Abstract: المستخلص. استهدف البحث في الاساس التعرف على المهارات الاتصالية لمدراء الارشاد الزراعي في مديريات الزراعة لمحافظات المنطقة الوسطى من العراق من وجهة نظر المرشدين الزراعيين, وذلك من خلال مقياس متكون من خمسة محاور رئيسة و (13) مجال فرعي متمثلة بادارة التحديث والابتكار في المجالات الزراعية والريفية والتي تضم ( ادارة التحديث والابتكار, قبول المخاطرة ) ,ادارة المهام الارشادية والمتضمنة (التنسيق والتعاون, اتخاذ القرار الارشادي, ادارة الصراع والاجتماعات الادارية), ادارة الذات والتي تضم ( المقدرة على التعلم, ادارة الوقت, الصفات الشخصية ,تشخيص وحل المشكلات الارشادية ) ,المقدرة على الاتصال والتي تضم ( الاتصال بالاخرين , الاستماع ,وسائل الاتصال ) واخيرا المعلومات الزراعية الارشادية.. تكون مجتمع البحث من محافظات المنطقة الوسطى والبالغ عددها (10) محافظات, اخذت عينة عشوائية بنسبة (60%) وبواقع (6) محافظات هي ( بغــداد , النجف الاشرف , كــربلاء المقدسة , القادسية , بابــل ,الانبار) , اخذت عينة عشوائية بسيطة وبنسبة (43%) من المرشدين الزراعيين الموزعين على المحافظات السابقة الذكر والبالغ عددهم (262) مرشداً زراعياً وبواقع (112) مرشداً زراعياً , تم استبعاد استمارتين لعدم دقة الاجابة وبذلك بلغ عدد المبحوثين الذين خضعوا للاجراءات البحثية (110) مبحوثا.. ولغرض تحقيق اهداف البحث, تم اعداد استمارة استبانه لجمع البيانات من المرشدين الزراعيين، وتكونت من (98) فقرة لقياس المهارات الاتصالية لمدراء الارشاد ، تتوزع على خمسة محاور منها (14) فقرة ً في محور ادارة التحديث والابتكار في المجالات الزراعية والريفية و (32) فقرة في محور ادارة المهام الارشادية و (26) فقرة في ادارة الذات و(20) فقرة في محور المقدرة على الاتصال و(6) فقرات في محور المعلومات الزراعية الارشادية.. ولتحليل وعرض النتائج, استخدمت الوسائل الاحصائية يدوياً : التكرارات، النسب المئوية ، الوسط الحسابي الموزون، الوزن المئوي، اما معامل الارتباط بيرسون ، ومعامل الارتباط سبيرمان, معامل الصلاحية فقد استخدم برنامج التحليل الاحصائي SPSSلتحليلها.. توصلت نتائج البحث الى, ان غالبية مدراء الارشاد الزراعي في محافظات المنطقة الوسطى لديهم مهارات اتصالية متوسطة تميل الى الارتفاع , وان مهارات ادارة الذات هي المهارات الاكثر امتلاكاً لدى مدراء الارشاد الزراعي, لحصولها على المرتبة الاولى, في حين كانت مهارات ادارة التحديث والابتكار في المجالات الزراعية والريفية اقل امتلاكاً لدى مدراء الارشاد الزراعي لحصولها على المرتبة الاخيرة, وان الصفات الشخصية جاءت بالمرتبة الاولى من حيث مستوى الاهمية وموافقة المبحوثين على مجالات المهارات الاتصالية, فيما جاءت قبول المخاطرة بالمرتبة الاخيرة.. . . وقد اظهرت النتائج تباين طفيف في اهمية المهارات الاتصالية من محافظة الى اخرى, فضلا عن ان الاعمال والنشاطات الارشادية التي يمارسها مدراء الارشاد الزراعي لها تاثير كبير في اكسابهم مهارات الاتصال التي تتناسب مع تلك الاعمال والنشاطات. . وتوصل البحث الى ضرورة اعتماد المحاور والمجالات المقترحة للمهارات الاتصالية لمدراء الارشاد الزراعي كاحد المواد في البرامج والدورات التدريبية التي تقام للمدراء من اجل تطوير مهاراتهم الاتصالية مع الاستمرار بدعم البرامج التدريبية لتنمية وتطوير المهارات الاتصالية ماديا ومعنويا و بالامكانيات المتاحة كافة, فضلا عن اعتماد المهارات الاتصالية للمدراء احد المعايير الرئيسة عند شغل احد العاملين بالجهاز الارشادي منصب مدير ارشادي من قبل الجهات المسؤولة و المشرفة على عملهم, عن طريق تضمين استمارات تقويم كفاءة العاملين في الارشاد الزراعي في جانب المهارات الاتصالية والمتمثلة بــ ( ادارة التحديث والابتكار في المجالات الزراعية والريفية, ادارة المهام الارشادية , ادارة الذات , المقدرة على الاتصال, المعلومات الزراعية الارشادية ).
