Abstract: The meaning of validating is a grammatically term, and that is what caused changes in the last of words, and the working term may be verb at most, or may be name or character. The neglecting is leaving that work in working term for some reason or lack of work conditions if it was working with specific conditions, the neglecting may be in the original word that mean, the word is not working in origin, it is against validating or it’s the opposite. This subject Examines in these terms (working or neglected) based on what came in the holy Koran, evidence and examples, and not extrapolated inventory, and as required by the foundations of scientific research came as follows : 1 - Introduction : Brief Outlining for the explanation and illustration of research, and we thanks who proposed the topic of our elders, and the our reason for selecting him, and we thanks who cooperating with us in this search.2 - Foreword : Manipulating the two terms ( Validating and neglecting) in grammatically and traditionally means as well as in Arabic grammar. 3 - Chapter I : studying validating and neglecting in Arabic grammar and synonyms of terms, and what they based on of Arabic grammar assets, and types of factors.4 - Chapter II : Manipulating the verbal factor (verb and name) as receipt in holy Koran, and its mentioned in few non - famous readings. And its manifests from the holy Koran and what's agreed of grammar books.5 - Chapter III : deals with verbal factor ( working characters) and on the basis of previous chapter itself.6 - Chapter IV : examines the moral factor, and deals with the grammar means and clarify them, and we put with him dialectic cases for factor.7 - Chapter V : deals with characters always grammatically neglected, and also based on holy Koran in its meaning and the examples of explanation and study.8 - Conclusion : It is an Abstract for the study, and summarization of research results.9 - list of references and resources : books, or research, or thesises, or magazines, we use or adopted in our study. Abstract: Hashiyat Nawahid Al - Abkar and Shawahid Al - Afkar for Al - Imam Al - Siyooty is a result for the efforts of three scientists , and it is a hashiya on the interpretation of Al - Baidaawy which it is called Anwar Al - Tanzeel and Asraa Al - Taweel . Imam Al - Siyooty represents the previous Thurowa in depending on the efforts of the previous scientists who are classified , where he is going on tracing the classifications of the those who preceded him in order to choose what he found it as useful and suitable with the syllabus who going on it . Imam Al - Siyooty is considered as great thinker and information encyclopedia where he gathered the opinions of the scientists in one matter and he discussed it a scientific discussion where he kept it and exposed it on the shape of question and answer , and the people of science who their years lives were different , they were in one council , and they answered this matter and his different books , from them is this hashiya which is called Nawahid Al - Abkar and Shaward Al - Afkar , have indicated the capacity of his science and his ability of different sciences and some of his modern followers have accused him with some lies which don't influence the position of this great Scientist's situation This Hashiya represents a result of the efforts of three great scientists from Al - Islam scientists in the field of , interpreting of Quran , because it is a precious hashiya on the interpretation of Al - Baidawy which is called …., which is considered as abbreviated interpretation in general . from interpretation of Al - Kashaaf for Al - Zamakshary , and also it is considered from the last efforts of Al - Imam Al - Siyooty in the ends of his life ,before his death . The way which is followed by Al - IMAM Al - Siyooty in his books for this hashiya which was on the shape of hashiya system , which led for using many of different resources which most important is interpretation of Al - Kashaf for Al - Zamakshary and hawashy and the produced books on it as well as the books of interpretations and Quran science and Al Hadeeth books and its explanations , and Al Nahoo books and language , and arts and poetry and proverbs and translations books and history and others from books which he needs in his research subject and the importance of this hasyiya is emphasized as it is not only explanation for AL - Badawy only , but it is a book which is criticized in many subjects and making a balance between al - Kashaf and Anwar Al - Tanzeel from a side and Anwar Al - Tanzeel and Hawashy Al - Kashaf from another side. And Al - Imam Al Siyooty has depended in his production for this hashiya on shifting on hawashy Al - Kashaf specially hashiya Al - Taiby Imam which is called Futooh Al - Al - Ghaib fi Al - Kashaf on Kinaa Al - Raib , where he depended on it great dependence and he shifted from it many things . And he was choosing from Anwar Al - Tanzeel the statements which it needs for clarifying . and he did not oblige in explaining all the statements , also he identified some of the scientific terms and derived Al - Ahadeeth which are mentioned by Al - Baidaay in his interpretation and he governed it , and he translated for some of the great scientists , and explaining Al - Shawahid Al - Shiryia and stating the witness's place . And Al - Imam Al - Siyooty has gathered in this hashiya between Al - Tafseer syllabus and Al - Tafsser by opinion , where we see that in many of subjects , he depends in it on Al - Taffseer by opinion , and this was in different fro what he produced in interpretation Al - Dur AL - Manthoor . And it appeared through my study for Al - Hashiya that it was true for Al - Imam Al - Siyooty and there is a difference in giving it name where it is called Nawahid Al - Abkar and Shawahid Al - Afkar , and giving name 'Nawahid Al - Abkar and Shaward Al - Afkar , which clarifies that its name Nawahid Al - Abkar and Shaward Al - Afkar through evidences which have been mentioned in this research ……..Mabhath Al - Taareef by Al - Kitaab

Abstract: The significance of the Sunna of the Prophet lies in the fact that it is the second source of the Sharia (Islamic Law) after the Holy Quran.It is either confirming the orders and prohibitions cited in the Quran; clarifying certain verses of the Quarn, in accordance with the verse “وانزلنا اليك الذكر لتبين للناس مانزل اليهم ولعلهم يتفكرون”; or adding provisions not mentioned in the Quran. Allah the Exalted orders that the Sunna of the Prophet be followed, according to the verse “و ما اتاكم الرسول فخذوه وما نهاكم عنه فانتهوا”.Given that the Sunna of the Prophet has a lofty and grand status in the Islamic religion, I have selected a hand - written book entitled “المفاتيح في شرح المصابيح” (the key to expounding the lights) by the author Muth’hir Al - Din Al - Hussein Bin Mahmood Bin Al - Hassan Alzeidani (died 727AH), as a title for my thesis. This book is an exposition to another book entitled “the Sunna lights مصابيح السنة” written by the linguistic Imam Al - Baghawi (died in 516 AH). The “the key to expounding the lights” is one of the most important books that have provided a detailed and simplified expounding for the Sunna of the Prophet. It is an honor for me to share my colleagues in reviving the efforts of our ancestor mentors, Allah’s mercy on them; they will always remain our beacons on the road of right.My thesis consists of two chapters : Chapter one : it includes an introduction and two sectionsThe Introduction covers the biography of the two glorified Imams - Al - Baghawi (died in 516 AH), the author of (the Sunna lights); and Al - Zeidani (died in 727 AH), the author of the (key to expounding the lights).Section one : it offers an introduction to the book (key to expounding the lights), and consists of two topics : Topic one : the name of the book and its reference to its authorTopic Two : The methodology of Imam Al - Zeidi and his sourcesSection two : it deals with the written transcripts and my methodology in the research. It is composed of two topics : Topic one : a description for the written transcriptsTopic two : My methodology in the researchChapter two : it includes the examined text, bibliography and references used in the research.In my research I used different sources such as books on biography, language, Hadith (the Prophet traditions) sciences, jurisprudence, and others.Problems in the development of the thesis : • Difficulty to access to the locations where the written transcripts are kept. There are three transcripts in number : two in the National Center for transcripts in Haifa Street. This street has witnessed ferocious battles and hard conditions during 2006 - 2007. The third transcript is kept in the Kadiriya Shrine Library in Baghdad. Three of my colleagues assisted me in examining the first part of this transcript. My share of the first part is the Introduction and the Iman (the Belief) book. • Lack of references about Al - Zeidani, the author of the key to expounding the lights, especially regarding his birth, upbringing, and biography. My colleagues who preceded me attributed this lack of references to the invasion of the tartars to Baghdad in 656 AH (1258 AD), resulting in deterioration of all walks of life, killing of scholars and imams, and gutting of libraries. Most scientists had to flee from Baghdad for fear of death by the hands of tartars. This accounts for the lack of references about them, including the scholar Al=Zeidani.

Abstract: من خلال عنوان الرسالة يتضح ان مضمونها يدور حول الاقوال المختارة والراجحة لدى الشيخ سعيد حوى(1409ه)، التي تضمنها تفسيره( الاساس في التفسير)، والتي توصل اليها عن طريق استدلاله بمجموعة من ادلة الترجيح المعتمدة عند جميع المفسرين في اقوالهم الراجحة، وكذلك عن طريق مجموعة من الفاظ الترجيح الصريحة وغير الصريحة، التي اوردها في عبارات تفسيره.وكانت دراستي لهذه الاختيارات والترجيحات، من خلال جمعهوادراستهوامناقشتها مع اختيارات وترجيحات العلماء والمفسرين ممن سبقه وتبعه، وفق قوة الدليل الي يستدل به المفسرون، ووفق القواعد الترجيحية التي اعتمدوها في تفاسيرهم، فمرة اتوافق مع الشيخ سعيد حوى فيما يذهب اليه في ترجيحه، ومرة اشكل عليه في ترجيحه، وفق ما يظهر لي من ادلة، فخلف الدليل اجد ضالتي، فتراني دائما الهث وراء الدليل الصحيح، للوصول الى ارجح الاقوال واقربها الى الصواب، مع الاهتمام بابراز القواعد التفسيرية والوجوه الترجيحية قدر الامكان. بطريقة علمية تبين للقارئ مراد الله في الاية - بقدر الطاقة البشرية - ، وتوفر عليه عناء البحث في امهات كتب التفاسير ليصل اليه معنى الاية بصورة موجزة مقننة تقوم على الادلة الصحيحة باذن الله تعالى.وخطتي في البحث تشتمل على مقدمة، وثلاث فصول، وخاتمة. • المقدمة : وتضمنت : اهداف البحث، اهمية الموضوع واسباب اختياره، وصعوبات البحث، وحدود الدراسة، واهم الدراسات السابقة حول الموضوع، والمنهج المتبع في كتابة البحث.• الفصل الاول (التمهيدي) : وتضمن هذا الفصل : ترجمة موجزة عن حياة المفسر الشيخ (سعيد حوى).واسم تفسيره وسبب تاليفه ومكانته العلمية ومنهجه فيه.• الفصل الثاني : وتضمن هذا الفصل : التعريف بالاختيار والترجيح والفرق بينهموافائدتهموامحل وقوعهما. وصيغ واساليب الترجيح التي استعملها الشيخ في اختياراته وترجيحاته . وادلة ووجوه الترجيح التي اعتمدها الشيخ في ترجيحاته.• الفصل الثالث : وتضمن هذا الفصل : اختيارات وترجيحات الشيخ سعيد حوى في تفسيره.• الخاتمة : عرضت فيها بعض الاستنتاجات وبعض التوصيات.ان دراسة موضوع الترجيحات والاختيارات في التفسير، وبيان الصحيح من الاقوال وتحديد الراجح منها هو السبيل الامثل لتنقية كتب التفسير من رديء الاقاويل، وضعيف الروايات، وشواذ المسائل، وهذه التنقية من اهم ما ينبغي ان يعتني به اهل العلم المتخصصون؛ حتى يقوموا بواجب النصح للمسلمين، بتعليمهم معاني كلام الله تعالى على الوجه الاكمل.ولله الحمد والمنه، وصلى الله على رسولنا محمد وعلى اله وصحبه وسلم. | Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the master of all creatures, our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions and those who followed them with charity until the Day of Judgment. This is a summary of the scientific thesis, to obtain the degree of doctorate in the science of the Koran and entitled : (Said Hawi's choices and his interpretations in his book " The Basis of Interpretation"). Researcher name : Rasool Taha Khalaf Ayed Al Obeidi.Supervised by : Dr. mahmood abd al - lattef Through the title of the letter it is clear that the content revolves around the words chosen and most likely by Sheikh Said Hawi (1409 e), which included his interpretation (the basis of interpretation), which he obtained by using a set of weighting guides adopted by all the interpreters in their statements, A set of explicit and unambiguous words of weight, which he cited in the terms of his interpretation. The study of these choices and aspirations, through the collection and study and discussion with the choices and the calamities of scientists and interpreters of the previous and followed, according to the strength of evidence to be interpreted by the interpreters, and according to the rules adopted in their interpretations, once I agree with Sheikh Saeed Hawi in what goes to him in the swing, I have always sought to follow the correct evidence, to reach the most accurate and the closest to the right, with the interest to highlight the rules of interpretation and faces as much as possible. In a scientific way, the reader shows Murad Allah in the verse - as much as human energy - , and provides him with the trouble to search the mothers of the books of interpretations to reach the meaning of the verse in a concise manner based on the correct evidence, God willing. My research plan includes an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion. Introduction : The objectives of the research, the importance of the subject and the reasons for selection, and difficulties of research, and limits of study, and the most important previous studies on the subject, and the methodology used in writing the research. The first chapter (introductory) : This chapter includes : a brief translation of the life of the interpreter Sheikh (Said Hawi). The name of its interpretation and the reason for its composition, scientific status and methodology. Chapter II : This chapter includes : the definition of selection and weight, the difference between them and their usefulness and place of occurrence. And the formulas and methods of weighting used by the Sheikh in his choices and his apprehensions. And the evidence and weighting factors adopted by the Sheikh in his weight. Chapter III : This chapter included : choices and assumptions Sheikh Saeed Hawi in his interpretation. Conclusion : Some conclusions and some recommendations were presented. The study of the subject of weights and choices in interpretation, and the correct statement of the words and the most correct of them is the best way to purify the books of interpretation of the poor rumors, and weak stories, and issues of questions, and this purification is the most important to be cared for by the specialists of the specialists; so they do the duty of advice to Muslims, By teaching them the meanings of the word of God in the fullest way. Abstract: Islam ruled Andalucia for eight centuries during which Arabs Iaid the foundations of a great civilization. Andalucia became the bridge on which the Arabic culture crossed to Europe. When conflicts and domestic differences spread, the nation split up and became too weak to stop the Christian attacks in the north of the island. However the Arabic cultural heriage remained as a witness of the Arabic mental talent represented in various fields of Knowledge. Hence research work should reveal those distinguished masters of literature and their precious treasures. Ibn Zomrak was of those masters who marked an important stage out in the history of Arabic thought in Andalucia during a critical period of a threating collapse. He lived in the first half of the eighth Higri century and became one the distinguished people of the cultural movement in Grenada where litrary life flourished despite the deteriorated political conditions and the retraction of Arabic rule and the fall of the big bases in Andalucia. Ibn Zomrak was one of the Andalusi poest hose poetry was characterized by Keebing the inherited from and exploring new ideas , meanings, and images. He was one of many other poets whose potry needs to be exblored and revealed to readers to establish one pillar in the Andalusi studies. This study attempts to shed light on one of the poets of Andalucia whose poetry was scattered out in various Andalusi and east and west Arabic countries. The study collected, analyzed and verified his poetry and put it in its proper place among the poetry of his contempoatry great poets such as Ibn Elkhateeb, Ibn khatima, Abi - El - Bakaa, as he had a great aristic talent of writing poetry. The study is made up of an introduction, four chapters, and a con clusion. The introduction deals with the poet's evvironment which represents the geographical, political, cultural and constructional aspects of Granada; the birthplace of lbn Zomrak, and all of its surroundings such as hills, mountains, rivers, gardens, etc. In the introduction l referred to the policy adopted at home and abroad and the treaties of reconciliation and and friendship between the Kingdom of Granada and its neighboring countries. part of the inteduction tackled the conflicts among the members of the ruling family and the political relationships between the Kingdom Granada and the friendly Kingdom of Morocco ( Kingdom of Bani Mareen ) and the enemy Christion Kingdom of Castilla and Argoon. Then I dealt with the cultural environment and the literary development as a result of Bani Nasr's encouraging of a group of distinguished poets, thinkers, linguists, scientists, and doctors and the establishing of Yousofiya School and recruiting the best qualified teachers for it
