Abstract: Abstract This work presents several new types of some generalized weak forms in ITS such as IgαA*C-set,IgβA*C-set,IgPA*C-set,IgSA*C-set and LIgC-set with studying some properties related them. Also, we studying some relationships among these concepts. Furthermore, we introduced new types of some generalized weak continuous, closed and open mappings Such as intuitionistic IgαA*-continuous (resp.,IgαA*closed map ,IgαA*open map) ,IgβA*-continuous (resp.,IgβA*closed map ,IgβA*open map),IgPA*-continuous (resp.,IgPA*closed map ,IgPA*open map),IgSA*-continuous (resp.,IgSA*closed map ,IgSA*open map) and LIg-continuous (resp.,LIg-closed map ,LIg-open map) . Moreover, we introduced new types of some generalized weak irresolute mappings, Like intuitionistic IgαA*-irresolute ,IgβA*-irresolute,IgPA*-irresolute,IgSA*-irresolute-,LIg-irresolutewith studying some properties related them. Also, we studying some relationships among these concepts. Finally, relationships among generalized weak continuous mappings and generalized weak irresolute mappings are studied.

Abstract: ن التنمية المستدامة من المواضيع ذات الاهمية الكبيرة على كل الاصعدة، لما له دور في حياه المجتمع، فهي عملية يتم من خلالها نقل المجتمع من حاله السكون او الركود الى حالة التقدم والتطور، اذ وجدت التنمية المستدامة من اجل خدمة الانسان، فهي تصب في جميع ابعادها الرفاهية الفرد، فظهور مشاكل الفقر والتخلف دفع الحكومات للبحث عن تنمية ذات ابعاد مختلفة تعزز احترام حقوق الانسان وحرياته وتهدف الى تحسين مستوى المعيشي، وان ذلك لا يتم لا من خلال توفير بيئة امنة مستقرة جاذبه للواقع التنموي، لذا يعد الاستقرار السياسي مقصد اساسي من اجل الارتقاء بالدولة وتحقيق عجلة التنمية المستدامة بابعادها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية. اذ ان العلاقة بين التنمية المستدامة والاستقرار السياسي، هي علاقة وثيقة ومتشابكة، ويعزز كل منهما الاخر، من خلال دائرة متكاملة، واي خلل يصب احدهما سيضعف الاخر، اذ يعتبر الاستقرار السياسي شرط من شروط التنمية المستدامة لانه بيئة حاضنة لاي عملية تنموية، وفي حالة غيابه تضعف مؤسسات الدولة وتتعثر الاستثمارات، وتنتشر الصراعات، وتعتبر التنمية المستدامة اليه من اليات تعزيز الاستقرار السياسي، لانها تحقق العدالة الاجتماعية التي تسهم في توفر فرص عمل وبالتالي تعزز شرعية النظام مما يدعم الاستقرار السياسي تتمثل اهمية الدراسة لبيان مدى انعكاس التنمية المستدامة على الاستقرار السياسي في نماذج الدراسة من اجل تطوير الواقع التنموي في المحافظتين، فعند تحليل واقع التنمية المستدامة في محافظتي ذي قار والسليمانية، نجد مجموعة عوامل ومقومات اجتماعية واقتصادية وبيئية وسياسية تمكن من تحقيق تنمية مستدامة وشاملة للاجيال الحالية والقادمة في حال تم استثمارها بصورة صحيحة. هناك مجموعة تحديات اجتماعية واقتصادية وبيئية وسياسية واجهت التنمية المستدامة في محافظة ذي قار والسليمانية، وقد اعاقة عملية التقدم التنموي في المحافظتين مما يتطلب وجود تعاون محلي ودولي الغرض اجتياز هذه التحديات، وتوفير بيئة امنة لعملية التنمية المستدامة، من خلال تعزيز الاستقرار السياسي في المحافظتين، اذ يلاحظ من وجود حالة من عدم الاستقرار السياسي في ذي قار، اما السليمانية تشهد حالة من الاستقرار النسبي الذي ساعدها في تطوير بيئة ملائمة للمجال التنموي مما جعلها تحرز تقدما في محور التنمية المستدامة على العكس من محافظة ذي قار
