Abstract: Nahij Al balaghah (The course of Rhetoric) is considered a huge book, containing linguistic treasures. It comes after the Holy Quran and Al sunnah Al nabawia (The prophetic institution) in eloquence and rhetoric for the imprrtance of this book, I have choosen the subject (The denotation of the command in Nahj Al balagha after taking the agreement of the supervisor (Dr - Musa jafar fadhil). I mean that the commanding verb has two faces direct (apparent) and indirect (implied) the direct commanding verb like the verb ifaal (Do!).The indirect commanding verb like the sentences which contain the implied commanding verb. Its studying must be connected with the new denotative lesson, and containing all the fields of the language.The study consists of introduction, four chapters and conclusion. The introduction contains the definition of the denotation as a language and idiom and the definition of the commanding verb as a language and idom too. The first chapter is apportioned for the study of phonic denotation. This chapter contained three researches, the first for substitution, the second for rhyme and the rhythm and the third for phonic repetition.The second chapter is apportioned for studying of the monphological side. This chapter contained three researches, the first is for the denotation of the verb. with the increased letter, the second is for the denotation of the verb which increased with more than one letter. And the third is for the denotation of the infinitive which is instead of the commanding verb.The third chapter is apportioned for the study of the grammatical denotation. This chapter contains four researches, the first is for the grammatical denotation in commanding verb (leyafhal) (to do), the second for the warning denotation and temptation, the third is for the noun of commanding verb and the forth denotation of the indirect commanding terms.The fourth chapter is apportioned for the studying of the style of denotation. This research contained three researches, the first is for the denotation of collection of the commanding verb with the methods of other demand, the second is for the relation of the denotation verb with what will come after it and the third is for the denotation of the graduation and the denotation of repeating.At the conclusion I talked bout the important results I had concluded. In this thesis I depended on the book of nahj Al Balagha (The course of rhetoric), revised by Dr Subhi Al Saleh to certify the subject of this course, because it is the copy that we depend on it in certification of Nahj Al Balagha (The course of Rhetoric) recently.And I depended on the most important explauations of Nahj AL Balagha, like the explanation of Ibin Abi Al haded and the explanation of kamal Al Deen Bin Maytham Al bahrani and the Minhaj Al Baraha in explanation of Nahij Al Balaghah of Habeen All Ah Alkhoei, because I had found the benefit in these books. The relation between sound and morphology is very strong that the morphological said that interpretation and analyzed morphological structure.2. The ancient unrest in the term crossing (Acoustic status)and this term was applicable him to many of the ancients and modern. 3 - The ancient predecessors Westerners in their innovations in the characteristics theory for the voices. 4. The entrance of the tip sounds in the morphological constructions of the word which is contained in it made it in relation with the tip of morphology through the characters of these sounds from power, the voice bill, & making balance & equalization between the heavy sounds in the structure of the word.5. It's not in the lightness & heaviness in the quantity & the number of the sounds of the word, but in the equality of the duration & the speed of saying the sounds of the structure, based on this the triple construction of the equalized constructions even if it was the dual less than it.6. The sounds of closing the mouth & the palate in touch with the upper jaw could be replaces for the tip sounds which improve the construction of quintuple through its acoustic character (magnification).7. The sounds are in harmony with each other on the level of the meaning which based on the characters of the sounds, the pronunciation level represented by the diverge of the exit of the sounds which could be the only reason in this harmony.8. The increase of the long extension sounds in the construction of the word added on this construction an improved character, because of the clearance of the extension sounds in hearing.9. The lack & the plenty usage of the increasing letters is contact with its approach the character of the extension sounds.10. The referring by using facial & acoustic expressions can be considered is a part of similarity in the silent sounds because there will be a transmission from the strong acoustic character to next sound to it which change it to another acoustic character.11. The acoustic character affected the next sounds in the construction of the word by modulating these sounds from its origin in saying & sometimes in writing.12. The second Arabic sound (ع) in the word like in (Faal) which can be said in (Maftooh&Maksoor) when it's called by the Arabs in the verb (Faal&Yafal) (which means in English did - do) if the first & the second sound were from pharynx, it based to the theory of emphases through putting the sound movement of the letter (ع) next to the emphasized sounds.13. the reason behind extending the extending sounds before the(HAMZA(ء)), is to keep the extending feature in the extending sounds so that not to the extending effected by the(HAMZA (ء)), thus the balance would be achieved between extending and the difficulty of pronouncing the (HAMZA (ء) ).
