Abstract: بعد عصر الصحابة جاء عصر التابعين وهم الذين لم يدركوا النبي صلى الله عليه واله وسلم وانما ولدوا بعد وفاته وادركوا عصر الصحابة فاخذوا عنهم علوم القران والحديث النبوي الشريف والفقه واحداث السيرة النبوية، ومن اولئك التابعين كان عكرمة البربري الذي كان له اثر كبير في الحركة الفكرية فكان له دور في علوم عدة ياتي في مقدمتها القران الكريم الذي يعد المصدر الاول في التشريع فكان من الطبيعي ان يلاقي اهتماما كبيرا من العامة والخاصة من المختصين بتفسيره وفسروه بالماثور والمنقول لكي يفهم العوام محتواه وما يدور في اروقته لكي يتم الرجوع اليه في فهم الاحكام التي يريدها الله تعالى منا كمسلمين.
لقد شملت مرويات عكرمة تفسير عدد كبير من السور والايات القرانية، اذ كان من رواد علم التفسير، ولم يقتصر دوره على علم التفسير بل تبين ان له علوما اخرى ومنها علم اسباب النزول، وعلم الناسخ والمنسوخ، والمكي والمدني، فضلا عن اهتمامه الواضح ببيان معاني الالفاظ الغريبة والمبهمة في القران الكريم..
ولما كان النبي صلى الله عليه واله وسلم هو المصدر الثاني للتشريع بعد القران الكريم وهو المفسر والمترجم والموضح لما طرحه القران الكريم ودعا اليه فقد شملت مرويات عكرمة اهتماما كبيرا وواضحا بالحديث النبوي الشريف الذي شملت مروياته كثيرا من الموضوعات.
كما كان له دور في علم الفقه وقد نقل الكثير من الروايات في هذا المجال عن طريق شيوخه، كذلك اهتمامه بالمرويات التاريخية، كما تبين ان للرواية الاسرائيلية دورا في مروياته التي حملت الكثير من الاساطير والخرافات وخاصة فيما يتعلق باخبار الانبياء والامم القديمة.
اقتضت خطة البحث الى تقسيم الدراسة على مقدمة وثلاثة فصول وخاتمه، اختص الفصل الاول بحياة عكرمة الاجتماعية والعلمية التي تم دراستها في خمسة مباحث، تناول المبحث الاول نشاته الاجتماعية، اما المبحث الثاني فقد شمل عصره، وتناول المبحث الثالث مصدره المعرفي وشيوخه، وتناول المبحث الرابع رحلاته، في حين تناول المبحث الخامس تلامذته ومن روى عنه.
اما دوره في العلوم الدينية فقد خصص الفصل الثاني لبيان ذلك في مباحثه الثلاثة تضمن المبحث الاول دوره في علوم القران، في حين بينت الدراسة في المبحث الثاني دوره في علوم الحديث وما موقف علماء الجرح والتعديل منه فضلا عن موقف ائمة اهل البيت عليهم السلام منه، اما دوره في علم الفقه فقد تم توضيحه في المبحث الثالث.
اما الفصل الثالث فقد تناول دوره في الرواية التاريخيه اذ تم تقسيمه على اربعة مباحث، خصص المبحث الاول لدراسة فترة ما قبل الاسلام، اما المبحث الثاني فقد خصص لدراسة السيرة النبوية في العهد المكي ، وخصص المبحث الثالث لدراسة السيرة النبوية في العهد المدني، اما المبحث الرابع فقد شمل مرويات عكرمة عن اهل البيت عليهم السلام ثم مروياته عن مجتمع الصحابة، ومن ثم الخاتمة.

Abstract: تناولت الرسالة دراسة المجتمع الاسلامي في عصر النبوة من خلال ما رسمته سورة التوبة لصورة المجتمع الاسلامي في اواخرايام النبي (صلى الله عليه واله)،انقسمت الرسالة على اربعة فصول تسبقها مقدمة وتليها خاتمة لاهم النتائج التي توصل اليها الباحث من خلال هذه الرسالة ، على النحو الاتي

تناول الفصل الاول فئة المنافقين وتاثيرهم السلبي على المجتمع الاسلامي ، وكشف مؤامراتهم التي كانت تنخر في جسد المجتمع ، ومحاولتهم اغتيال النبي (صلى الله عليه واله) ، وتعاونهم مع القوى الخارجية المعادية للمسلمين.وتناول الفصل الثاني فئة الاعراب وفئة المؤلفة قلوبهم ، وبيان حقيقة هاتين الفئتين ، ودورهم في سير الاحداث اثناء تلك المرحلة. وتناول الفصل الثالث موقف المجتمع الاسلامي من المشركين من خلال التطرق الى مفهوم البراءة من المشركين ، والاسباب الموجبة لقتالهم ، ومنعهم من دخول المسجد الحرام ، وغير ذلك من الامور التي تتعلق بالموقف الذي اتخذه المسلمين منهم. ثم تناول الفصل الرابع العلاقات العامة للمجتمع الاسلامي مع اهل الكتاب ، فقد تناول المبحث الاول العلاقة مع اليهود ، بينما تناول المبحث الثاني العلاقة مع النصارى ، وخُتم الفصل بالكلام عن الجزية
