The trust in God is the basis of authorization in God and without them is not considered, it is core of eye trust and authorization point and circle the heart of the giving in.3. The trust in God has great virtue of considerable importance, including : • The trust in God characteristic of tutors truthful.• The trust in God makes slave satisfied with what God desperate than in the hands of the people.• The satisfaction came from trust in God.• Trust in God is the fortune of the poor man.• The trust in God is the core of asceticism.• The heaven is for whom realized and trusted in God.4. There phenomenon worships like fasting, prayer and Zakat etc, also there are inside worships, and trusting in God one of the important of these, as trust in God indicated by the Quran and Sunnah signs too.5. There is a great connection between faith and trust in God, the more confidence in him, as whenever our faith become stronger, our trust came too, Faith requires trust and confidence and not suspicion.6. Trust in God is varying and depending on three degrees.7. Trust in God has words of a close relationship, including : depending on, authorization, giving up, sitting - in, seeks refuge.8. Trust in God has too many Areas as mentioned in Holy Quran, as some verses that call for the same trust in God and His names and attributes, while the others call to the book of God and others call to trust who stood for God which is the greatest Prophet Muhammad.9. The phenomena of trust in God are to trust in the promise of what been promised and we have too many promises of God in the Holy Quran, for example : the promise in the adequacy of living, promise in victory for the believers, promised to reward and punishment.10. The confidence in Holy Quran required to follow it up, and following up required working with what been states on.11. Who loss of confidence of the Prophet Muhammed is not a believer, even Faith did not enter his heart, because God Almighty makes obedience to the Prophet the same with God.12. The trust in God is the result of knowledge. If we knew God as it should to know and trust him absolutely confident, self inhabit them and reassure them of the heart.13. One of the most important things that a slave had to trust in creator his knowledge in himself, this knowledge that shows the extent of his weakness and his need and the lack to Lord in every moves and housing.14. The more people out of fear of God are the most noted by the Almighty of God, especially who knows God will have more reality and fear, because the knowledge is the main reason which indicates to Trust in God.15. For each Worship there is a result that slave will come up with either in this world or the Hereafter, and trust in God many results slave can meet with confident in God, including : the patience to scourge, and satisfaction with the judiciary, and serenity, tranquility, and stability.And our last Praise is to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions.

Abstract: After writing this thesis about this subject, important points. Show themselves Some of these points are : 1 - Osool AL - Fiqih AL - Islami is a science that depends on mental , legal ,logical and linguistic principals. such a feature mill make the scholar follow the development of events , choose and take the most acceptable rules into consideration whether these rules and judgments are jest fiqih opinions or systematic laws.2 - "Specification" is one of the important and original subjects which is worth while and needs exact research and deep analysis.3 - Legal evidences are in harmony and they can not oppose each except apparently for the scholar. He may mistakenly take one thing as an evidence but it is actually not or he may wrongly believe that two text can not be in complete opposition yet each one has its own judgment that is difsenent from the other's one's. Opposition is the scholar mind not in the text or its meaning.4 - Apparent opposition among texts is between the general and the specific and the absolute and the restricted so it is just an apparent opposition. Then we find scholars specify the general and restrict the absolute.5 - If two texts are opposite , before starting work the scholar should follow two methods : 6 - The first method : A - Searching an agreement , if there is an agreement the scholar should rely on it with out looking at the text as specific and general.B - Is there a clear correction to this matter if there is one , the scholar should directly follow it.7 - This apparent opposition may gather those who oppose to be a group since all of them intend working out.When on agreement is not found the scholar should search the history of the opposes.when such a history is known the latest is accepted.when an agreement not found , the scholar should go back to the working ont in the basic of Al - Osool.8 - Also, all the affairs that are clarified under the "Specification" are introductory specification in one words than specification in two words than Specification in three words and etc…. This affair is explained under the rule.9 - Specification is one kind of interpretation kinds which keeps texts apparent.By this , this is called crossing ont interpretation i.e crossing out some general pronunciation words after their being influenced by Specification.10 - Specification is advanced to interpretation in the process of working out for there reasons : A - Advancing the condition to use and the origin to exception - for those who do not take metaphors.B - The rest of Specification is assigned but the metaphoric is multiple with rest as evidence i.e possibilities multiply with rest as evidence for the needed possibility.C - In metaphor, the first meaning is cancelled while it is not in Specification.11 - If two texts were opposite to each other and one of the text is from the book and the other from AL - Sunar besides that one is confirmed and the other is supposed, the scholar should mix both of the texts which are from one source.12 - Specification is a mean to explain texts before its being applied since it sheds light on many of its application to reality.13 - The most important affair in this these is that its depending on a new applicable style in the form of explanatory schemes.The purpose of these is to simplify 14 - "Specification" for the students of AL - fiqih and AL - Osool.15 - Specification is similar to abrogation in some issues and is deffernt in others as it is previously mentioned.16 - Judging to opposite texts whether they are general or specific or general from one side and specific from the other is obligation.17 - The Osoolyon are in disagreement upon the sects which should be kept in specification and what is right differs when the general is different.18 - The specific general differs from the general which is used for specification.The first is the pronunciation which refers to the generalization its generalization is to be taken as real not dependent on judgment while the second is the pronunciation that is used not in its position is a metaphor since it is used not in its position.Depending on this , the specific general is a reality but what is left of uniqueness.Where an the general that is needed for the specification is different.19 - The affair that can be specified should be multiple since what is need is the place that is specified.20 - this is every judgment proved for affair since it is a saying of some people and the fixed judgment for one does not accept specification.21 - The multiple fixed judgment : - It is a pronunciation that reflects its speech or a meaning in which the pronunciation does not reflect the speech but it is related to meaning in three ways : - 1 - The legal defect.2 - The Agreement concept.3 - The disagreement concept.22 - Trying to gather more special in the general the special and the specific.There are the most important conclusions that I reached to in thesis which can not be perfect.We ask God to make our effort for sake of his face , and thank God , prayer and peace may be on the most honest profit and the master of messengers.Conclusions of the thesis;After writing this thesis , certain points have made themselves clear : 1 - Osool Alfiqih Al islami is a science that depends on mental, legal, logical and linguistic bases.Such a feature enables the scholar to trace the development of events , choose the best rules whether these rules or judgment are just opinions or arranged as a law.2 - Specification is one of the important subjects that is worth while.3 - Legal evidences are in harmony and they cannot oppose each other except apparently for the scholar.He may mistakenly take one thing as an evidence but it is actually not or he may wrongly believe that two texts the in complete opposition. Much contempt in questions of expiation and wrong judgements on the digress of expiation or random decisions without accurate knowledge.3. The important need to the accurate knowledge of ordinances of expiation according to the legal texts and consensus of jurists.4. The spread of this dangerous phenomenon again force us to do our best to cure this issue by Muslim jurists or formal legal committee not by any ignorant person. As for my plan in writing this research, (devided the research into three parts with introduction and conclusion as follows : 1. The first part deals with the meaning of expiation, the reasons and definition of disbelief and expiation, the danger of expiation, sanctuary of Muslim blood.2. The second part deals with the controls, the conditions and the prohibits of expiation.3. The third part deals with questions in expiation, doubtful matters in expiation, first appearance of the idea of expiation (khawarij), then the cure of expiation pheno neuon. As for the conclusions, they are : 1. The expiation of any Muslim is a dangerous decision because it is a decision to put someone out of Islam and sometimes put him to death, because of just disbelieving act or saying. Therefore, there must be a legal committee and consensus of jurists to decide which is expiation, which is not and the kind of expiation and the sanctuary of Muslim blood.2. There must be an Islamic education for youth to be aware of what is going.3. There must be are clarification of mechanism for expiation, they are the controls and conditions of expiation.4. There must be a criticism on doubtful matters of expiation. At last, I would like to be succeeded in my research and shed light on this dangerous phenomenon, and praise be to Allah, The Lord of the worlds.

Thus we find that some of the writings of the judge Abdul Wahab Al - Malik? are full of evidence and discussions on several other schools that contradict Imam Al - Malik’s (May God bless his soul). While the Lakhm? (May God bless his soul) has been considered one of the most important preponderance givers from Al - Malik?’s, I preferred to choose the subject of my study in Al - Malk?’s jurisprudence to survey an almost forgotten jurisprudence to Eastern people, to quaff from it, and to show its deepness and spaciousness.My method is to identify Imam Al - Lakhm? despite the little reported on him in his translation.Hence, I explore the preponderance terms for Al - Lakhm? through Al - Dusuq?’s retinue book; mention these different terms; present evidence for every term, and examine his preponderance methods with an example of each.Then, I display his preponderances within the different jurisprudence chapters, starting first with showing the opinion that Imam Al - Lakhm? preponderates, listing the jurists’ names who proclaim that opinion and those who agree with them from other known schools, mentioning the evidence they use, reporting the dissidents’ opinions with the available evidence, trying to find out the preponderant opinion through this study.The study is divided into an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. The introduction contains an explanation for choosing this very subject and the method I follow.Chapter one, entitled “Imam Al - Lakhm? and his Method in Preponderating,” consists of three sections. This part also deals with the definitions of some terms used in religious legislative books. Part two deals with the examined manuscript, Part I of Al Taqdima. This part mianly is devoted to prayer and all the details related to prayer. Abstract: The vague account is the account in which the narrator is obscured in such a way that it is mentioned by ambiguous words which have been mentioned by the scholars. For the Imamate Shiite, the words are : "according to some of his fellows", "according to a man", or "according to whom he called". These accounts are mentioned by Al al - Bayt as the Shiite believe. The Imamate Shiite had benefited from these accounts in in the process of interpreting the Holy Quran. There had been an important role for them in interpreting the vague accounts. They had helped very much to interpret the Quran Verse concerning the nature of Allah : his existence and his qualities, and the beliefs concerning prophecy in both of its specific and general features, in the qualities of the prophets (peace upon them) especially the quality of being infallible, and the quality of the Imamate after the prophet's death (peace upon them). These accounts proved that the prophet (peace upon him), according to a divine order by Allah, had nominated an Imam for the Islamic nation, and he was the Grand Believer Imam Ali bin Abi Talib (peace upon him). Moreover, these accounts had been very useful in the discussing the issues of the doomsday. These are of two types : accounts concerning the evidence of the existence of doomsday and accounts of the testimony of the senses in that day. They had been so useful for the Imamate exegeses since they had added great evidences in interpreting the text of the holy Quran. The Shiite Imamate interpreters had shown that the correct understanding of the Islamic doctrine must be based on the Quranic text and on mind as well. Therefore, the Imam had depended on the holy Quran when discussing these vague accounts. As a result, there had been a great influence for these accounts in the verses of sentences such as Qutb addin Ibn al - Rawndi (Died in 538 H), alMiqdad Al - Suwri (Died 826 H), and alFaied alKashani (Died 1091 H). In fact, these accounts had helped the Imamate interpreters very much in the process of understanding and interpreting the Quranic texts concerning worshipping such as prayers, fasting, pilgrimage, charity, promotion of virtue and prevention of vice and some other aspects of Islamic decree in the field of treatments such as divorce, testimony, heritage, the wills. Also they had been useful in some punishment limits such as theft, defamation, and blood money. The vague accounts taken from the Imams of the Ahl al - Bayt (peace upon them) had an important effect in interpreting the verses of education and morality; therefore, the Islamic moralists had benefitted very much from them to form the Islamic formula of ethics in Islam in the fields of fear of Allah, cut kinship, spending on the dependents, beautification in clothing, anger management, recommendation of praying, cleanliness, disparaging wastefulness, intimidation of orphan's wealth, urging to do good deeds and so on. It is noticed that some of the Islamic interpreters had mainly used the vague accounts in the process of interpreting the Holy Quran whereas some other interpreters had rather secondarily used them. Some of them had inferred from them that his interpretations are correct. There were no one who used these vague accounts who tried to refute them
