; present evidence for every term, and examine his preponderance methods with an example of each.Then, I display his preponderances within the different jurisprudence chapters, starting first with showing the opinion that Imam Al - Lakhm? preponderates, listing the jurists’ names who proclaim that opinion and those who agree with them from other known schools, mentioning the evidence they use, reporting the dissidents’ opinions with the available evidence, trying to find out the preponderant opinion through this study.The study is divided into an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. The introduction contains an explanation for choosing this very subject and the method I follow.Chapter one, entitled “Imam Al - Lakhm? and his Method in Preponderating,” consists of three sections. Chapter two, under the title “Al - Lakhm?’s Doctrinal Preponderances,” treats four sections.The conclusion sums up the findings of the study

This thesis is intended to be presented for obtaining the Doctorate Degree in Islamic Sciences - Department of Law (Shari'a) in the field of Jurisprudence.There is no doubt that Islamic shari'a is a divine law enacted by God Almighty for humanity and is valid for all times and places. Muslims are bound to have knowledge of the matters of their religion and that to be ignorant of which is unacceptable. Scholars have established the juristic rule that "ignorance of the provisions of shari'a does not absolve man within the house of Islam". A Muslim should learn those provisions of Islamic Shari'a that relate to his life and personal affairs, such as worships and dealings, according to the nature of his status and occupation. Understanding Shari'a is strictly related to the Science of Jurisdiction which is one of the basic sciences of Shari'a and most widely known and associated with the lives of people. For this reason our ancestors exerted steady and tireless efforts to acquire this science and delve into its secrets. The Imams among scholars and jurists - beginning from the companions and subordinates and through all Islamic ages and in various countries until the present time - undertook to work out, write down, compile and classify Shari'a provisions and judge and give advisory opinions about them and apply them. They bequeathed a rich juristic wealth with which to boast to the world and thank God for it and pray they be nicely rewarded for them. This wealth is now divided among proponents of the major juristic doctrines adopted by the Islamic world. The importance of the foregoing facts has prompted me to occupy myself with writing this thesis.Plan of research and studyIn this paper I employed the following method of investigatory analysis : I divided the discussion into an Introduction and two parts.The Introduction sets out the nature of the subject, its importance and the reasons for my choice of it. I also referred to the difficulties that I had encountered in the course of writing it. The Introduction also contains the plan of research.Part one, is the body of the study and is divided into three chapters : Chapter one deals with the era in which the author flourished. This chapter comprises three sections : Section one review the political situation; Section two considers the social conditions; and Section three deals with the scientific and cultural status of the author.Chapter two deals with curriculum vitae of the author and is divided into three sections : Section one is devoted to the author's career. It comprises ten points : (1) his name, genealogy and surname, (2) his birth and upbringing, (3) his study and travels, (4) his doctrine, (5) his creed, (6) his Sufism, (7) his positions, (8) his contemporary scholars, (9) Praises he received from scholars and (10) his poetry.Section two deals with his matters and pupils as well as his death. It comprises three points : (1) his masters, (2) his pupils and (3) his death.Section three is devoted to his works which are many in number and mostly widely known.In Chapter three I attempted a definition of the book and my method in the study. It comprises two sections : In Section one I mentioned the authenticity of the book, its ascription to the author and the time of its authorship.In section two I stated my method and my work in the research and gave a description of the hand written copies used.The second part of the thesis deals with an investigatory analysis of the book.I then supplemented the investigated text with the three questions for purposes of comparison as required for the investigation, with the exception of the first part of the manuscript to compensate for what I have missed in my comprehensive study of the life of the author. I appended the text with the necessary indexes and a list of the sources and references.
