Abstract:
في هذه الاطروحة، اجريت دراسات تجريبية وعددية لتقييم تاثير استخدام المبددات الحرارية ذات القنوات الدقيقة ذات الاشكال والمقاطع العرضية المتنوعة، وتعزيز كفاءة تبريدها للاجهزة الالكترونية واجهزة الاتصالات من خلال استخدام الموائع النانوية. ركزت الدراسة على اربعة تكوينات للمشتتات الحرارية ذات القنوات الدقيقة: التجاويف المستقيمة والمتعرجة والمموجة والدائرية، وجميعها تشترك في نفس مساحة المقطع العرضي. تم استخدام الماء المقطر ومجموعة مختارة من السوائل النانوية (CuO-H2O، Al2O3-H2O، TiO2-H2O) كمبردات، بتركيزات حجمية تتراوح من 0.01 الى 0.03. تم تصميم التجارب والمحاكاة لتغطية ارقام رينولدز من 50 الى 150، بينما واجهت قاعدة المشتت الحراري ذات القنوات الدقيقة تدفقات حرارية متفاوتة تبلغ 170 و220 و340 واط/م^2. للتحليل العددي، تم استخدام برنامج Comsol Multiphysics (الاصدار 6.1) لمحاكاة انتقال السوائل والحرارة ثلاثي الابعاد داخل القنوات الدقيقة، بهدف حل المعادلات التفاضلية الجزئية التي تحكم الاستمرارية والزخم والطاقة في كل من المجالات الصلبة والسائلة. تجريبيا، تم تصنيع المشتتات الحرارية ذات التصاميم الاربعة للقنوات المختلفة من النحاس النقي بسبب موصليته الحرارية العالية. تم عزل الجهاز بالصوف الزجاجي لتقليل فقدان الحرارة، مما يضمن توصيل جميع مكونات النظام بشكل مناسب. واظهرت النتائج تحسنا ملحوظا في كفاءة نقل الحرارة للمشتتات الحرارية ذات القنوات الدقيقة عند استخدام السوائل النانوية كمبردات، مقارنة بالمياه المقطرة، مما ادى الى انخفاض في درجة الحرارة بنسبة تصل الى 12٪. من بين السوائل النانوية، اظهر السائل الذي يشتمل على SuO-H2O خصائص فائقة في نقل الحرارة، خاصة في المشتتات الحرارية ذات التجاويف المتموجة والمتعرجة والدائرية، كما يتضح من رقم نسلت المعزز ومتوسط درجة حرارة الجدار عند تركيز حجمي قدره 0.03%، مقارنة بـ تصميم القناة المستقيمة. كشفت المقارنة بين النتائج التجريبية وعمليات المحاكاة العددية عن تطابق وثيق، مع تباينات تتراوح من 1.2% الى 5.2% عند استخدام الماء المقطر، ومن 0.75% الى 4.9% مع السوائل النانوية. علاوة على ذلك، اظهرت النتائج التجريبية والعددية المتعلقة برقم نسلت عبر جميع تصاميم القنوات اتفاقا عاما في السلوك وتقاربا في النتائج، حيث تراوح اكبر انحراف بين ارقام نسلت العددية والتجريبية من 2.6% الى 9.8%. تؤكد هذه النتائج ان زيادة معدلات التدفق تؤدي الى انخفاض درجات حرارة الجدار وارتفاع ارقام نسلت، مما يعزز اداء التبريد للقنوات الصغيرة.
