Abstract: يعد الادراج المباشر هو الية ادراج اسهم الشركات في الاسواق المالية دون الحاجة الى المرور بمرحلة الاكتتاب العام، مما يسهل جذب المستثمرين ويختصر الوقت والجهد. تعتبر سوق "تداول" في السعودية من اولى الاسواق الخليجية التي سمحت بالادراج المباشر، مما يمكن الشركات من بيع الحد الادنى المطلوب للاسهم خلال فترة لا تزيد عن 12 شهرا من تاريخ الادراج. يمثل الادراج المباشر وسيلة فعالة للحصول على مصادر اضافية، ويدعم نمو الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، ويسرع من وتيرة تطورها. الشركات الناشئة ذات الافاق الواعدة تعتمد على هذه الالية لجمع الاموال اللازمة لتوسيع نطاق اعمالها وتحقيق التحولات الكبرى، مما يسهم ايضا في تحقيق الثراء لمؤسسيها والمستثمرين المبكرين. كما وتتمثل الاشكالية الرئيسية في عدم وجود تنظيم قانوني خاص بالية الادراج المباشر في الاسواق المالية العراقية، مما يشير الى نقص تشريعي يتطلب وضع تعليمات واضحة لهذه الالية. يتناول نطاق البحث مقارنة بين القوانين السعودية المختلفة، مثل قانون هيئة السوق المالية ونظام الادراج، مع القوانين العراقية مثل قانون الشركات وقانون سوق الاوراق المالية. اعتمد البحث على المنهج التحليلي المقارن لدراسة التعليمات والقواعد المعتمدة في الاسواق المالية السعودية، التي تعد من اوائل الدول العربية التي اخذت بالادراج المباشر، ومراجعة مواد القانون العراقي لتحديد الاليات الافضل. ولم تعثر على دراسات سابقة تتناول الادراج المباشر للاسهم، ولكن وجد ان القانون السعودي وضع شروطا وتعليمات للادراج المباشر في السوق الموازية (نمو) وسوق تداول، مما يبرز اهمية هذا الموضوع في تطوير الاطر القانونية والتنظيمية للاسواق المالية، لاسيما في العراق. كما ان من اهم النتائج البحث بالادراج المباشر للاسهم، حيث يعرف بانه عملية ادراج الاسهم في الاسواق المالية دون وسطاء. التشريع السعودي لم يقدم تعريفا واضحا، بينما اعتمد المشرع العراقي على الاكتتاب العام. الادراج المباشر يجذب المستثمرين ويعزز الثقة في الشركة، كما يتيح لها الحصول على تمويل اضافي دون قيود على بيع الاسهم. كما نقترح تتضمن ضرورة تبني المشرع العراقي الية الادراج المباشر، وتحديد شروط وتعليمات مناسبة، والسماح بالاستثمار المباشر دون وسطاء، مما يسهم في تطوير السوق المالي.

Abstract: The spectral analysis is an important technique in the signal processing; it shows signal characteristics in frequency domain. The aim of the project is to review the state of art of the real-time spectral analyzers and their applications. Throughout this work, a suggested techniques for the implementation of spectral analyzer has been introduced. Also, an experimental system has been designed using the multiple techniques. The spectral analyzer system, which is used in this study, is implemented by three techniques: the first one is Fast Fourier Transform technique (FFT). The second one is Integral Pulse Frequency Modulation (IPFM) and the third is zero-crossing techniques. A sort of comparison has been made, showing that these techniques are considerably efficient techniques for small time scale (Real-Time). The characteristics of signal has been measured for the three techniques and the values of error are discussed. The real time spectral analysis is achieved by using the three methods mentioned before, they are implemented using a high speed hardware also using a computer of a high speed performance. This system has been operated, and experimented in a wide range of applications. In this respect, DSP and Turbo C programming package are the principle of the simulation tool performance.

Abstract: Consistently affecting the digestive system and resulting in cramping in the abdomen, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a prevalent chronic health problem. Constipation, excess gas, bloating, diarrhea, and bowel movements that may be harder or looser may affect anybody at any age and are often a life time issue. The correlation between IBS and several parasites and Bacteria. One hundred thirty (130) stool samples and blood from both sexes and their age between (15- <75) years were collected and (20) from healthy as control for some period and range of age. They were attended gastrointestinal clinic in Kirkuk/ Iraq from November 2021 to May 2022. Macroscopic examination like color, odor, consistency and mucoid etc. microscopic examination that used iodine, flotation and concentration method were used to identify the parasites that found in the stool in IBS patients. Many different media culture as MacConkey agar, Eosin Methylene Blue and Salmonella-Shigella agar and some biochemical tests were used to identify the species of bacteria that may be concerned with IBS. The results showed that only 54 (41.53%) of parasites isolated from patients with IBS were belonged to Blastocyst hominis, Entamoeba histolytica, Balantidium coli, Pentatrichomonas hominis, Giardia lamblia, Entamoeba coli, Enterobius vermicularis, Taenia saginata, Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris trichura in different percentage in the patients stool results showed that, only 109 (83.846%) of bacterial pathogenic isolated from patients with IBS were belonged to pathogenic Salmonella spp., Shigella spp., Escherichia coli, Helicobacter pylori, and Klebsiella spp. and 21 (16.15%) of the isolates were found to be normal flora from patients with IBS. The higher percentage 20 (15.384%) of parasite was belonged to Blastocyst hominis while thelowest percentage 1(0.769%) of parasites was found to belonged to Taenia saginata. The higher percentage of bacteria that was present in IBS patients was pathogenic Escherichia coli at 37 (28.461%) and the lower percentage was Helicobacter pylori at 3 (2.307%). Depending on some factors like sex, females were more affected with parasite than males, while in the bacterial infection males were more infected with bacteria than females. Individuals with age more than (46) were more infection with parasites than other age, while in bacteria, the most infection individual with age (36-55) years. Education and smoking were had more effect on the parasites and bacteria presence. The current study also used some of the hematological parameters. Including White blood cells, neutrophils (Neu), and lymphocytes (Lym) which were all included in a complete blood count (CBC) and were elevated in infection with parasites, but the hemoglobin (Hb) was decreased. The C-Reactive Protein (C-RP) that also elevated in IBS infected with parasites and bacteria. Interleukins were different in levels according to the type of infection.

Abstract: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على دور راس المال الروحي في الاستدامة التنظيمية بتوسيط الطاقة التنظيمية في القطاع الصحي، واختيرت مستشفيات مدينة الطب ميدانا لتطبيق الدراسة، تمثلت باربعة مستشفيات، هي (م. الشهيد غازي الحريري للجراحات التخصصية، م. بغداد التعليمي، م. الحروق التخصصي، م. الجهاز الهضمي والكبد التعليمي)، وقد اشتقت المشكلة النظرية اساسا من وجود فجوة معرفية تمثلت بندرة الدراسات والبحوث التي تناولت التوليفة المهمة للمتغيرات الثلاثة على حد علم الباحث، اما المشكلة العملية فقد تبلورت من واقع الدراسة التمهيدية التي اجراها الباحث في المستشفيات المبحوثة ملحق رقم (1) شخص من خلالها الاهتمام المقبول، الا انه ليس بالشكل المطلوب في ادراك العينة المبحوثة للمتغيرات الثلاثة والتي كانت دافعا للخوض بهذه الدراسة ينظر للملحق (2) اذ تجسدت مشكلة الدراسة بالتساؤل الرئيس وهو (ما هو دور راس المال الروحي في الاستدامة التنظيمية بتوسيط الطاقة التنظيمية في المستشفيات المبحوثة؟)، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال استطلاع اراء عينة من الاطباء في المستشفيات الاربعة المبحوثة وتحليل هذه الاراء وذلك من خلال سبع فرضيات رئيسة تتضمن فرضيات فرعية، للوقوف على مديات الارتباط والتاثير بين تلك المتغيرات، وسعيا لتحقيق ذلك، تم جمع البيانات باستخدام استبانة وزعت على عينة عشوائية من الاطباء العاملين في المستشفيات المبحوثة، اذ بلغ مجتمع الدراسة (525) طبيبا وتم تحديد عينة الدراسة بواقع (223) طبيبا، باستخدام معادلة ثامبسون وشملت العينة مستويات وظيفية مختلفة تمثلت بـ(مقيم اقدم، مقيم دوري، طبيب اختصاص، طبيب ممارس)، وتم التحقق من صدق وثبات الاداة وتحليل البيانات باستخدام مجموعة من الاساليب الاحصائية المتقدمة، تمثلت بـ(اختبار التوزيع الطبيعي، التحليل العاملي التوكيدي، المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحراف المعياري، معامل ارتباط بيرسون، تحليل الانحدار البسيط، واختبار Sobel، وذلك من خلال برنامجي (SPSS V.28) و(AMOS V.25)، وكذلك استخدام برنامج Microsoft Excel 2010)) لتحليل خصائص افراد العينة وبرنامج (MAXQDA) لتحليل الدراسة التمهيدية، وتوصلت الدراسة الى عدد من النتائج ومن ابرزها: وجود تاثير وسيط جزئي وليس كلي وذو دلالة معنوية للطاقة التنظيمية ما بين راس المال الروحي والاستدامة للمستشفيات المبحوثة، اي كلما ابدت ادارات المستشفيات اهتمامها بالطاقة التنظيمية كلما انعكس ذلك بالتاثير المباشر لراس المال الروحي في استدامتها.

Abstract: في هذه الاطروحة، اجريت دراسات تجريبية وعددية لتقييم تاثير استخدام المبددات الحرارية ذات القنوات الدقيقة ذات الاشكال والمقاطع العرضية المتنوعة، وتعزيز كفاءة تبريدها للاجهزة الالكترونية واجهزة الاتصالات من خلال استخدام الموائع النانوية. ركزت الدراسة على اربعة تكوينات للمشتتات الحرارية ذات القنوات الدقيقة: التجاويف المستقيمة والمتعرجة والمموجة والدائرية، وجميعها تشترك في نفس مساحة المقطع العرضي. تم استخدام الماء المقطر ومجموعة مختارة من السوائل النانوية (CuO-H2O، Al2O3-H2O، TiO2-H2O) كمبردات، بتركيزات حجمية تتراوح من 0.01 الى 0.03. تم تصميم التجارب والمحاكاة لتغطية ارقام رينولدز من 50 الى 150، بينما واجهت قاعدة المشتت الحراري ذات القنوات الدقيقة تدفقات حرارية متفاوتة تبلغ 170 و220 و340 واط/م^2. للتحليل العددي، تم استخدام برنامج Comsol Multiphysics (الاصدار 6.1) لمحاكاة انتقال السوائل والحرارة ثلاثي الابعاد داخل القنوات الدقيقة، بهدف حل المعادلات التفاضلية الجزئية التي تحكم الاستمرارية والزخم والطاقة في كل من المجالات الصلبة والسائلة. تجريبيا، تم تصنيع المشتتات الحرارية ذات التصاميم الاربعة للقنوات المختلفة من النحاس النقي بسبب موصليته الحرارية العالية. تم عزل الجهاز بالصوف الزجاجي لتقليل فقدان الحرارة، مما يضمن توصيل جميع مكونات النظام بشكل مناسب. واظهرت النتائج تحسنا ملحوظا في كفاءة نقل الحرارة للمشتتات الحرارية ذات القنوات الدقيقة عند استخدام السوائل النانوية كمبردات، مقارنة بالمياه المقطرة، مما ادى الى انخفاض في درجة الحرارة بنسبة تصل الى 12٪. من بين السوائل النانوية، اظهر السائل الذي يشتمل على SuO-H2O خصائص فائقة في نقل الحرارة، خاصة في المشتتات الحرارية ذات التجاويف المتموجة والمتعرجة والدائرية، كما يتضح من رقم نسلت المعزز ومتوسط درجة حرارة الجدار عند تركيز حجمي قدره 0.03%، مقارنة بـ تصميم القناة المستقيمة. كشفت المقارنة بين النتائج التجريبية وعمليات المحاكاة العددية عن تطابق وثيق، مع تباينات تتراوح من 1.2% الى 5.2% عند استخدام الماء المقطر، ومن 0.75% الى 4.9% مع السوائل النانوية. علاوة على ذلك، اظهرت النتائج التجريبية والعددية المتعلقة برقم نسلت عبر جميع تصاميم القنوات اتفاقا عاما في السلوك وتقاربا في النتائج، حيث تراوح اكبر انحراف بين ارقام نسلت العددية والتجريبية من 2.6% الى 9.8%. تؤكد هذه النتائج ان زيادة معدلات التدفق تؤدي الى انخفاض درجات حرارة الجدار وارتفاع ارقام نسلت، مما يعزز اداء التبريد للقنوات الصغيرة.

Abstract: تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى بيان تاثير هيكل راس المال وفقا لنظرية الالتقاط بمؤشراتها(نسبة الارباح المحتجزة نسبة القروض، نسبة الاسهم العادية) في الصحة المالية باستخدام مؤشرات Altman للشركات الصناعية والتي تتكون من النسب كلا من (راس المال العامل / اجمالي الموجودات، الارباح المحتجزة/ اجمالي الموجودات، الارباح قبل الفوائد والضرائب / اجمالي الموجودات، القيمة السوقية لحقوق المساهمين / اجمالي المطلوبات، المبيعات / اجمالي الموجودات). وذلك بالاعتماد على البيانات والكشوفات المالية المنشورة للشركات الصناعية في سوق العراق للاوراق المالية والبالغ عددها (28) شركة صناعية مثلت مجتمع الدراسة، تم اختيار (10) شركات صناعية مثلت العينة على اساس توفر بياناتها بشكل متصل خلال مدة الدراسة (2023-2014)، وتتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في تفسير قرارات هيكل راس المال رغم شيوع تطبيق نظرية الالتقاط في الشركات الصناعية العالمية، الا ان مدى تطبيق هذه النظرية على واقع الشركات الصناعية العراقية خصوصا في ظل تحديات التمويل والاستقرار المالي لايزال غير مدروس، عليه تسعى الدراسة الحالية الى اختيار مدى انسجام قرارات التمويل في الشركات الصناعية العراقية مع منطق نظرية الالتقاط وتحليل اثرها على مؤشرات الصحة المالية وقد استخدم الباحث طريقة الارتباط والانحدار الخطي البسيط والمتعدد لاختبار تاثير المتغير المستقل نظرية الالتقاط في المتغير التابع الصحة المالية وذلك باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي (24.SPSS V) وبرنامج (Excel.l0). توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات كان اهمها هناك بعض الشركات الصناعية العراقية ضمن عينة الدراسة لا تمتلك صحة مالية مما يعني لديها فشل مالي وهي كلا من المنصور للصناعة الدوائية، بغداد لصناعة مواد التغليف، الكندي لانتاج اللقاحات، الوطنية للصناعة المعدنية والدراجات، ومن اهم التوصيات التي جاءت بها هذه الدراسة هي على الشركات التي ليس لديها صحة مالية ضرورة تطوير وتنفيذ سياسة التحليل المالي المبكر وانشاء الية رقابة داخلية لرصد الضائقة المالية قبل حدوثها لغرض المعالجة.

Abstract: Drone technology has evolved to become crucial in various fields. Vibrations and heat from external sources, as well as mechanical defects in design, can significantly impact the effectiveness of a drone's communication systems, thereby reducing their performance. This research uses the convolution neural network (CNN) technique and experiments and in a drone laboratory and simulation of theoretical model to look at how temperature and vibration affect two frequencies: the 2.4 GHz radio frequency and the 5.8 GHz radio frequency. The first step simulation of theoretical model and experiments were conducted in the drone laboratory, generating data that later served as input for artificial intelligence. The second step utilized a convolutional neural network (CNN) to regression the symbol error rate (SER), signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), and received signal strength indicator (RSSI). After creating the dataset in the first step, it was reprocessed and split into 70% training and 30% testing. Then, a graphical user interface (GUI) was created using MATLAB App Designer for user-friendly operation. The results showed that the drone communication system's performance declined as the vibration frequency, frequency carriers, and modulation order for M-QAM increased, primarily due to the influence of a vibrating antenna. Furthermore, the drone communication system's effectiveness decreased as the temperature increased.This research provides a valuable method for evaluating the efficiency of communication systems on unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), which is particularly important for drone wireless system planning.
