المستخلص: كشفت الدراسة جانب مهما من جوانب الاستراتيجية الروسية, الا وهو مكافحة الارهاب للمدة من 2000 الى2014, وهي المدة التي شهدت تعرض عدد من المدن الروسية لاعمال ارهابية, تزامنا مع بدء الحملة الروسية لمكافحة الارهاب للمدة 2000 - 2009. اذ قسمت الدراسة الى اربعة فصو | The study has revealed an important side of the Russian strategy that is anti - terrorism for ( 2000 - 2014 ) interim which witnessed many terror attack in the Russian crisis along with the beginning of the anti - terrorism campaign during the interim (2000 - 2009). The study has been divided into four chapters in addition to an introduction and conclusion. In order to point out the details of the study; the first chapter devoted on : • The theoretical framework of strategy concept and the steps of its development.• Terrorism concept and the study of its tools, shapes, the ways of its treatment.• Aspects and fundamentals of Russian strategy. Second chapter exposes the location of terrorism in the Russian strategy and the most important organization that have been listed on terrorist organization in Russia.The study also shows the legal legislations that forms the lawful frame to fight terrorism in Russia that included many laws ( Russian criminal law of 1994,anti - terrorism laws of 1998, 2002,2006,2013),security documents (foreign policy documents, Russia security documents , military doctrine , anti - terrorism concept of 2009).This chapter also contains Russian measures of anti - terrorism locally, regionally and worldly. The third chapter shows the tools of executing the Russian anti - terrorism which include the political, economical, social, military and security tools.The fourth chapter of this study has treated the applications of Russian anti - terrorism strategy via two samples : First : interior devoted on Chechen crisis and its causes besides the Russian measures in fighting terrorism.Second : foreign that deals with Syrian crisis and Russia support to Syrian regime in order to prevent the terrorist actions from being transferred to Russia Finally is the conclusion which put the most important aspects that has been reached in Russian anti - terrorism strategy
