المستخلص: The study of psychological health is considered very important to the human behavior. In addition to the harmony among people because of the effect it has on the nature of the social relationships and individual's ability to produce and create.The researcher studied the educational councellors in Basra}l because they should have perfect psychological health. Since they help and guide pupils.The problem There is no real practical scale that can determine the properties which the counselor should have and the level of his psychological health and his proficiency to work as educational counselor.The Importance of The Study The study will contribute to the educational process and it willl help in the evaluation of the counsellor's psychological health through which counceling takes place. The Aim of The Study The study aims at the following : I - constructing a scale for the psychological health of the i educational counsellors in Basrah.2 - Application the measurement of psychological health of the educational counsellor.3 - Measuring the level of the psychological health of the counsellors in Basrah.4 - Realizing the level of the psychological health of the sample's individuals according to the sex variables (male - female) and service period (Jess than ten years - more than ten years).5 - Are there differences of statistical significance in the level of the psychological health in accordance with the study variables? Limits of The Study The study is limited to a sample of 71 male and female counsellors in Basrah for the academic year 2001 - 2002. ProcedureA questionaire was distributed a sample of20 counsellors in he schools of the centrs and outskirts of Bas rah in order to arrive at he health whether they are negative or positive. The same uestionaire was handed out to three senior psyciatrics in Basrah.e items were modified then according to the in complete A triodic scale was determined according to always, sometimes and rarely : 3, 2, 1 respectively. Then the reliability tes~ was used.Results The study has arrived at the fact that counsellors possess a cceptarole psychological health. Recommendations The study has arrived at son1e recommendations : I - Conduct the same study in other provinces.2 - Conducting other studies that take into consideration the sex factor and experience.Suggestions I - Holding conferences to counsellors.2 - Holding cultural and qualification workshaps.3 - Making use of the following scale in appointing counsellors.4 - Asserting the importance of the psychological health of the educational counsellors.

المستخلص: The problem of the current study can be summarized in the following question : To what extent does Counseling Process affect some personal features of the high school student such as the ability of selfassertiveness and emotional expression.Importance of the study Low self - assertion involve the individual in many problems results in losses with friends and spouses while high self - assertion leads to ggressiuems which effects the individuals relationship with others. Therefore, it is important to help the students to improve their emotional expressions to reach an acceptable level of self - assertion by developing counseling programs for this purpose.Purpose of the Study The purpose of the study is to : 1. Recognize the level of self - assertion of high school students (assertive, aggressive, and with drawn by).2. Finding the differences in the level of self - assertion according to the students sex class, and residence variables. 3. Designing a counseling program for a selected group of the sample in order to apply the program that could help them attain self - assertion.The scope The present study is limited to a sample of a secondary school population. Males and females from Basrah Provinces high school.During the academic year of 2002. The Theoretical Frame Work The concept of self - assertion was introduces by Salter in () after the finding Of Bavlove's research an behavior modification. He asserted that the child learns different kinds of behavior spontaneously by conditioning in his environment. If the child's behavior is not approved by his mother commands, he will atop expressing his feeling and emotions and withdraw into himself.Salter distinguished between two types of Personalities : The humanistic and the inhibited one. Salter used hypnosis and some other strategies to help withdrawn people become more assertive. Counseling programs are helpful processes to help group and individual to improve their self - assertion, and therefore, it was used in this study. Procedures In order to get the results of this study, the following procedures was done.1. Designing an instrument to diagnose the samples level of selfassertion. 2. Maintaining the instruments validity and reliability.3. Applying the instrument and using the results for comparison according to sex, area of especiality and living location variables.4. Designing a program to elevate the students level of self - assertion of the experiment, the effect of the program was determined by comparing the pretest postest results for each group. The (experimental) and the (control). Then, comparing the experimental postest results with the control group. The Results1. It has been found that the responding have an average level of selfassertion.2. Comparison between sexes showed that girls have lower selfassertion that boys, and there were more differences related to area of especiality ,or the location of residents in self - assertion.3. Students who have low self - assertion or high aggression had participated in a three months program.4. The differences between the pretest postest showed effects of the program on the sample in the experimental group who possessed higher level of self - assertion at the end of the experiment.Suggestion and Recommendations It has been suggested that further studies on self - assertion must be done on different samples, age groups, and economic status.The researcher recommends that the program of self - assertion must be used in high school and different institutes.

المستخلص: After these chapters, we came to the appendix which we called " 1 oth r renovation phenomena". The first phenomenon was " the em loyment of names in poetry whereas the second one 1s the phe omenon of" intertextuality " Finally comes the conclusions which contained the most important con lusions the research discovered. The following are these conclusions : j.. We reached the determination of the language and the terminological notations for the most important axes of thesis entitled " renovation tension".2· The research explained the importance of language for Al - Habbobi d the way he employed to renew his expressions. That's why his pressions were gentle and sweet and characterized by it's acefulness and it's harmony.; - The research uncovered the stylistic and the language ability of 1 - Habbobi and his wide imagination, and the deep sense and the etaphor in the formation of ideas and meanings and breaking the ist of imitation and heading towards the worlds of renovation. These aracteristics made the poet unique among the poets of the ineteenth ntury. Finally, thank god the God of all people.The renovation extension in the poetry of Mohamad Sae'ed Al - abbobi.The present research tries to investigate the extent of renovation in the oetry of Mohamad Sae'ed Al - Habbobi. The poetf)lch poetical talent and a good ability to compose a creative poe. The research consists of a preface and three chaptell;. and an app ndix and a conclusion. The title of the preface is " the notion of renovation extension. It ins the definition of extension" and" renovation". In the preface we als explain the relation ship between the old and new poetry. We con lude that renovation includes both, old and new poetry because there 1s n new poetry without the old poetry.In the first chapter, we dealt with the "renovation in the poetical Ian age". This chapter consist;ofthree sections. The first sections explained the" expression of nature". The second sec on dealt with " wine and erotic expressions ". The third section shed Jig on the "sentences contraction". The fourth section illustrate" the poe ·cal lexicon " which represent the sum total for all expressions and con tructions which the poet used. In the second chapter, we revealed "renovation in the poeticalima e". it consists of to'<OSections. The first section deltle with "the met phorical image". The second section explained" the image of simile". The third chapter expounded " the renovation in the poetical music " and itcon isted of three sections : The first section concentrated on the study of" the terza rima". The sec d section studied the " short story ".
