المستخلص: تعد المياه من العوامل الطبيعية الضرورية في عملية التنمية الاقتصادية بشكل عام والزراعية بشكل خاص، الا ان هذه الموارد تعاني من جملة من المشاكل منها التغيرات المناخية وما ينتج عنها من تغيرات في الهطول المطري والثلوج اذ تشكل تلك الظاهرة تاثيرا مباشرا في ا | Water resources in Iraq face many challenges such as meeting basic needs, security the food and governing water wisely. This would require the preparation of a detailed strategic plan and assessment of the current state of water security in order to identify the handicaps.The aim of this thesis is to build water budget in Iraq until 2025 to show the relationship between supply and demand of water.The thesis provides a discussion of the many items of the budget, together with some possible costs. The discussion is mostly descriptive, but quantitative estimates are included for one aspect of the problem : the effect of water surplus upon economics and agriculture growth.The hypothesis adopted in this thesis is that Iraq will never face water deficit in the Long - term. The thesis divided into three chapters. The first of which considers water security in Iraq, and the impact of the policies adopted by neighboring countries (Turkey, Iran and Syria).An effort was made to show the handicaps which hinder the growth of agriculture by using indices in order to reach some suggestions to overcome them.The second chapter, studies the effective factors in agricultural development through the national plans and investment programs for the period (1951 - 2025).In the third chapter, the future water budget was constructed until 2025. The items of input and output of water were determined in such budget.The results of the analysis showed that Iraq will not suffer from water deficit in current and future period.Finally, some conclusions and recommendations were reached. Most of them show the necessity of the contribution of water resources in economic and agricultural development and increasing the benefits of water surplus.

المستخلص: يسعى البحث الحالي الى تحقيق هدف رئيس يتمثل في اختبار اثر استخدام ادوات التحوط المالي والتشغيلي في تخفيض مخاطر اسعار الصرف او تحييدها، اذ تمثل هذه المخاطر معظلة فكرية شكلت محور اهتمام الباحثين في مجال المالية الدولية لصعوبة تحديد الاثر النهائي لتقلبات قيم | The chief purpose of this study is to investigate the ability to reduce the effect of exchange rate fluctuation on firm value , by employing appropriate hedging strategies to provide the firms force to adopted with complex and highly uncertainty conditions , characteristic of the most of the financial markets The simple of this study is the giant fife Multinational on the world ,as the last rating with unique and highly performance ,and by implementing many of financial and statistics models to computation the necessary features to measuring & managing exchange rate exposure and its effects on firm value. A practical analysis is provide the truth of all study's hypothesis , and it is reach to many of conclusion, the most important of them are : : 1.The change rate of real exchange rate is less than the change rate of nominal exchange rate ,cause the RER is offset by foreign and local relative prices f on long rune 2. Stem from unexpected fluctuation on nominal exchange rate , asymmetric transaction exposure 3. Stem from unexpected fluctuation on real exchange rate , Asymmetric operational exposure. 4. All of, even the Multinational with unique and highly performance, exposes to nominal and real exchange rate risk.5. Result from uses of currency derivative ,reduce of transaction exposure.6. Stem from increased of foreign actions ,the proxy is foreign sales to total sales, access on exchange rate exposure.7.Result from uses of operational hedging , decrease of operational risk of exchange rate.8. The integration of financial and operational hedging are reducing exchange rate risk effectively and increase the firm value. 9. There is significant and strong relation among financial and operational hedging and firm value.10. There is effect of Firm - specific characteristics ,as size , liquidity, profitability and Firm debt on exchange rate exposure and firm value.

المستخلص: يعد المورد البشري من اهم الموارد في كل قطاعات الدولة لما له من اثر بارز في تقديم الخدمات سواء اكانت انتاجية ام خدمية لابناء المجتمع، لذا فان موضوع الاهتمام بصحة وسلامة هذا المورد يجب ان يلقى الاهتمام المميز للحفاظ عليه والتقليل قدر الامكان من حوادث واصاب | Human resource is considered as one of the most important resource in all state sectors as it has aprominent effect in introducing services wether productive or sericeable for society, therefore , the interest in the subject of this sources safety and health must reseine aunique attention tomainainit and reduce the possibility of work accidents and casualties. Accordingly the concept of safety and health emerged with the beginning of man evolution oremergence on ground , that the ancient man viewd Safety and healh according to his special perspective concrning his self protection against risks facjhim and this simple perspective expresses really the importance of maintaining individuals safety and health , and despite this interest , many books indicate the occurence of incidents and casualties at that time and till the time of industrial revolution which witnessed the increasing of these incidents as aresult of machine used in alot of industrial works and which needed in reture , the provision of means that aim at reducing the workincidents and casualties represented by the professional Safely and health programs. Depending on thesaying man is the precious capital that requires the provision of all condition and circum stances suitable to his profection and taking care there of and raising his age auerage to the level that grants what he can of renewed and permenent giving ,to maintain human capital which is considened as the instrument of growth and its end. Inspide of the importance of safety and health programs they didnt get thein terest that enable them to perform their works completely although what have been issued in this regard of legislations, laws, and instructions here just an ink on paper , due to the tack of specialists and thenon dependence on adequate laws in this area , the lack of financial amounts or allocations that expensed to achiene the bases and rules concerning the professional safety or the supplies of examination , measurement and prevention. Safety and health and their relation with human capital according to these variables. The sample of study involved divisions and subsidiary heads and managers and the skilled labour in the general establish ment of bateries industny ,and aquestionnaire is used that contained 38 items as amethod to gather data,ther the form is distributed on asample consisted of 64 individuals,in addition to the conducting of personal interview with the majority of te study sample to support the questionnane some of statistical methods in analyzing the questionnaine results were used to identify the most importants factors influencing the lack of interest in professional safety and health and their effect on human capital and the most depended methods in this field (meas,sd,corelation ,deviation coefficient). The most importantconclusions of the study show that the company hasno law and it doesnt conduct periodical examination to its employee to identify theirhealth level to prevent the aggravation of their casualties in future and among them , examinations and survey tests inaddition to the non - availability of the medicinces required to treat the casualties whatever their simplicity was, the non availability of the specialized staff in diseases that cam happen inside the company that the available staff is not enough to meet the requirements of the company in addition to the lack of medical equipments required by the medical staff,the matter that aggravates the situation and the occurence of difficiency and the non - availability of the staff of the first aid required in special cases The most prominent recommend are the serious interest in perducal examinations of the employee to discover any early professional casualty to treatit quickly ,the availability of preventive equipments like prevntive glasses and shoes and others , organizing aspecial register for the employee to organize their health information from thear appointment to their retirement,subjecting the employee to the punish ments because of their contraverce to standards of safety and health. Itis worthwile that there must be alaw of professional safety and health in Araq

المستخلص: Conventional linear programming models are usually used in determination of optimum production which either maximizing gross margins or minimizing to total costs under definite constraints. The main deficit in such models is their neglecting risk which exit in production process. Hazell at (1971) succeeded to improve the conventional linear programming to linear models take in consideration risk and uncertainty. The new models are based on the assumption, that decision mater could choose between optimum plans on the basis of expected income (E) from each plan and the absolute total deviation (A) ; thus this invented model which includes the above mentioned variables as a measure for risk in any plan is called MOTAD (Minimization of Total Absolute Deviation). By using this model minimum total absolute deviation is obtained , which means that an efficient plan is fulfilled with gross margin (E) and minimum total absolute deviation (A). A linear alternative mathematical programming model introduced by Loren W. tauer at (1981) computationally efficient and generates solutions meeting the second - degree stochastic dominance (SSD) test. MOTAD does not do this. The model is a modification of MOTAD called Target MOTAD. It's two attribute risk and return model. Which generates a subset of feasible SSD ( second degree stochastic dominance) solutions where stochastic dominance techniques are appealing theoretically because they require only function properties ,rather specific forms be specified. The thesis aims to derive the efficient industrial plans for Al - shaheed general company under risk by using MOTAD and target MOTAD as a linear alternatives models for the quadratic programming models. The results showed that there had been a sort of (trade - off) between risk and the expected gross margins. And if the studied company strives to get high gross margin , it should tolerate risk and vice versa. Beside that , target MOTAD appears to be more plausible approach for examining risk - return trade - offs , and in addition it's more consistent with recent economical literature. Finally the contents of this research divided into six chapters : - The first dealt with the foundmental concepts , previous studies and theoretical sides related to the subject of the research. The second chapter involved models that expressed about risk and deal with. The third chapter contains risk efficiency criterions and stochastic dominance analysis. The fourth chapter involved a technical , financial analysis and building the primary model of linear programming for the target company. The fifth chapter an empirical study on data of Al - shaheed company by using MOTAD and target MOTAD. Then conclusions and recommendations had been showed in the sixth chapter. The essential of them were mentioned above. So the management of Al - Shaheed Company to be invited to apply the suitable procedures in the production process , in order to get efficient plans that improves it's performance.

المستخلص: يتناول البحث احد اهم المواضيع الاقتصادية في الوقت الحاضر الا وهو العولمة الاقتصادية واثرها على القطاع الزراعي في الدول العربية ولان الحديث عن العولمة الاقتصادية لابد ان يقترن بدور الياتها الاقتصادية المتمثلة بصندوق النقد الدولي وسياسات الاصلاح الاقتصادي ا | The research take up one of the more important economic subjects at the present time that is economic globalization and the effect on agricultural sector in Arabic countries and the talking about the economic globalization should to be coupled with the H’s mechanical economic role which by representative international monetary fund (IMF) and the policies of economic reform which has adopted at the developing countries and that of them Arabic countries also the international bank for reconstruction and development (IBRD) and the policies of the structural adaption also the role to activity the mechanical market and to go under the government’s role in economics activity also the role of the multi - national companies through the foreign direct investment (IFD) also the role of the world trade organization (WTO) to have a free international trading in the agriculturing goods from here the study important is coming to analysis the actual the Arabic agricultural sector under these variable which companion with the economic globalization and it’s mechanical through the actual Arabic agricultural sector analysis under the economic reform processes and the structural Adjustment adaptation and analysis the free international trading for the agriculturing goods within hold from the effects on the Arabic food and agriculture trading and analysis the policies free schedule for the (FDI) which Arabic countries are followed in agricultural sector. The study has aimed confirm that the economic globalization has come the result of the economic interest fight and to have control on the international economic through to control on the economic sides the finical side through the (IMF) and financial side through the (IBRF) and the trading side and investment through the (WTO) and the multi - national companies and this side have very important effects on the agricultural sector through the policies and mechanical application of the economic globalization so that should be to stop long on this effects to analysis the potential reflection for this effects and the present status of the agricultural ability exists in the form which less from the unit of the negative reflection for it and increase and consolidation for the positive effects for it in the shape which serve the development instructions in it and supported the role of the agricultural sector and the research has been depended on to study the state ( Egypt & Jordan & Syria ) in order to Egypt and Jordan are from the countries which have been depended on economic policies repair on the international Establishment and they are enjoined in (WTO) but the stud state of Syria because it has policies repair economic depended on them self and the research has been depended on the to attain this study effects application the policies of economic globalization in these countries through to showing the indications of economic before to application these policies and through in it. The more important which this study has reached the results is to application the economic globalization policies has on the positive effects and negative on the agricultural sector in the countries subjective study.And the study recommend to complain the Arabic economic to consolidation the benefit from the trading and the investment opportunities which the globalization and to faced it’s challenges and to encourage the Arabic trading among them and the international trading and to less the depend on the broad sources to in sure them food

المستخلص: The modern and efficient ports are considered important tools to facilitate,accomplish and modernize the trade operations. This importance has increased because of the trade globalization. The ports are now responsible for giving the efficient and high - quality service for all users for the transportation chain. As a result, the ports are not considered only places for exchanging goods but also an important factor through which the goods and services pass among countries. Consequently, it is very important to deal with its operations according to scientific and modern methods to develop its performance and efficiency.This research is a case study in Om - Qaser port to form a computer simulation model to test the efficiency of a group of models taken from the experimental design matrix to build suggested plans to improve the efficiency and the performance of the port unloading operations. The problem of the research is to present the possibility of, first, building a computer simulation model to represent the port unloading operations to specify the main effected factors. Secondly, how to use this model in putting the correct treatments for the wrong management practices. Thirdly, is it possible to use this model in building suggested managerial plans to improve the performance and the efficiency of the port unloading operations?The most important conclusions that the researcher reached were that the followed methods in managing the unloading operations is built on wrong bases which causes low performance and efficiency in the port.The simulation experiments showed that there is a correlation chain among the main factors in the unloading operation system. Ignoring the correlation among the chain factors will lead to opposite results in the performance and efficiency level in the system.The researcher gave some important recommendations as the following " It is possible to implement the simulation models to improve the efficiency and the performance of the unloading operations ,and to solve a lot of complex problems
