Abstract: ان الحالة المعنوية ومحاولة بث الايجابية للفرد والمجتمع من المسائل المعاصرة كونها تشغل مكانة عالية واهمية بالغة لان من خلالها يتمكن الفرد من الوصول الى هدفه المراد تحقيقه ولايمكن اتمام وانجاز ولا تحقيق اي غاية او قصد من دون حالة معنوية عالية وطاقة ايجابية تساعده على تنفيذ ذلك كونها تتمثل في ان لها الاثر الفعال في مواكبة تطورات الحياة ومحاولة التصدي لجميع المصاعب من خلالها حيث ينعكس ذلك على شخصية الفرد لهذا اكدت الشريعه الاسلامية على اهمية تربية الفرد على المستوى الروحي والعقلي والنفسي وصقل شخصيته وبنائها واستثمار طاقاته وتعزيزها وتنميتها والتي من شانها ان تدعوا الى التقدم والعطاء والنجاح في كافة المستويات .
