Abstract: هدف البحث التعرف على اثر كل من التعليم المبرمج (البرنامج التعليمي المحوسب) وانموذج بوسنر البنائي في تصحيح المفاهيم الخاطئة وتنمية استراتيجيات التفكير العلمي لدى طالبات الصف الخامس العلمي في محافظة نينوى ولتحقيق اهداف البحث صيغت الفرضيات الرئيسة الاتية : 1. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في نسبة المفاهيم الخاطئة عند استخدام طريقة التعليم المبرمج في الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي.2. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في نسبة المفاهيم الخاطئة عند استخدام انموذج بوسنر في الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي.3. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عن مستوى دلالة (0.05) في نسبة المفاهيم الخاطئة بين المجموعتين التجريبيتين الاولى (التعليم المبرمج) والثانية (انموذج بوسنر) في الاختبار البعدي.4. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في مستوى استراتيجيات التفكير العلمي لدى طالبات الصف الخامس العلمي.5. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في متوسط درجات الطالبات في اختبار التفكير العلمي في الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية الاولى (التعليم المبرمج).6. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في متوسط درجات الطالبات في اختبار التفكير العلمي في الاختبار القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية الثانية (انموذج بوسنر).اجريت التجربة على طالبات الصف الخامس العلمي في اعدادية قرطبة للبنات في محافظة نينوى وللفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي 2003 - 2004، تكونت عينة البحث من (135) طالبة قسمن الى (3) مجاميع، مجموعتان تجريبيتان ومجموعة ضابطة تكونت المجموعة التجريبية الاولى من (44) طالبة درسن باستخدام التعليم المبرمج (البرنامج التعليمي المحوسب)، وتكونت المجموعة التجريبية الثانية من (46) طالبة درسن باستخدام انموذج بوسنر البنائي، في حين تكونت المجموعة الضابطة من (45) طالبة. كوفئت المجاميع الثلاثة في العمر الزمني والتحصيل العلمي للاباء والامهات والذكاء. وللتحقق من فرضيات البحث اعدت الباحثة ثلاثة اختبارات هي اختبار استراتيجيات التفكير العلمي والاختبار التشخيصي للمفاهيم والاختبار العلاجي (البعدي). وتحققت من الصدق الظاهري للاختبارات بعرضها على مجموعة من الخبراء والمحكمين في مجال الاختصاص. وتحقق الصدق البنائي للاختبارات بحساب معامل الارتباط بين درجة كل فقرة مع الدرجة الكلية للاختبار وقد حصلت على نسبة اتفاق عالية وحسبت معامل الثبات للاختبارات بطريقتين هما طريقة اعادة الاختبار وطريقة الاتساق الداخلي. وقد حصلت على معاملات ارتباط عالية، واعدت الخطط الدراسية لكل من طريقتي التعليم المبرمج وانموذج بوسنر البنائي وللطريقة التقليدية وعرضتها على مجموعة من المحكمين للتاكد من مدى ملاءمتها لمتغيرات البحث.قامت الباحثة بتشخيص المفاهيم الخاطئة لدى الطالبات باستخدام الاختبار التشخيصي وحسبت النسب المئوية للخطا لكل مفهوم ثم قامت بتدريس مجاميع البحث التجريبية وفق الطريقة التعليم المبرمج وانموذج بوسز البنائي، وبعدها طبق الاختبار البعدي وحسبت النسب المئوية للخطا لكل مفهوم ثم عولجت البيانات احصائيا لمعرفة دلالة الفروق بين النسب المئوية وذلك باستخدام (اختبار Z لحساب دلالة الفروق في النسب المئوية). وقد اظهرت النتائج فروقا ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى (0.05) في تصحيح المفاهيم لصالح كل من مجموعتي البحث واظهرت النتائج فروقا ذات دلالة احصائية في اختبار استراتيجيات التفكير العلمي القبلي والبعدي لصالح مجموعتي البحث التجريبيتين.وفي ضوء نتائج البحث اوصت الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات منها استخدام البرنامج التعليمي المحوسب وانموذج بوسنر البنائي في تصحيح المفاهيم الخاطئة عند طلاب الصف الخامس العلمي وتنمية وتطوير التفكير العلمي.وصاغت عددا من المقترحات اهمها : • اجراء الدراسات باستخدام البرنامج التعليمي المحوسب وانموذج بوسنر في تصحيح المفاهيم العلمية في مواد ومراحل دراسية اخرى.• اجراء دراسة مقارنة بين متغيرات البحث الحالي ونماذج اخرى في تصحيح المفاهيم وتنمية وتطوير التفكير العلمي. | he effect of using programmed instruction and Posner constructive model in the change of concepts and developing scientific thinking strategies for fifth secondary class female students - scientific division in biology.The aim of this research is to identify the effect of programmed instruction (computeralized construction program), and Posner model in conceptual correctness of miss concepts and developing scientific thinking strategies for fifth secondary class - scientific division in Ninevah Governorate.To achieve the aims of the research, the following main hypotheses were formulated : 1. There are no statistically significant differences are found at the level of (0.05) in the percent of miss concepts when using programmed teaching in pre - and post test.2. There are no statistically significant differences are found at the level of (0.05) in the percent of miss concept when using Posner constructive model in pre and post tests.3. There are no statistically significant differences are found at the level of (0.05) in the percent of miss concepts between the two experimental groups. The first using programmed teaching and the second one (using Posner model in the post test).4. There are no statistically significant differences are found at the level of (0.05) in the level of scientific thinking strategy for fifth secondary students.5. There are no statistically significant differences are found at the level of (0.05) regarding the mean of grades of the female students in scientific thinking test in pre - test and post - test for the first experimental group (programmed teaching).6. There are no statistically significant differences are found at the level of (0.05) regarding the mean of grades of the female students in scientific thinking test in pre - test and post - test for the second experimental group (Posner constructive model).The experiments were carried out on the female students of fifth secondary pupils in Kurtaba secondary school for girls in Ninevah governorate in the second term of the academic year (2003 - 2004), the sample consisted of (135) student divided into (3) groups, two experimental groups and control group. The first experimental group consisted of (44) student, taught by using programmed teaching (computerized construction program). The second experimental group consisted of (46) student taught by using Posner construction model, while the control group contained (45) students. The equivalence was made between the three groups in age, parents academic achievements, intelligence.To verity the hypothesis, the researcher made (3) tests as follows : Test of scientific thinking strategy and characterize tests of concepts and post test. The face validity of the tests was verified by showing on a panel of experts in methodology. The content validity of tests was achieved by calculating conjunction of coordination among the degree of each item with the total degree of the test. The agreement rate was high, stability factor was calculated for the tests in two ways, re - test way and internal coordination. The coordination conjunction were high.The researcher prepared teaching plans for the programmed teaching Posner construction model and tradition teaching methods were showed to a panel of experts and referees to ascertain their reliability of the variables of research.The researcher characterized the miss concepts for pupils using diagnosing test. The error percentages of each concept were calculated. The researcher taught the two experimental groups according to programmed teaching and Posner construction model. Then, the post test was applied and error percentages of each concept were calculated. The data were statistically analyzed to known the significance of differences between the percentage, by using (Z - test to calculate the significant of percent rates).The results showed statistically significant differences were found at the level of (0.05) in correcting miss concepts for the two experimental designs. The results showed also statistically significant differences in pre - and post test scientific thinking strategies with a bias toward the two experimental groups.Known the results above, the researcher re - commended some recommendations such as make more future studies using programmed teaching and Posner construction model in correcting scientific concepts of other materials and other academic stages

Abstract: تتحدد مشكلة البحث في عدم معرفة تاثير فترات الاستشفاء المتتالية باستخدام الراحتين السلبية والايجابية على بعض المتغيرات الوظيفية والكيموحيوية والمتمثلة في هذا البحث بـ ( ضربات القلب وسرعة التنفس وضغط الدم الانقباضي والانبساطي , وتركيز حاض اللبنيك وقيمة الاس الهيدروجيني pH الدم وفعالية انزيم لاكتيت ديهايدروجينيز وفعالية انزيم كرياتين كاينيز CK ونسبة البروتين في الدم) .ويهدف البحث الى ما ياتي : 1 - الكشف عن دلالة الفروق بين الازمنة المتتالية للاستشفاء ضمن الازمنة المحددة لها لكل من اختباري الراحة الايجابية والسلبية في المتغيرات الوظيفية والكيموحيوية بعد عدو 400 م.2 - الكشف عن دلالة الفروق بين الاختبارات المتناضرة للاستشفاء ضمن الازمنة المحددة لها بين اختباري الراحة الايجابية والسلبية في المتغيرات الوظيفي والكيموحيوية بعد عدو 400 م.3 - وجود فروق ذات دلالة معنوية بين الاختبارات المتتالية للاستشفاء ضمن الازمنة المحددة لها لكل من الراحتين السلبية والايجابية في المتغيرات الوظيفية والكيموحيوية بعد عدو 400 متر .2 - وجود فروق ذات دلالة معنوية بين الاختبارات المتناضرة للاستشفاء ضمن الازمنة المحددة لها لكل من الراحتين السلبية والايجابية في المتغيرات الوظيفية والكيموحيوية بعد عدو 400 متر .3 - هناك فروق ذات دلالة معنوية في الانجاز بين الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي باستخدام الراحتين السلبية والايجابية بعد عدو 400 متر .4 - هناك فروق ذات دلالة معنوية في الانجاز بين الاختبارين البعديين باستخدام الراحتين السلبية والايجابية بعد عدو 400 متر .مجالات البحث : * المجال البشري : لاعبي فعاليتي 400 متر و400 متر موانع يمثلون نادي دهوك الرياضي . * المجال المكاني : ملعب نادي دهوك الرياضي , مختبر الكيمياء الحياتية في كلية العلوم بجامعة الموصل,مختبر مستشفى ازادى - دهوك , مختبر ازادى الاهلي - دهوك .* المجال الزماني : الفترة من (20/8/2005) ولغاية (19/9/2005) .اجراءات البحث : استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي (بالاسلوب السببي المقارن ) لملائمته لطبيعة البحث. وتكونت عينة البحث من (8) لاعبين يمثلون نادي دهوك الرياضي في فعاليتي 400م و400م موانع .واستخدم الباحث الاختبارات والقياسات لجمع بيانات البحث , وتم استخدام مجموعة من الاجهزة الطبية والميكانيكية والكهربيائية - الالكترونية .واستخدم الباحث المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري واختبار (ت) المرتبطة للعينات الصغيرة , والنسبة المئوية للتغيير بوصفها وسائل احصائية.وتضمنت اجراءات البحث على تجربتين رئيستين وثلاث تجارب استطلاعية الاولى تضمنت اختبار عدو 400م بعدها جلس اللاعبون لمدة 13 دقيقة وفي هذه الفترة تم قياس المتغيرات الوظيفية التي تضمنها البحث وتم سحب عينات من الدم لقياس المتغيرات الكيموحيوية واعيدت قياس المتغيرات الوظيفية وسحب عينات الدم في الدقيقة 30 و60 ايضا.ثم اجري اختبار عدو 400م مرة اخرى بعد الدقيق (60).اما التجربة الثانية فقد اجريت بعد تسعة ايام على نفس افراد العينة وبنفس الاجراءات السابقة ماعدا الراحة السلبية اذ استخدمت بدلا عنها الراحة ايجابية (الهرولة لمسافة 1200م اي ثلاث دورات حول الملعب) بزمن 13 دقيقة.وقد استنتج الباحث ماياتي : 1 - حدوث انخفاض* لعدد ضربات القلب في فترات الاستشفاء المتتالية (13 - 30 - 60) دقيقة للراحتين السلبية والايجابية بعد عدو 400متر الا ان الراحة الايجابية حافظت على ارتفاع نسبي لعدد ضربات القلب في الفترة (13د) واحدثت انخفاضا اكثر لنفس المتغير في الفترتين (30 - 60) دقيقة مقارنة بالراحة السلبية .2 - حدوث انخفاض* سرعة التنفس في فترات الاستشفاء (13 - 30 - 60) دقيقة للراحتين السلبية والايجابية بعد عدو 400متر الا ان الراحة الايجابية حافظت على ارتفاع نسبي لعدد ضربات القلب في الفترة (13)دقيقة واحدثت انخفاضا اكثر في الفترتين (30 - 60) دقيقة مقارنة بالراحة السلبية .3 - احدثت كل من الراحتين السلبية والايجابية انخفاضا* لضغط الدم الانقباضي في فترات الاستشفاء (13 - 30 - 60) دقيقة, وكان الانخفاض للراحة السلبية اكثر للفترات الثلاثة المتناظرة بين الراحتين السلبية والايجابية بعد عدو 400متر.4 - ارتفاع** ضغط الدم الانبساطي في فترات الاستشفاء المتتالية (13 - 30 - 60) دقيقة لكل من الراحتين السلبية والايجابية بعد عدو 400متر, ولكن كان ارتفاع ضغط الدم الانبساطي باستخدام الراحة السلبية اسرع مما هو عليه باستخدام الراحة الايجابية وللفترات المتناظرة الثلاثة.5 - حدوث انخفاض* لتركيز حامض اللبنيك في فترات الاستشفاء المتتالية (13 - 30 - 60) دقيقة باستخدام الراحتين السلبية والايجابية , ولكن الراحة الايجابية ساعدت على انخفاض تركيز حامض اللبنيك بصورة اكبر لهذه الفترات مما هو عليه في الراحة السلبية بعد عدو 400 م .6 - حصول ارتفاع** للاس الهيدروجيني( pH الدم) في فترات الاستشفاء المتتالية (13 - 30 - 60) دقيقة باستخدام الراحتين السلبية والايجابية بعد عدو 400متر, وكان الارتفاع بصورة اسرع عند استخدام الراحة الايجابية .7 - حدوث انخفاض* لفعالية نشاط انزيم لاكتيت ديهايدروجنيز (LDH) في فترات الاستشفاء المتتالية (13 - 30 - 60) دقيقة باستخدام الراحتين السلبية والايجابية بعد عدو 400متر,وكان للراحة السلبية تاثير على انخفاض (LDH) بصورة اسرع في فترتي الاستشفاء (13 - 60) دقيقة , بينما احدثت الراحة الايجابية انخفاضا اكثر في فترة الاستشفاء (60) دقيقة المتناظرة .8 - احدثت الراحتين السلبية والايجابية انخفاضا* في نشاط انزيم كرياتين كاينيز في فترات الاستشفاء المتتالية (13 - 30 - 60) دقيقة ,وان الانخفاض باستخدام الراحة السلبية كان اسرع مما هو عليه باستخدام الراحة الايجابية .9 - انخفاض* بروتين الدم باستخدام الراحتين السلبية والايجابية في فترات الاستشفاء المتتالية (13 - 30 - 60) دقيقة بعد عدو 400 متر , وكان الانخفاض باستخدام الراحة الايجابية اكثر مما هو عليه باستخدام الراحة السلبية للفترات المتناظرة بعد عدو 400 متر .10 - كان للراحة الايجابية تاثير على الانجاز اذ ان نتائج عدو 400 متر بعد ساعة ( الاختبارالبعدي) كانت قريبة جدا من الاختبار الاولي ( الاختبار القبلي ) مقارنة بالراحة السلبية . | The problem of the research is manifested in knowing the effect of the consecutive recovery durations by using the rest recovery and exercise recovery on some physiology and biochemical variables which are manifested in this research in the heart beats, respiration frequency, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure, constration of lactic acid , the value of blood pH , the activities of both lactate dehydrogenize, createin kinase enzymes and the ratio of protein in the blood.The research aims at : 1. To know the differences among the consecutive times for recovery within the limited times for the two tests of the rest recovery and exercise recovery in the physiology and biochemical variables after 400. dash.2. To know the differences among the corresponding tests for recovery within the limited durations between the positive and the rest recovery s tests in the physiology and biochemical variables after 400 m. dash. 3. To know the differences in the achievement between the preterit and the post test for the rest recovery and exercise recovery after 400 m. dash.4. To know the differences in the achievement between the two post tests for the rest recovery and exercise recovery after 400 m. dash.The researcher supposes the following : 1. There are significant differences among the consecutive tests for recovery within the limited duration to the rest recovery and exercise recovery in the physiology and biochemical variables after 400 m. dash.2. There are significant differences among the corresponding tests for recovery within the limited durations for the rest recovery and exercise recovery in the physiology and biochemical variable after 400 m. dash.3. There are significant differences in the achievement between the pre test and the post test by using the rest recovery and exercise recovery after 400 m. dash. 4. There are differences of significantin the achievement between the two post tests by using the rest recovery and exercise recovery after 400 m. dash.Fields of the research : • The human field : A sample of athletes from 400 m. and 400 m. hurdles events who represent Duhok sport club. • Spatial field : Duhok sports club stadium. The biochemical laboratory of the college of sciences in the University of Mosul, Azadi Hospital Laboratory, in Duhok, Azadi Popular laboratory in Duhok. • Temporal field : The period from 20th August 2005 to 19th September 2005. Procedures : The researcher follows the descriptive way (by using the causal contrastive style) because it is suitable for the nature of the research. The data consists of 8 athletes who represent Duhok sports club in 400 m. dash and 400 m. hurdles. The researcher used the tests and measurements to collect the results of the research. A group of medical mechanical, electronic devises have been used. The researcher used the mean, the standerd deviation and t. test to the small data and the percentage of exchange as statistical means.The procedure were used of the research include two basic experiments and three explorative ones the first includes test for 400 m. dash. After that the athletes sat down for 13 minutes in which the physiology variables have been measured. Samples of the blood have been tested to know the biochemical variables than the physiology variables have been tested again with the blood samples in the minutes 30 and 60 respectivly. then a test of 400 m. dash have been done again after the minute 60. The second experiment has been done after nine days on the same individuals of the data with the same previous measures except the rest recovery which is replaced by the positive test (running to 1200 m. distance which forms running three laps around the track) with a duration of 13 minutes. The researcher concluded that : 1. The heart beats are reduced during the consecutive recovery duration (13 - 30 - 60) minutes to the rest recovery and exercise recovery after 400 m. dash.2. The exercise recovery continues its increasing of the heart beats in the duration of the recovery (13) minutes as comparing by the rest recovery .3. The exercise recovery caused more reduction of the heart beats during the two periods of the recovery (30 - 60) minutes as comparing with the rest recovery . 4. The breathing repetition was reduced during the consecutive recovery duration (13 - 30 - 60) minutes to the rest recovery and exercise recovery after the 400 m. dash. 5. The exercise recovery keeps the increase for the repetition of the breath during the period of recovery (13) minutes as comparing with the rest recovery .6. The exercise recovery caused a more reduction for the repetition of the breathing during the recovery periods (30 - 60) minutes as comparing by the negative test. 7. The rest recovery and exercise recovery caused a reduction to the systolic blood pressure in the consecutive recovery durations (13 - 30 - 60) minutes after the 400 m. dash.8. More reduction happened to the systolic blood pressure by using the rest recovery's comparing by the exercise recovery in the recovery periods (13 - 30 - 60) corresponding minutes.9. The rest recovery and exercise recovery caused increasing in the diastolic blood pressure during the consecutive recovery durations (13 - 30 - 60) minutes after 400 m. dash.10. By using the rest recovery the increasing of the diastolic blood pressure seemed more quick than that in which the exercise recovery of the corresponding recovery durations were used (13 - 30 - 60) minutes.11. There is a reduction in the concentration lactic acid during the consecutive recovery durations (13 - 30 - 60) minutes by using the rest recovery and exercise recovery after 400 m. dash.12. The exercise recovery helped in reducing the concentration of the concentration of the lactic acid much quantity than that used in the corresponding recovery durations (13 - 30 - 60) minutes as comparing with that of the rest recovery after 400 m. dash. 13. There is an increasing of the hydrogen ion (H+) during the consecutive recovery durations (13 - 30 - 60) minutes by using the rest recovery and exercise recovery after 400 m. dash.14. The increasing of the hydrogen ion (H+) of the recovery durations (13 - 30 - 60) minutes corresponding more quick than that used when following the exercise recovery as compared with the rest recovery although there was no significat differences. 15. There is a reduction of the LDH enzyme during the consecutive recovery durations (13 - 30 - 60) minutes by using the rest recovery and exercise recovery after 400 m. dash.16. The rest recovery affected LDH enzyme more quick during the consecutive recovery periods (30 - 60) minutes whereas the exercise recovery caused a more reduction in the corresponding recovery periods (60) minutes.17. The rest recovery and exercise recovery caused a reduction in the activity of CK in the consecutive recovery durations (13 - 30 - 60) minutes afte4 400m. dash. 18. The reduction of the activity of CK ??? in the rest recovery seemed more quick than that of the exercise recovery during the positive recovery durations (13 - 30 - 60) minutes afte4 400 m. dash. 19. The reduction of the blood protein during the consecutive recovery durations (13 - 30 - 60) minutes by using the rest recovery and exercise recovery after 400 m. dash.20. The reduction in the blood protein caused by using the exercise recovery was seemed bigger than that caused by using the rest recovery during the corresponding recovery durations (13 - 30 - 60) minutes.21. The exercise recovery had more effect on the achievement because the results of 400 m. dash after the post test seemed nearly equaled to that of the pre test as comparing with the rest recovery . The researcher recommends : 1. The emphasis on the track and field coaches to use the exercise recovery after 400 m. dash during the competitions especially in the cases in which the runner participates in more than event or during the qualifying stages. 2. The emphasis on the track and field coaches to use the exercise recovery after the maximal and near maximal anaerobic training. 3. The emphasis on the track and field coaches to depend on biochemical variables besides physiological variables to evaluate the athlete recovery
