المستخلص: The research of promise and threat between the verses of Mecca and Madina and assessment between two different times and places especially in terms of rhetoric has reached the following conclusion : * - In terms of the meaning of the texts, assessment have been made between two different times and places which starts at early times of revelation of Quran to the end of the revelation and it is between two different cities in traditional, and it is clear that the beanties of the meanings of the texts have been shown in threats and promise verses in both eras in terms of the difference between the sounds of words within the contexts of the verses which they have carried, and the hidden purposes appear which have more effect on the receiver or the hearer, and this has been discussed by the linguists and rhetoricians. * - assessment of the texts has been made in terms of the way of expression and difference between the sounds of the verses of Mecca and Madina, because it is clear that the way of expression is one of the fields of conveying the purposes in arranging and poetizing the words, so arranging and poetizing words is one of the characteristics of apparent rhetorics of Quran which has used it in the fields of conveying the purposes, so the diference between the times and the places esulted in creating difference in context of the way of expressing the words between the promise and threat verses in Mecca and Madina in terms of tenderness and violence of the words while expressing the sounds of the words when they are expressed within the sentences of the verses, we see that the words in the verses of Mecca have severe sounds in vibration within the vocal Cords .these verses are frightening and have lightening and they have strong bells while threatening people with the fire. Compare to the verses of Madina which are comfortable when it is talked about the Paradise and its rewards this difference in the verses of Mecca appears more in the shortness of the verses and using the letters in throat which are hard in expression, but the sound of the words of Madina verses are calm and tender. Having a tender bell which are more reliever to soul while hearing them, and this is because of the length between the verses and using the tender letters in mouth the verses and using the tender letters in mouth which are open and tender in expression.* - introducing and distinguishing the images between the verses of Mecca and Madina,this difference between the Images has been shown through the science of illustration which is one of the sciences of rhetoric by making use of the two parts of this science which are similarity and metaphor . through this science the study and assessment of the images within the contexts of the verses,it has been shown that the images within the verses of Mecca have depended on metaphorical subjects for conveying the purposes to the reciever, in which in metaphorical subjects there is mon field for drawing the images and showing the beauty of paradise, and horror and the of punishment in the hell ,in which the verses of mecca depend eore mqnd, imaginátion and contemplation for drawing the i - aye{ and conveying the purposes to the reciever or uhe hearer of the promise and threat tdxts, bnt the texts wrthin the chapters nf madina depend more on compound images ,and the images are drawn through sen sory imayes and this for embodiment of conte - platikn images and drawing drawing decorated im!ges of the paradise as weln as drwing Deformed ilages of the hell ,and conveying the meaning to the hearer in a clear wa9 while hearing and reading the texts of the promise and threat verses

المستخلص: The Quran is the book of God Almighty, make it a constitution for the slaves, and within those who work by faith and hope of reward, happiness in both realms. From here came the attention of the faithful the book of their Lord, Vkthert around their studies past and present, to draw from sciences and Hdayate precious, still in every age show studies and research show an aspect of the Holy Quran by Any Other incidents, etc. This is nothing but the fact that the Qur'aan is the Book of God eternal good of each time and place. And familiar with the texts of the Qur'an al - Hakim, he finds it is taken up within it some of the verses that talks about women, and these verses describe the different roles carried out by multiple women reminded them the Koran, if they have influence or directly affected including around them such as spouse or the parish, whether this effect or influenced by positive or negative has appeared in our time a lot of literature pertaining to women and their role in society, Fajtfatt around views and a variety of passions, which showed the civic organizations and other rights calling for equality between men and women and lack of commitment to the curriculum Quranic drawn to women and men in this life, which put both in place of its own, and I wanted to make Dlouhy in this topic making the exporters of the foundation the Koran, came here from my research is marked by (women between the leadership and rebellion and acquiescence in the Holy Quran) to be the cause of an optional subject of a study of women's roles different from the perspective of the Holy Qur'an, to show the characteristics and advantages women in the Qur'anic text. المستخلص: Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon Prophet Mohammad, and on his family and his companions, prayers and permanent peace to the Day of Judgment.Then : The Quranic studies are regarded as an important tributary to enrich the library of Arabic language as covering all areas of the language in sounds, morphology, grammar, semantics and rhetoric or style. The aim of all of them is to show the issue of Quranic miracle and confirm it, and indicate the firm precision which is the characteristic of the God's speech, and try to understand the purposes and provisions contained therein accurately and clearly.In this research, one of the articles of the Arabic language is dealt with in the Book of Allah which is (Innama). The thesis title is («Innama» in the holly Qur'an; a Grammatical and Semantic study).The reasons that made me choose this subject go back to my desire to study a topic related to the Qur'an.The nature of the study requires dividing it into three chapters followed by the abstract of the study.Chapter one deals with the study of the articles in language and the position of (Inna) in them. It also deals with the term and concept of the article in terms of simplicity and structure and its impact on the sentence. Meanwhile, Chapter two covers the possibilities of (ma - what) in (innama) with a practical study to these possibilities in the Qur’an.Chapter three deals with the usages of (innama) and its benefits with a practical study of these usages in the Qur’an.The study ends with a conclusion summarizing the findings of this moderate study. The most important of these findings are : 1. What is settled in our minds is that the term (article) is a Kofi term. It was not known before being used by Kofis as an issue that needs revision, since its use was not confined to them. Also, we find that the Basrians used it before them, but the fact that they expanded its use does not mean that the term is special to them.2. The grammarians are different in dealing with (Innama) in terms of its formation and some of them see it as a simple letter not compound, while the majority of the grammarians, linguists, interpreters and fundamentalists believe that (Innama) is compound and formed of (Inna - indeed) that looks like verb and (Ma - what) which is used as having the meaning of the whole or arranger in the view of some of them and (Ma - what) negates the function of (Inna - indeed). So, the noun that comes after it is nominated and makes it intervene with what was not intervened with it and is a verbal sentence.3. (Innama) is not mention in the books of language, meaning and distinctive articles only rarely. It is strange that when they divide the articles according to their construction, they do not mention (Innama) among the words consisting of five consonants, but when they turn to another division according to working and neglect, simple and compound, or special to noun and verb or both we see that they mention them.4. The attached (Ma - what) to (Inna - indeed) carries more than one face in the Holy Qur’an. It might be (all) which is one of its most potential possibilities. Then, it is often useful for limitation as it also occurs in the Holy Qur’an and carries (connective, infinitive and descriptive) even if its occurrence is few.5. The usages of (Innama) for the benefit of limitation in the Qur’an is much more and wider in its usages in the other fields. Perhaps, this is the reason that made the grammarians, explainers and rhetoricians failed in dealing with (Innama) in limitation, as an article that is only used in limitation and its other usages are not mentioned except a few of them. Also, it does not occur except in a few verses of the holy Qur’an which is used for brevity, exaggeration in emphasis, insulting and reduction, returning something to its reality, exposure, and explanation.These were the most prominent conclusions of the study I presented after two years of work. I think I have done a great effort to master my work. I thank everyone who helped me in my career. I ask God to reward them the best reward.I ask God acceptance, guidance and wisdom.
