المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة الاسباب الرئيسية لعسر الولادة في الجاموس الذي يؤدي الى حدوث خسائر اقتصادية كبيرة نتيجة لموت المواليد، وزيادة فترة المخاض، زيادة تكاليف العلاجات البيطرية، انخفاض في الاداء التناسلي المستقبلي للاناث المجهضة، احيانا يؤدي الى فقدان | The aim of the present study was to find out the common major causative agents of dystocia. Dystocia causes important economic losses due to fetus death loss ,increased labor ,increased veterinary cost, reduced subsequent reproductive performance of the dam, potential loss of buffaloes, and reduced milk production. Many factors affecting calving difficulty, including birth weight of the fetus, pelvic area of the dam, gestation length,sex of the fetus, body condition of the female at calving, inadequate heifer development , abnormal presentation of the fetus and abnormal hormones levels in the female when giving birth.The major cause of dystocia is a disproportion between the birth weight and dam pelvic area. The study concluded that the selection of sires based on birth weight is a much more effective tool that selection of replacement heifers based on pelvic area to reduce dystocia in first pregnant heifers.The proper feeding and management is the right solution to decrease the incidence of dystocia.

المستخلص: استخدم في الدراسة 200 فرخ لحم سلالة روز بعمر يوم واحد وغير مجنس لغرض استخدام فحصي الاليزا واثباط التلازن الدموي في تحديد معيار الاضداد في افراخ اللحم المحصنة بطرق مختلفة ضد مرض النيوكاسل واجريت الدراسة في فرع الامراض وامراض الدواجن / كلية الطب البيطري / | In this study 200 Ross breed broiler chicks aged 1 day and in both sex used for using of ELISA and HI tests in determination the titer of antibody in broiler chicks which vaccinated by different ways against Newcastle disease. the study done in a special house in college of Veterinary Medicine / Basra University / Department of Pathology and Poultry disease. The chicks divided randomly to 5 treated groups each one contain 35 chicks and the 6th group not treated (Act as control) contain 25 chicks. All chicks provide free feed and the 5 groups vaccinated by different ways against Newcastle disease , in 7th day vaccinated with Hitchner B1 vaccine and in days ( 21 and 35) with LaSota vaccine.The 1st and 2nd groups vaccinated by drinking water , in the 1st group used of tap water mixed with Skimmed milk while in the 2nd group used of RO Water. The third group vaccinated by spray , the 4th group vaccinated with eyes drop and the 5th group vaccinated in nostril. The distilled water used with vaccine of third , 4th and 5th groups , the control group leaved without vaccination. All groups vaccinated against Gumboro disease in 14th day of age. The blood sample collected in ages of ( 1 , 21 , 35 , 49 ) days with the range of 10 specimens from each group and 5 specimens from the control group then serum separated in order to testing immunity by using of Elisa and HI tests.Because of maternal immunity the titer of antibody in the 1st day was very high in range different in probability (0.05 >P) in comparison with other days (21 , 35 , 49 ) in other groups.The result of ELISA test show that the 1st group was excellence in (49) days of age that used the tap water mixed with skimmed milk in comparison with other groups in days ( 21, 35 ) with range different in probability of (0.05 >P). The 2nd group which was used of RO water the second order while the third group which used the spray vaccination was in third order and the 4th and 5th groups were some that the same in result and there was no any moral different.The result of HI test show that the 1st group that used of tap water mixed with skimmed milk was excellent in (49) days of age in comparison with other groups in days ( 21 , 35 ) with range moral different in probability of (0.05 >P). The 4th group that used of eye drop vaccination was in second order , the third group that used of spray vaccination in third order while the 2nd and 5th groups were somewhat similar in result and there was no moral different.We concluded that the vaccination by using of drinking water that consist of tap water mixed with Skimmed milk was the best methods and gave an important satisfactory results in comparison with other methods. The ELISA test have high efficiency and best than HI test in detection titers of Newcastle disease antibodies due to the test sensitivity in measurement of IgY present in vaccinated chicks serum while the HI test didn’t reach the same sensitivity of ELISA test in complete detection of this immuno globulin ( IgY ).

المستخلص: شملت الدراسة فحص مصول 334 جمل جمعت خلال الفترة من الاول من تموز - ولغاية نهاية شهر ايلول لعام 2010 متوزعة على 219 ذكر و115 انثى من الحيوانات الواردة الى مجزرة النجف الاشرف لغرض التحري عن الاجسام المضادة لطفيلي داء المقوسات باستخدام فحص تلازن اللاتكس Late | This study was conducted to examine serum of (334) Cameles in Al - Najaf slaughter house, which include (219) camel males and (115) camel females during the first of July until the end of September/ 2010 to investigate antibodies against Toxoplasmosis by Latex agglutination test as well as to estimate the levels of their antibodies by using semiquantative test.The total percentage of infestation 20.35%, and the sex has non significant on their infestation in examined camels (16.89%) in camel males and 26.95% in camel females.The highest percentage of seropositive with Toxoplasma is recorded in adult camels 23.33%, while it is (15.3%) in young camels.The results revealed that the highest titration of antibodies level was 32 (19.11%), and there is no significant effect of sex on antibodies level, while the age of examined camels was affect significantly.

The aesthetic sense has crockery during the Balioarteological ages inspite of the beneficial purposes of crockery , the ceramic artists could decorate their ceramic objects with particular engraves. which have inspired the contemporary artists. Some works of contemporary artistes are distinguished by making ceramic figures on ceramic surface.The monographic of this study aims at explaining the conception of the aesthetic system producing the ceramic body. Doing so enable us to enrich the knowledge medium with the research thesis ( The Aesthetics of Decoration Figures In Contemporary Iraqi Ceramics ). This research paper includes for basic chapters.The first chapter is concerned with the research main issue , importance , and need. It aims to identify the decorative figures in the contemporary ceramics and fined related terms and definitions.The second chapter is related to the theoretical frame it's result and results of previous studies. This chapter is further concerned with four topics. The first topic is intended to study the aesthetic philosophy ; the second one is about history entrance on ceramics art , the third topic is about shape and the fourth one id about history of decoration.Chapter three is concerned with procedures of the research using descriptive and analytic style. The research selection includes works of some ceramic artists during a limited time.The research sample includes ( 25 ) ceramic works chosen from the original selection in an intentional way. Chapter four is concerned with the statement of important results as follows : 1. Shapes balance in terms of contents and units on ceramic surface which showed aesthetic appearance. This created stability state result from the balanced ceramic works in addition to color harmony and mass balance.2. Among the aesthetic characteristics of ceramic components are the symmetrical decorative shapes which symmetrically depend on both ' X ' and ' Y ' axes.3. Ceramic figures beauty is made prominent by repetition characteristic in which units and items are related closely by drawing ceramic items repeatedly with out change.4. The Arabic letter appeared to be elegant with an arranged position with other letters , especially when it is used as a decorative figure in the contemporary ceramic. Therefore the ceramic artist manipulated the letter in two ways : Firstly , calligraphy was done with recognized script rules but in an occasionally repeated letter shapes and drawings. The letter was also drawn in a way so that repletion and symmetry were clearly apparent.In the second way , the letter was drawn and made with free - script rules.5. The geometrical elements decorative shapes with arrangements , symmetry , repletion , balanced and counter linear relations among them contributed to clear manifestation of the aesthetic aspect of the contemporary ceramics. المستخلص: يشكل المسرح المدرسي ظاهرة فنية مسرحية تعبيرية مهمة كونه موجه الى شريحة اجتماعية لها دورها في بناء المجتمع.ومن خلال اهداف هذا المسرح المتنوعة في التعليم والتربية والتوجيه والتثقيف والترفيه فان الجانب الادائي يشكل عنصرا اساسيا وم | Schooling Theatre represents very important Artistic and expressive theatrical phenomenon for being addressed social category that has it role in building the society. Through the various objectives of this theatre in education , learning, guidance and entertaining , the performance factor make up a primary important element of forming this theatre and activate its objectives; accordingly , the different types of this theatre requires from the actor to act based on acting methods related to the form of schooling theatre which are divided into the following : 1. Schooling theatre shows inside the class 2. Schooling theatre shows inside the school3. Schooling theatre shows outside the schoolThrough this division , the researcher observed the operations of these various methods within the above divisions, and he observed its different types and used by the actor by his research titled ( variety of methods of casting roles in theatre of Basra typical theatre. The research comes up with four chapters , the researcher initiated with the methodological chapter which represents the problem and the importance of the research besides its objectives which summarized by revealing ( variety of acting performance methods in schooling theatre and observe the visual channels in those methods to a achieve the objectives of show forms in schooling theatre). Furthermore, this chapter includes the time and place and subjective borders , through the title of the research , the researcher observed the most important terms and have procedural definitions for them that conform with its subject. As for the second chapter , it is related to the theatrical framework that includes three important sections which are as follows : First section : - Schooling theatre , the beginning and the development Second Section : - Forms of shows in schooling theatre Third Section : - Methods of acting performance in Schooling theatre The second chapter dealt with confirmation of the most important previous studies and to recognize the extent of it similarity with our field of study , and finally the chapter includes the indications of theatrical framework. The third chapter is a procedural one that contains on collection of applications to select the criteria of subjective analysis of sample chosen by the researcher after has done full survey on schooling activity in Basra governorate particularly the center of Basra , he tried to choose ( Al - Farahidi Typical School) to try out the sample of the research related to the first type ( inside the class) ,and the second type ( inside the school) through selective shows , as for the third type , the researcher intentionally chose a show presented by students of Fine Arts College during the Fifth Child Festival in Baghdad. The Forth chapter dealt with results , conclusions and recommendations , and finally , he presented the most important references and recourses used in the research besides summary in English.
