Abstract: يعتبر الانفتاح التجاري العصب والشريان الأساسي للنمو الاقتصادي، وهذا ما فسرته العديد من النظريات الاقتصادية، بالإضافة إلى الدراسات التي أجريت على العديد من البلدان والتي أكدت انه كلما حرر البلد تجارته كلما زاد نموه وتطوره.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل وقياس أثر الانفتاح التجاري في النمو الاقتصادي لبلدان نامية مختارة وهي (الجزائر, مصر, العراق) للمدة (2003- 2016), وتم التعبير عن مؤشر الانفتاح التجاري بـ(الصادرات + الواردات / الناتج المحلي الإجمالي) كمتغير مستقل, إما النمو الاقتصادي فعبر عنه بمعدل نمو نصيب الفرد من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي كمتغير تابع, وتم إضافة متغير تابع أخر وهو معدل التضخم (النمو السنوي للرقم القياسي العام للأسعار) لمعرفة اثر الانفتاح التجاري على معدل التضخم باعتبار ان زيادة حجم الاستيرادات تؤثر في معدلات التضخم, وقد انطلقت الدراسة من فرضية مفادها (يوثر الانفتاح التجاري طرديا على النمو الاقتصادي, وعكسيا على معدل التضخم), وتم الاعتماد في عملية تقدير اثر العلاقة بين الانفتاح التجاري ومعدل (النمو الاقتصادي, التضخم) على الأساليب القياسية الحديثة المتمثلة بتحليل السلاسل الزمنية واختباراتها, والمتمثلة بالسكون والتكامل المشترك وأنموذج تصحيح الخطأ والعلاقة القصيرة وطويلة الأجل, فضلا عن اختبار السببية (Granger) لمتغيرات الدراسة باستخدام برنامج (Eviwes9), وتم تحويل البيانات السنوية إلى بيانات ربع سنوية (فصلية) في عملية التقدير,فقد تم اختبار استقرارية السلاسل الزمنية بواسطة اختبار ديكي- فولر الموسع (ADP) واختبار فيليبس- بيرون (PP).
وقد بينت نتائج الاختبار للبلدان الثلاثة ان بعض السلاسل استقرت عند المستوى, والبعض الأخر استقر عند الفرق الأول, لذا تم تطبيق أنموذج (ARDL) لبيان العلاقة قصيرة وطويلة الأجل إضافة إلى اختبار علاقة التكامل المشترك بين متغيرات الدراسة بواسطة اختبار الحدود (Bound Test), وبينت النتائج إلى ان هناك علاقة توازنيه طويلة الأجل (تكامل مشترك) بين الانفتاح التجاري والنمو الاقتصادي وبين الانفتاح التجاري ومعدل التضخم, في البلدان الثلاثة, إما نتائج اختبار تصحيح الخطأ للعلاقة القصيرة وطويلة الأجل فقد بينت النتائج ان هناك علاقة عكسية ومعنوية بين الانفتاح التجاري ومعدل(النمو الاقتصادي, التضخم) في (العراق) في الأجل القصير وعلاقة طردية في الأجل الطويل, إما في (مصر) فبينت النتائج ان هناك علاقة طردية بين الانفتاح التجاري ومعدل (النمو الاقتصادي, التضخم) في الأجل القصير والطويل, إما نتائج (الجزائر) بينت ان هناك علاقة طردية بين الانفتاح التجاري والنمو الاقتصادي في الأجل القصير, وعكسية في الأجل الطويل, إما العلاقة بين الانفتاح التجاري ومعدل التضخم فهي عكسية ومعنوية في الأجل القصير وعكسية وغير معنوية في الأجل الطويل, كما أشارت نتائج اختبار سببية (Granger) للبلدان الثلاثة ان هناك علاقة سببية باتجاهين بين الانفتاح التجاري والنمو الاقتصادي في العراق والجزائر, وعلاقة سببية باتجاه واحد في مصر, إما العلاقة السببية بين الانفتاح التجاري ومعدل التضخم فبينت الناتج ان هناك علاقة سببية باتجاه واحد في (الجزائر ومصر والعراق).
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ان الجزائر والعراق أكثر انفتاحاً من مصر، باعتبار ان الجزائر والعراق بلدان نفطية ريعية أحادية الجانب، لذا يكون جانب الصادرات أكبر من جانب الاستيرادات، أما مصر فاقتصاداها متنوع، فكان جانب الاستيرادات أكبر من جانب الصادرات, وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة استغلال العائدات النفطية العراقية في تنشيط القطاعات الأخرى، من اجل تنويع الصادرات، وتنويع مصادر الدخل، ورفع معدلات النمو الاقتصادي، وعدم الاعتماد على مورد النفط، باعتباره معرض لتغيرات مستمرة تبعاً للسياسات الخارجية.

Abstract: Study problem:
1. What is the nature of the relationship between strategic agility and
golden marketing square?
2. Does the studied sample have enough understanding about strategic
agility?
3. Does the studied sample have a clear vision of golden marketing
square?
 The study sample and society:
A number of private universities in Sulaimani governorate have been
involved, namely (The American University, Ishik University, The
Human Development University, Cihan University, Komar University) .
The respondents to the study consist of a sample of deans, department
heads, lecturers in the three later universities mentioned above, in which
their numbers reached (86).
 Methodology and tools of the study:
A descriptive and analytical methodology has been adopted in this study,
and questionnaire is used as a tool for collecting data.
Most important conclusions of the study:
1. Strategic agility has role in achieving golden marketing square (IPSL).
2. There is a correlation between strategic agility and golden marketing
square as a hole, and partially with each of its dimensions. Hence, the
first main Hypothesis and its sub-hypotheses are approved.

3. There is a significant impact of the dimension of the independent
variables on the dependent variable as a hole. However, the dimension
of liquidity did not verify any impact on the golden marketing square as
a hole, according to the outcomes and data obtained by the conductor of
this study.
 Most important suggestions:
1. The correlation between strategic agility dimensions and golden
marketing square dimensions (IPSL) can be utilized to enhance the
available capabilities within the universities, and to develop their
employees more, to administrate the universities in accordance with the
surrounded environment, in order to compete and achieve excellency in
their offered services and adapt the golden marketing strategy as an
internal philosophy within the university.
2. Opening a special marketing department in terms of marketing
universities’ services, and participation of their administrative staff in
courses outside the country, as these will enhance their perspectives and
sensitivity towards their environment, and their social responsibility
towards the organization in order to facilitate the process of materials
flow among the university units
