Abstract: ان البحث في المشكلات الاجتماعية يعد من اهم الموضوعات التي تناولها علماء الاجتماع في دراساتهم وبحوثهم النظرية والميدانية نظرا لما تتركه هذه المشكلات من اثر في حياة الافراد . | وتعد مشكلات الارامل من المشكلات الظاهرة بوضوح في الوضع الراهن للمجتمع العراقي وذلك بسبب الاحتلال الامريكي للعراق منذ عام 2003 ، حيث ازادت نسبة الارامل واثرت هذه الزيادة على الجوانب الاجتماعية والنفسية والاقتصادية ، ليس على مستوى حياة الارملة فقط بل على مستوى حياة اسرتها وابنائها وبالتالي حياة المجتمع كله . | لقد اختارت الباحثة هذا الموضوع لاهميته ونتيجة لزيادة نسبة الارامل اللواتي يعانين من مشكلات مختلفة من جهة ، فضلا عن البحوث والدراسات العراقية التي تناولت مشكلات الارامل من جهة اخر ، وكان التركيز فيه على مشكلات الارامل في فترة الاحتلال . وقد شملت عينة الرسالة 150 ارملة من اللواتي ترملن خلال فترة الاحتلال الامريكي للعراق من 2003 - 2011 . | ويعد هذا البحث من البحوث الوصفية - التحليلية التي تستلزم استخدام منهج علمي للحصول على البيانات والمعلومات المطلوبة لانجازها ، لذا قد تم استخدام مناهج عدة وهي المنهج التاريخي ومنهج المسح الاجتماعي كما تم الاعتماد على ثلاث ادوات اساسية من ادوات جمع البيانات وهي ( المقابلة والاستبيان والملاحظة) ، كما تم الاعتماد على عدد من الوسائل الاحصائية ، وهي النسب المئوية ، والمتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري وقانون موزر لعينة واحدة ، وقد توصلت الدراسة عن ما ياتي : | 1. ان النساء الارامل يعانين من مشكلات اجتماعية واقتصادية ونفسية . | 2. يؤثر فقدان الزوج على العلاقات الاجتماعية داخل الاسرة وعلى التنشئة الاجتماعية للابناء . | 3. كشفت الدراسة ان اعلى نسبة لمدة الحياة الزوجية للارملة كانت (1-10) سنوات . | 4. ان اكثر الارامل هن ربات بيوت ولسن عاملات . | 5. تبين ان من ابرز الجهات التي قامت بتقديم المساعدات للارامل هي عوائلهن في الدرجة الاولى . | 6. ان اكثر الارامل يستلمن رواتب من دائرة الرعاية الاجتماعية وان هذا الراتب لا يكفي لسد الحاجة . | 7. تزداد المشاكل لدى الارامل من ذوات المستوى الاقتصادي المنخفض . | 8. للاحتلال دور اساس في زيادة نسبة الارامل في العراق وله الدور الاكبر في زيادة مشكلاتهن . | 9. الارامل يعانين من مشكلات نفسية عديدة منها ، القلق والخوف والاكتئاب والحزن والعزلة وغيرها .. | == Investigating in social problems is considered as being one of the most important subjects , dealt by socialists in their theoretical and practical studies , due to the effects reflected on the individuals . | In Iraqi society , widows' problems are explicit ones as a result of the American occupation since 2003 . Therefore , the percentage of widowhood has been increased and effected on the widows socially , and psychologically . However , the phenomenon of widowhood is not restricted to widows only , but it is spread to sons and daughters and the whole society as well . | The researcher has ,on one hand, selected such topic since it is very important and sensitive. On the other hand, the increased number of widows suffers from various problems , with regarding to the lack of the Iraqi researches and studies in this field which tackled widows' problems. | The study focuses on the problems of widows at the period of American occupation . | The subjects of this study consist of 150 widows who had been widowed at the time of American occupation 2003 and till nowadays. | This study is a descriptive and analytic one which requires using scientific approach in order to access to required data , so that may approaches have been used as : The Historical approach and the social survey approach) beside three basic instruments to access to the data : (Questionnaire , Interviews , and Observations) | May statistic instruments have been used as : (The percentage , arithmetic mean, the standard deviation and Moser's equation) . | | The conclusions comes with the following : | 1. Widows suffer from social , economic and psychological problems . | 2. The absence of the husband effects on the social relations in the family as well as the process of socialization . | 3. The higher percent of widow's life which had been spent with the husband was about (1 -10) years | 4. Most of the widows are housewives and unemployed . | 5. At the first degree , the families of widows supported the widows . | 6. Though it is not enough to meet widows' needs, most of them receiving salaries from the directorate of social welfare . | 7. When the economic level is low , the problems of widows are increasing . | 8. American occupation plays a vital role to increase the percentage of widows' problems in Iraq . | 9. Widows suffer from many psychological problems like : worry fear , and isolation |

Abstract: فتحت شبكة الانترنيت عصرا جديدا من عصور الاتصال والتفاعل بين البشر، وحققت مكانة بارزة بين وسائل الاتصال الاخرى، واحدثت تغيرات عميقة في طرائق التفكير والعمل والسلوك، واستحدثت انماطا حياتية لم يسبق للانسانية ان خاضتها، والتي تثير انساقا جديدة من المعضلات، لا يمكن التصدي لها بتدابير تقليدية. | ان استخدام هذه الوسيلة وقع ما بين الضرورة والتسلية والفائدة والمضرة والوجوب والحرمة، وكل هذا يرضخ للابعاد الدينية والظروف الاجتماعية المحيطة بكل مجتمع من حيث ثقافته وبعده الحضاري. | تتجلى اهمية هذا البحث في انه يبحث في ظاهرة مهمة من ظواهر العصر الحديث، بدات بالظهور والانتشار في العراق وهي ظاهرة الادمان على الانترنيت الذي يؤدي الى عزلة الافراد عن مجتمعاتهم الطبيعية الحقيقية وتحولهم الى اعضاء في مجتمعات افتراضية بما يؤثر سلبا في ادائهم داخل المنظمات الاجتماعية، وهدف البحث الى معرفة الاسباب والظروف الاجتماعية التي تدفع الافراد الى تكوين علاقات اجتماعية في الفضاء الرمزي والتعرف على مشكلات التوافق والاندماج التي تعوق الشخص عن الاستمتاع بحياته مع نفسه واسرته، ويهدف ايضا الى معرفة التاثير الذي يحدثه الاتصال عبر الانترنيت في العلاقات الاجتماعية في المجتمع الموصلي. | واعتمد البحث، المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، فجاءت الدراسة استطلاعية استكشافية، واعتمدت المسح الاجتماعي بطريقة العينة في جمع البيانات الاولية ومن ثم اختير ثلاثون حالة ادمان لدراستها بتعمق عن طريق المقابلات الميدانية الشخصية مع المبحوثين والزيارات الميدانية لمراكز عملهم ومراكز الانترنيت. | ومن اهم النتائج التي خلص اليها البحث : | 1. اظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطيه دالة بين ادمان الانترنيت والعزلة الاجتماعية. | 2. اظهر المبحوثون ميلا كبيرا للاندماج في مجتمع الانترنيت وكونوا عن طريقه علاقات اجتماعية افتراضية، وفي كثير من الاحيان يشعرون فعلا بان هذه العلاقات بديلة عن علاقاتهم الاصلية. | 3. اوضحت الدراسة وجود اختلافات بين المبحوثين من حيث المستوى الثقافي والتعليمي والاجتماعي والمهني ولكن جميعهم يجتمعون عند صفة ملازمة لهم، تتجلى في العمل بلا كلل للحصول على ارضاء نفسي لهم بواسطة الانترنيت. | 4. عدد من المبحوثين كانوا من المحرومين من التواصل الاجتماعي والاختلاط نتيجة لظروف البيئة والتنشئة الاجتماعية الصارمة. | وخلصت الدراسة الى مجموعة من التوصيات كان ابرزها : | فتح باب الحوار الاسري واقامة الاتصال وتوثيق العلاقات مع الابناء، اذ لا تكون العلاقة الالكترونية بديلا عن العلاقة الاسرية ومحاولة استثمار وقت الفراغ بما يصلح لان يكون بديلا عن الساعات التي يقضونها على الانترنيت، كان يكون ممارسة بعض التمارين الرياضية والتواصل والتسامر مع الاصدقاء والبحث عن وسائل ترفيه بحيث توازي الانترنيت او تفوقه في المتعة وتوفير برامج وقائية تطبيقية تلتزم بالطابع التوجيهي والارشادي والثقافي بهدف تهيئة المناخ المناسب قبل التجول في الانترنيت وتعميم البرامج التي اثبتت فاعليتها مثل برنامج الحد من مخاطر الانترنيت. | == A new age of communication began by internet. It has changed the modes of thinking, labour and behavior. besides, a new ways of life appeared which mankind never experienced before. | This research deals with one of the important phenomen of the modern age which recently appeared in Iraq, it is that of the internet addiction which leads individuals to be isolated from society and turns them to be members in a suppositive society which negatively affects their role in the social organizations. | The aim of the research to recognize the causes and the social situation which lead the individual to have relationship in an online space as well as investigating the problems of the accord and merger which delay, the person to be pleased by his life with himself and with his | This research aims also at recognizing the impact of communication via internet upon the social relationships in Mosuli society. | The research adopted the analytical descriptive method which means that this study is a scouting and exploratory one. It also depended upon the social survey of the method of sample in collecting the elementary data, the thirty cases of addiction have been selected to study them throughout field personal interview with studied persons as well as the field visits in their working places and in the internet centers. |
