Although the world is witnessing a surge in the volume of oil reserves, specifically in the areas of focus of energy that are gaining international attention through turning oil fields to the centers for compete and conflict between the major powers with high consumption at various sources map the world's oil, as this increase in reserves oil has been accompanied by a decline of areas of its concentration, which rose from the pace of frenetic competition among the industrial powers to ensure the focus areas of this wealth as a way to ensure the ability to control it in the future. Since the end of the second World War, it has accounted for the Arabian Gulf region with private important as a source head goes this resource, but the surest for the future of the machine's industrial for powers states, which has Exposed this region to forced exploitation for several decades, and a variety of styles of colonial domination of dominance directly across the oil companies monopoly to style fabricating crises and wars to create chaos and instability in areas of oil - focused, which justifies its presence near and accompanied by giant oil companies. As did not disturb those methods of media disinformation and propaganda and promotion of alternatives to oil in the Arabian Gulf with reference to oil Caspian sea pretext to reduce the value and importance of Arabian Gulf oil, whether conventional alternatives or non - traditional, as well as reducing the value geostrategic zone at the expense of the other, which is the focus of this study in the balance of global energy, and through comparison between the Arabian Gulf and Caspian sea, after trying the major powers competing, led by the United States to maximize the importance of oil Caspian sea at the expense of the value of Arabian Gulf oil all levels misleading, but the reports and studies Energetic issued by specialized institutions to follow the development of the fields of energy has proven otherwise, which is what keeps the oil areas in the Arabian Gulf , specifically the Gulf region is distinct from other regions in the world, including Caspian sea , which makes it the region's richest oil resources and indefinite.
