Abstract: ملخص الرسالة كان الامام سيف الدين ابو الفرج عبد الرحمن بن رزين المتوفى سنة 656هـ، احد ثقات العلماء، وكبار الفقهاء اشتغل بالفقه الحنبلي, فكتب وطبق وافاد, واصبح له شان كبير في الفقه في زمانه, لذلك اثرت ان يكون موضوع رسالتي للماجستير(الاختيارات الفقهية لابن رزين الحنبلي في كتاب الانصاف للمرداوي- كتاب الطهارة (نماذج مختارة)). وقد كان الهدف من اختيار هذا الموضوع هو رغبتي في خدمة علم الامام ابن رزين – رحمه الله- واظهار فقهه ولو بشيء يسير, اذ ان جميع كتبه مفقودة, ولا يوجد منها شيء, الا ما تناثر من كلامه في بطون الكتب. كان عملي في هذه الرسالة اني عرفت بهذا العالم، ومن ثم استخرجت اختياراته الفقهية في الطهارة من خلال كتاب "الانصاف" لعلاء الدين المرداوي المتوفى سنة 885هـ, وكان منهجي في مناقشة المسائل الفقهية، هو عرض المسالة الفقهية والتعريف بها، وذكر اختيار ابن رزين - رحمه الله- فيها، ثم عرض اقوال الفقهاء وادلتهم، ومناقشتها، وبيان الراجح منها. وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث في هذه الرسالة ان تتكون من مقدمة, وفصل تمهيدي, وثلاثة فصول تخص اختياراته الفقهية, وخاتمة ذكرت فيها اهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها من خلال هذا البحث، ثم اعقبت ذلك قائمة باسماء المصادر والمراجع. وابرز النتائج التي توصلت اليها: هي علو منزلة ابن رزين –رحمه الله- بين فقهاء الحنابلة, فهو يعد في وقته مدرسهم وشيخهم ومفتيهم, ولذا نجد ان اختياراته قد دونت في كتب فقهاء الحنابلة الذين اهتموا بذكر اختيارات كبار فقهاء الحنابلة, وانه –رحمه الله- وان كان مقلدا للمذهب الحنبلي سائرا على اصوله، فانه كان مجتهدا مستقلا، بدليل مخالفته لائمة مذهبه في كثير من المسائل، فهو بعيد كل البعد عن التقليد المحض، واختياراته اكبر شاهد على استقلال شخصيته العلمية.
