In three sections : Section One : I dealt with his life which effects on his interpretation, I talked on his origin, name, surname, birth in his nation. Also I concerned with his first brought up in his family, tours in science demand, then his believe, his Mathhab, and what said about his characters, ethics, also I talked on his environment and his time, his Sheiks, his students and writing then on his death. Depending on my references. Abstract: The present research represents a methodological study of the efforts of a scholar in Arabic in the 4th century. It consists of two sections : 1 - The first section includes a preface and two chapters.The preface presents an overview of the selected book (AL - Sahah ) and the most important scientific stages of the author .The first chapter is divided into two sections : a - The first section covers AL - Jawhari resources for the interpretation of the Quranic verses.b - The second section : Al - Jawhari evidence for the interpretation of the Quranic verses.The second chapter deals with AL - Jawhari's approach in his interpretation of the Quranic Verses.2 - Section two includes AL - Jawhari interpretation of Quranic Verses with an introduction to his style of interpretation .It traces AL - Jawhari interpretation statements of the Quranic Verses. These statements are shattered in the pages of AL - Sahah book. They have been collected and orderly directed according to the Quranic Ayats and Surahs to facilitate their access. Eventually, they constitute an interpretation reference written by AL - Jawhari.The research could arrive at the following conclusions;1 - Emphasizing the following status of AL - Jawhari, foregrounding scholars' trust in him and the extent of benefit they get from AL - Sahah lexicon as an authentic reference for many experts who made use of its content and traced his contributions represented by writing and classification.2 - AL - Jawhari has a very wide knowledge and varied education. He has tackled many sciences of Arabic and made classifications in lexicographics,grammar,prosody, and poetry composition. He has assimilated many explanatory and linguistic problems.3 - The research explored the interpretive aspect of Al - Jawhari, his interest with the Quranic verses and readings, the famous sayings , and the benefits he gets from these sayings concerning his interests in the etymology of lexemes.4 - The research presents a comparison between the interpretive sayings of AL - Jawhari and those of great interpreters. The comparison shows that AL - Jawhari did not represent a burden on interpretation, rather great interpreters benefited from him. AL - Jawhari interpretation is an original resource for explanation as his opinions agree with that of many interpreters.Finally, the research succeeded in gathering the shattered interpretive efforts of AL - Jawhari from the pages of the broad AL - Sahah ,and prove his ability for explanation. This reveals his rich knowledge. Although he did not explain the Holy Quran in whole, he has left wide information subsequent interpretation benefited from.

Abstract: لعل من دواعي كثرة الدراسات القرانية ان هذا الكتاب قد بهر ارباب الفصاحة والبيان ، وجعلهم عاجزين عن مجاراته . ولا يخفى على الدارس ما لعلم الاعجاز القراني ودراسته من اهمية كبيرة، وفائدة عظيمة ، فالاعجاز يتم به تحصيل اليقين والصدق بقول النبي (عليه السلام) . ولندرة الدراسات في الثابت والمتغير في الاعجاز القراني ، ترسم الباحث منهجا لدراسة هذا الموضوع ، رغبة منه في دراسة اعجاز كتاب الله الكريم . وقد انتظمت دراسة موضوع ( حركة الثابت والمتغير عند علماء الاعجاز القراني ) في تمهيد وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة باهم النتائج . فكان التمهيد حاملا في طياته تعريفا بمصطلحات العنوان الرئيس . وجاء الفصل الاول بعنوان المسيرة التاريخية لحركة اعجاز القران الكريم وتطوره ، وقد انتظم في سبعة مباحث ، درس الباحث من خلالها اراء العلماء في وجوه اعجاز القران الكريم وبيان الثابت والمتغير من هذه الاراء . وجاء الفصل الثاني بعنوان معايير معرفة الثابت والمتغير في الاعجاز القراني ، وتم في هذا الفصل تحديد اربعة معايير يتم عن طريقها معرفة الثابت والمتغير في وجوه الاعجاز القراني . وكان الفصل بعنوان الثابت والمتغير عند العلماء في وجوه الاعجاز القراني ، وتم تحديد ستة اوجه للاعجاز القراني ، وتم دراسة ما هو الثابت والمتغير في هذه الوجوه بالاعتماد على المعايير التي تم تحديدها في الفصل الثاني . ثم جاءت الخاتمة تحمل اهم النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث، ومن اهمها : 1 ــ افاد البحث من خلال تعريف السيد الخوئي للاعجاز ،ان المعجزة لا تختص بالانبياء فقط ، وانما يدخل في ذلك الامامة ، لان المنصب الالهي لا يقصد به النبوة فقط ، وانما يشمل الامامة ايضا . 2 ــ بان للبحث ان اول من اشار الى اعجاز القران الكريم هو النبي محمد (صلى الله عليه واله وسلم) ، وال بيته (عليه السلام) ، عن طريق ذكر بعض الاحاديث التي تدل على اعجاز القران الكريم . 3 ــــــ تجلى للبحث ان ثنائية الثابت والمتغير لم تكن الاسبق من حيث زمن ظهورها ، وانما هي من اخر الثنائيات ظهورا ، وكان للثنائيات التي سبقتها الاثر في تحديد مفهومها . 4 ــــــ اثبت البحث ان القول بالاعجاز البياني هو ثابت لدى اكثر العلماء القائلين باعجاز القران الكريم ، الا ان المتغير عندهم هو ان بعضهم يرى ان القران معجز ببلاغته ، والبعض الاخر يراه معجز بفصاحته ، وقسم يراه معجز بنظمه واسلوبه ، وكل هذه الوجوه هي داخلة في الاعجاز البياني . 5 ــــــ ظهر للبحث ان المتغير في اراء العلماء حول الاعجاز الغيبي ، هو ان بعضهم عده وجها من وجوه الاعجاز لم يقع به التحدي ، ومنهم من عده كدليل على صدق نبوة محمد (صلى الله عليه واله وسلم) ، ومنهم من عده وجها معجزا وقع به التحدي . 6 ـــــ يرى البحث ان بداية الاعجاز التاثيري لم تكن على يد الخطابي ، وانما كانت له اشارات منذ نزول القران، وذلك من خلال تاثر الوليد بن المغيرة به عندما سمعه وقال فيه قوله المشهور، وكذلك قصة سماع القران ليلا من قبل ابو لهب وابو جهل والاخنس بن شريق ، وغيرها . | Quran is one of the greatest books in the world which dazzled the heads of eloquence and rhetorical that makes them unable to follow its knowledges, for this reason there is a great number of Quranic studies. Quranic miracle studies have great importance and great benefits because miracles studies could achieve the clarity about certainty and honesty of the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family).As a result of the lack of the studies in the constant and the variable in the Quranic miracle, the researcher put a method to study this subject, in order to study the miracles of the great book (Quran).The study of (the constant and the variable in the Quranic miracle) was arranged in an introduction and three chapters with conclusion that contains the most important results. The introduction comes with the definitions of the main terms in the title. The subject of the first chapter was (The historical marches of Holy Quran's miracle which include the movement and development).This chapter has been organized in seven parts, the first part was about the literature review of other researchers about the Quranic miracle and explain the constant and the variable in these views. While the subject of the second chapter was (The criteria of discover the constant and the variable in the Quranic miracle) which identify four criteria. Depending on these criteria the constant and the variable of Quranic miracles were identified in many faces.The final one was about (the constant and the variable in the faces of Quranic miracles). Six faces for Quranic miracles were identified in this chapter and study the meaning of the constant and the variable in these faces depending on the criteria that identified in the second chapter. Finally, the conclusion present the most important results that the researchers found it during the study period which include the following : 1. According to Mr. Al - Khoei research who defined the miracles as a thing which is not related to just prophets, but it also related to Imamate due to the divine tenure is not only related to prophet but it is also included Imamate.2. It was found that the first person refer to Quran miracles was the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family), by mentioning that in his conversation.3. The research proof that (the constant and the variable) binary was not the first binary appeared. It was one of the last binary appearing and all previous binaries play an important role to identify its concept.4. The research proved that, most researchers who believed in rhetorical of miracles of the Holy Quran, they believed in speech miracles While the difference among : some of them believed in eloquence of miracles of the Holy Quran, other believed in fluency and the others believed that miracles of the Holy Quran in the way of presenting and it style (all these faces are a part of rhetorical miracles of the Holy Quran). B5. The research shows that the differences in the scientists opinion about the miraculous prescient, some of them considered it a face of miracles that did not meet the challenge. While others found it as evidence of the truthfulness of the prophecy of Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family), and some of them found it face a miraculous challenge .6. The research found that the beginning of miraculous influence, was not started by rhetorical, but it had many signs since Quran descent. Also it was influenced by Al - waled Bin Al - Moghaira when he heard him and said the famous saying, as well as the story of hearing the Quran by Abu Lahab, Abu Jahl, Ahsan bin Shoreq, and others at night.

The second section studies the (recognize the psychological defects and its educating it), second (recognize the psychological disadvantage and its educate it). Management Science contains the bases and criteria that exist within the Holy Quran, so we find its texts rich with the concepts related to the five management functions which represent the main dimensions of the managerial process as the following : decision taking, planning, organization, direction and control. These managerial concepts taken from the verses characterize with the comprehensiveness and integrity for being of an overall view and for being stemming from a religious and ethical base; gaining it the required elasticity and making it valid for application at every time and place. The research talked about the position and greatness of the Holy Quran in its legislations and principles; thus it worked with its sublime teachings at anchoring the rules of the Islamic State in various aspects including the political and military aspects. It stated the leader's characteristics which he should be characterized with to make him able to lead effectively. It also introduced to us wonderful examples of leaders who had the effective and influencing role in the history of humanity; for the successful leader is the one who really leads to achieve the goals in conformity with the group interest. The research also referred to the role of the Holy Quran in organizing the social relationships individually with its divinemethod, and highlighting the humane merits as well as developing them and raising them to a higher level. Hence, the verses concerning the social organizational management came consisting of everything related to man and society, including the doctrinal aspect and illustrating the unification virtues, as well as the family aspect and everything concerning the family construction and the Quranic procedures to preserve it with stating the rights of the family members. As to the ethical aspect, Quran's call was continuous for the necessity of adhering the virtuous ethics and rejecting bad ethics. A group of ethics ordered by the Holy Quran was displayed and then the research displayed the ethics inhibited by the Holy Quran. The research addressed the Quranic view to money according to the verses advised that, the types of financial gains, the ethical norms and values that the Muslim merchant should be characterized with which were defined by the Quranic texts. The Holy Quran had the priority in fighting and uprooting corruption and in that it took many ways, after it manifested the corruption forms, causes and tools. The instructors have been shedding lights on the Qura’n verses which have similar meaning and different references within the Qura’n text, that is why the concept deeply rooted in my thought, and the tittle started rooming in my imagination and the college council approved it, so I have started hard work. After the inventory the words of thesis are 32 word that is : “Raja’ , Rada, Raga, Sadra, Sarafa, Agabh, Enklab, Aab, Afadh, Thab, Faa’, Anab, Tab, Had, Afik, Baa’ , Hara, Sara, Atib, Karh, Naks, Nakss” , whereas the verses of thesis were 520 verse.Thesis PlaneThesis included three chapters, we have taken care of its organization adopted meaning we have concluded during researching. The chapter one divided into eight sections that is : “the verses of Al rojoo’, Alrad, Alraog, Alsader, Alsarf, Alta’geeb, Alaod, Alenkelab”. The purpose of researching of this explanation , is living of the product of the biggest philosophy of Kurdish nation who was reside in the 10th century in Kurdistan and deceased o. 1002H.This letter is consisting of an advance and two parts and a final. The advance include the reasons of selection of the letter, the contents of the letter, design, and how the division of the subjects (my research method). First part : Peculiar to the research and consist 3 main subjects.First subject : Is regarded the century which (Yosif Al - Asam) was live, and contain three themes : First theme : Political situation.Second theme : Economic situation.Third theme : Cultural situation.Second subject : Specified for the identifying of the personality of Yosif Al - Asam, and contain three themes : First theme : His biography, and include two cases. Second theme : His teachers, students and decease and include four cases. Third theme : Special for identifying of the hand - writing (manuscript) of (Manqul Al - Tafsir).Third subject : Is including three themes : First theme : The incentive for his translation. Second theme : The references of his translation. Third theme : Specified for the project and program of the teacher Yosif Al - Asam , in translation of Quran to Quran , in the catch - words of the prophet friends and followers , in the other parts of this subject viewing the program which was guided by the teacher , and different subjects which was guided , various topics which the declaration were followed especially in aspects of : Linguistics , Grammar , Literature , Islamic Al - Fiqh ,Opinion and Idea …etc.Including fourteen cases.Second part : Special for identifying of the hand - writing of (Manqul Al - Tafsir) and talking about the places which the hand - writing were kept.So it dedicated for investigation the text and the bibliography of the research.

Abstract: Praise be to God and His blessings and peace be upon messenger Muhammed together with his family, companions and followers.This thesis entitled "Aphorism of Abu Bakr Al - Seddeeq - may God be gracious to him - on interpretation, analytic study" presented by scholar Abdullah Kadhum Edan Al - Azzaqi to the Board of Deans of Imam Al - Adham College as part of requirements for master certificate in the Islamic Theories, Interpretation Field.God has honoured this nation with the Islam message and our messenger Muhammed, God blessings and peace be upon him, as well as the Koran which recited till the doomsday, thus God has raised people to the high rank and degraded others to the lower one by Koran. He who recites Koran, understands its verses and practices them will be happy in his life and death, while he who abandons it, God will keep him un abasement on life and death.This great statute; Koran, has been held and taught to the mankind after Prophet Muhammed (blessings and peace of God be upon him) by his good companions (may God be gracious to them) who have been educated in the Prophet's school, then they did the interpretation of God's speech and explained it to the mankind.Thus they were extinguished individuals for all good deeds and created happiness for the mankind and shifted them from deviation and ignorance to the knowledge and awareness. The greatest individual among all in succession of Prophet Muhammed (blessings and peace of God be upon him) was Abu Bakr Al - Siddeeq. He was a head in clemency, modesty, awareness, piety, honesty, faithfulness and virtue. He was eager to imitate all small or big deeds of Prophet Muhammed (blessings and peace of God be upon him).Therefore, I be trusted in God and preferred to select the greatest man in succession of Prophet Muhammed (blessings and peace of God be upon him) who has the most impression on the nation in the interpretation of Koran. So I entitled my thesis as "Aphorism of Abu Bakr Al - Seddeeq - may God be gracious to him - on interpretation, analytic study", for the following reasons : 1. Being honoured and enjoyed the holy book and ware of its rank upon the other scriptures.2. Interpretation science is the most honoured and important one which should get the utmost care and interest since it is the immortal speech and message if God. It should be well - understood and practiced as knowledgement is important for application.3. Our great predecessors, specially the first generation, among them is Abu Bakr Al - Siddeeq (may God be gracious to him) have faced fierce attacks of the racialists and the destructive hidden trials that intended to detract those great men who were picked by God to be companions of his Prophet (blessings and peace of God be upon him), and to disfigure the holders of Muhammedan law and cut their links with the Muslim generations and be able to achieve the animosity plans against Islam by attacking it through its origins.I wish to play a role, even a small one, to defend Islam and the character of Abu Bakr Al - Siddeeq.The research work is divided into introduction, three chapters and epilogue.The introduction : Meaning of Aphorism, justice, companion, companions justice, their interpretation and authentication, It consists of two research works.First Chapter : C.V. of Abu Bakr Al - Siddeeq (may God be gracious to him) and his death. This chapter consists of four research works.Second Chapter : The impression of Abu Bakr on the verses that he was the reason of their revelation and those that revelated upon himself or declared his virtues. This chapter is sub - divided into two research works.Third Chapter : The impression of Abu Bakr on the verses that have interpertated for him, and those that he has interpretated on the light of Koran, Sunna and extracting. This chapter is sub - divided into two research works.Epilogue with the most important conclusions which among them are : 1. The speech of the companion in interpretation is considered as related to the Prophet (blessings and peace of God be upon him) unless he is famous of depending on the views of other religions followers or there some views on it.2. Abu bakr Al - Siddeeq (may God be gracious to him) is known of his utmost knowledge, clemency and piety as God was most gracious to him and being companion of the Prophet (blessings and peace of God be upon him). He was the most sagacious man on the affinity and tells of Arab tribes, and of the most knowledge on the vision interpretation after the Prophet Muhammed (blessings and peace of God be upon him).3. Abu Bakr Al - Siddeeq (may God be gracious to him) was of presidential and merit in Islam for his support to the Prophet by money and life. His several stands are good evidence for being so.4. There are many evidences proved that Abu Bakr is the first Caliph who succeeded the Prophet (blessings and peace of God be upon him) in guiding the Islam state to the safety land.5. Abu Bakr Al - Siddeeq is the first man who believed in Islam and God himself called him Al - Siddeeq (i.e. the most believer) as shown in a Koran verse and testified by Imam Ali Bin Abi Talib (may God be gracious to him).6. Every time we notice that the Kafirs (non - believers) are being unified against Islam despite their dispersion. This can be seen through the feeling of happiness of the non - believers with the victory of Magus on the Romans which is stated in a Koran verse.7. Islam is a comprehensive indivisible religion. Thus a person who could deny any of its principles should be fought even if he utters the Shahada. The evidence for such judgment is the action of Abu Bakr (may God be gracious to him) on fighting those who refused to pay Zaka.Finally I supplicate to God to let us get benefit of our knowledge, lead us to the good deeds, increase our knowledge and let this thesis merely for His sake and He is able to respond. Abstract: The present thesis is directed to study a selected subject from the Holy Book of Allah (all mighty) Al Quran. The book that cannot be altered or changed till the occurrence of the hereafter. The thesis is titled "A subjective study of the concept of fun and play in the Holy Book of Allah (all mighty) Al Quran". I would like to state the following findings from the study : 1. The fun in Arabic language has different meanings such as : - Something you make amusement with or play with and make you busy such as fun things and mirthful. - A boy in the language of Hathramoot - Woman or wife - Songs - Drum and song instruments2. Fun as a term means things that make human busy associated with joy and happiness.3. Play in language means the opposite of serious.4. Play as a term means something that bring joy and happiness.5. Words that has link with the play and fun which are mentioned in the Holy Book of Allah (all mighty) Al Quran can be listed as follows : Dalliance, exiguity, mockery and jeering ) ) Fun and play have positive and negative effects. The major positive effects of play and fun are : - Used as training for human body to make him ready for fighting and to achieve military missions. - preserve a fit body and prevent fatness. - Take away the weariness from human, knowing that human tends to like different things and different states and needs to have a balance in his day life.The major negative effects of play and fun are : losing wealth , times and duties. - - using of ill - gotten wealth because of gambling associated with fun and play. - Initiated disinclination and hostility.6. There are nine verses in the wholly Quran which are dealing with fun. Theses verses were studied in chapter two and the following results are obtained : - The mass scholars state that singing is treated as illegal if it is associated with wrong acts and adultery. And if it is used as a way to make turbulence or a way of not doing a religion orders such as prying. But if it is not associated with the above mention acts , fun can be permissible especially during festival and weeding or to achieve difficult works like trenching and others. - Precautions from any acts that make the heart busy and away from remembering Allah (all mighty) and prying. - show the honor of the profit peace upon him which is the most honor and higher rank by using the past participle tense in talking with the profit. - Allah( all mighty) admonish his profits with out attaching any shortages to them or even under score them in order to be sincerely worshiping him. - The believer should not grantee the wiliness from Allah even though he is a good believer but he should fear him (all mighty). - In hereafter ,people will be at most stage of fear so that their heart raise up to their neck and eyes standstill and the sun become very close to their heads. - Al jumah prying is an obligation to all Muslims so that all of them should go to it early and be prepare to do it in a good manner. - Each thing even though it is right to start with become ill - gotten if it leads to not doing good deeds such as leaving Al jumah prying because of paying and selling. - It is ill - gotten to be busy with children and wealth and loosing the important orders such as prying, fasting and fighting in the regard of Allah( all mighty). - Getting more wealthy and blow is bad. But one can blow with his captivity and good acts so that others can imitate him. - be aware for feeling that you live a long time. - Dispraise the unbelievers because of their missing, playing, and objections. - Show the puzzlement of unbelievers and their miss doing against the profit peace upon him.7. There are fourteen verses in the wholly Quran which are dealing with play. Theses verses were studied in chapter three and the following results are obtained : - play can be permitted in different ways namely in racing, riding horses and shouting with archery. - It is forbidding to give advice for one you thing he is not a good person because he may used it against you. - jealousy can cause damage and hurt to others. - it is an obligation for the father to be fair with his sons and daughters as much as possible. - discourage the blindness following without having evidence or proof. - Bad thing cannot be good even though it has many followers. - The Sura of Al Tauba has different names such as : The shameful ; the excitatory, The dispersive and The unguis. - The mockery with Allah( all mighty) and his religion and his profits is clearly disbelieving and infidelity. - It is forbidding to take Jews and Christian as defenders. - The form of Athain comes according to what Abd Allah Ben Zeid has been seen in his dream which agrees with the seen of the caliph Ommar. - It has been shown that the life of disbelievers even though it seems to be nice and worthy it is in fact nothing but a play, fun and worthless.8. There are six places in the wholly Quran which are dealing with play and fun together in one verse. Theses places were studied in chapter four and the following results are obtained : - In all verses of the wholly Quran play comes first and then fun except in two places. the first one in Surat Al Arraf and the second one is in Surat Al Ankaboot. - Encourage the people to be anchoritic by explaining the truthiness of the life. - Underscore the worthy of life, and the small of its things as a whole. - The life of the world is treated as self - satisfactory person's meal if it is taken you from the hereafter. - It is forbidden to sit next to peoples who make fun from Islam and his legislations, rules and people.
