Abstract: المستخلص تناولت الرسالة "تجسيد سيدات بيت العصمة للقيم القرانية – دراسة موضوعية " بيان المنهج التطبيقي للقيم القرانية المتمثلة بالاسس التشريعية لاستقامة الحياة، بهدف اظهار الدور الحضاري والفردي لسيدات بيت العصمة سلام الله عليهن في تمثل القيم القرانية وتطبيقها، وبيان اثر ذلك و حجيته في معالجة الاشكالية المعاصرة حول قيم المراة . وقد اتبعت في البحث المنهج الاستقرائي الاستنباطي من خلال استقراء النصوص والمصادر ذات الصلة، ثم تحليلها واستخلاص النتائج منها. تطرقت في الفصل التمهيدي الى بيان المفاهيم الاساسية مفصلة في كل مفصل منه، مبتدئة بتعريف التجسيد لغة واصطلاحا، ثم التعريف بالمراد من لفظة "سيدات بيت العصمة" ذاكرة اياها في اللغة والاصطلاح، مشيرة الى اهم الامور المرادة من تحديد اللفظة دون سواها، اضافة الى جدول تعريفي بالسيدات المذكورات، ثم التفصيل في معنى القيم القرانية في اللغة والاصطلاح القراني واصطلاح المفسرين، اضافة للمعنى عند الرؤية الاسلامية، ثم الانتقال الى معنى الاثر في اللغة والاصطلاح، والاشارة الى معنى الاشكالية لغة واصطلاحا في المطلب، اضافة الى المعنى المراد من الفهم المعاصر مقسمة المطلب الى الفهم لغة واصطلاحا، والمراد من الفهم المعاصر ككل، ثم التطرق الى معنى القضايا في اللغة والاصطلاح، والتوضيح للمراد من قضايا المراة في الدلالة والمنشا، وابرز الاسباب المؤدية اليها، اضافة الى بيان مصاديقها ، ثم تبيين خلاصة دالة على كل ما مر في الفصل التمهيدي مبينة المراد من العنوان فيها. اما فصول البحث الرئيسة فقد تم تقسيمها وفقا للنتيجة المرادة من العنوان الى ثلاثة فصول استدلالية، اوضح الاول منها المراد من القيم القرانية من خلال مبحثين، فصل المبحث الاول منه معنى القيمة في الرؤية الاسلامية مبتدئا بدلالتها، ثم المنشا المنطلقة منه، والموقع الاصلي لها، والتبيين لكيفية نشوئها مع التطرق للهدف من بعثة الانبياء والرسل الذي تبين انها كانت من اجلها، ثم الاجابة على علة تشريعها والحكمة من تسمية الوصايا القرانية بالقيم مع الاشارة الى اهم معاييرها المعتمدة عليها. وفي المبحث الاخر من الفصل تم التفصيل في مصاديق قيم المراة القرانية ودلالتها، وبين فيه 12 قيمة من القيم التي حصلت فيها اشكالية في الفهم المعاصر، وهي قيمة الولاية، وقيمة العفاف، وقيمة الحجاب، ثم قيمة التعلم، وقيمة التكامل المجتمعي المتمثلة بالعدالة والزواج والقوامة، وقيم عمارة الارض وهي الاقتصاد الشامل لقيمة الاستخلاف، والارث، والشهادة، موضحة كل قيمة حسب الوصية الالهية بها المراد منها ( عز وجل ) استقامة الدين القيم بذكر فلسفتها ودلالتها والغاية منها والمال عليها غالبا. اما الفصل الثاني فقد خصص لبيان التطبيق لتلك القيم القرانية من توضيح الالية وفلسفتها اضافة الى العوامل الموصلة له، واسسه، ومؤكدة في المبحث الثاني على الاستدلال بالتجسيدات التطبيقية لكل قيمة ذكرت في الفصل الاول عند السيدات مع التحليل والتوضيح. وفي الفصل الثالث تم التاكيد على حجية التجسدات و اثرها بعد عرض الجانب النظري في الفصل الاول، والجانب التطبيقي في الفصل الثاني، مشيرة الى الاثر الاول في الرد على الاشكالية، وهو الابرز والاكثر دلالة، وذلك باثبات وجود شهادة من الادلة الاربعة على حجية تجسيداتهن، ثم تطرقت في المبحث الثاني الى اثر موافقة مال تجسيدهن للقيم القرانية مع مال القران، وما في حصولهن على النتيجة المرجوة من تلك التجسيدات من الاثر في الرد على المفاهيم الخاطئة كذلك. واخيرا تطرق البحث الى بيان الخاتمة والنتائج التي من ابرزها: - اظهار سمو القيم القرانية وشموليتها لكل زمان ومكان، مما يؤكد صلاحيتها الدائمة لحل مشكلات المراة ورفعها في جميع الاوقات. - مساهمة تجسيد القيم القرانية في تشكيل نماذج وقدوات ناجحة للمراة المسلمة، تكون بمثابة رد حي عملي على الشبهات وتهميش دور المراة. ثم قدم البحث مجموعة من التوصيات اهمها: ضرورة الاهتمام بتجسدات سيدات بيت العصمة سلام الله عليهن، والتعرف عليها بشكل اكبر، للوصول الى افضل النتائج واكثرها اثر في الرد على اي اشكالية قد تطرح على الدين القيم . ويؤمل ان تضيف هذه الدراسة رؤية موضوعية تسهم في تصحيح المفاهيم الخاطئة الصادرة في حق المراة.
