المقدمة واهمية البحث : اذ تطرق الى التفوق الرياضي والوصول الى المستويات المتميزة عالميا، ونرى ان الدول المتقدمة لا تدخر وسعا او بابا في البحث الا وطرقته عن كل ما هو مبتكر من وسائل علمية تحقق الهدف، لهذا فان المستويات الرياضية المختلفة اخذت بالتطور بشكل و| The present study included five chapters which are : Chapter I : The Definition of the Study : - For excellence Sports, and access to outstanding international levels, we believe that developed countries spare no effort in searching and investigating everything that is innovative form scientific methods to achieve the target, the levels of the various sports development has taken a clear and visible. The dynamic qualities of the most important requirements should be available to the volleyball players, the fact that this game needs to sweat requires high - speed , muscle mobility , fitness, and a dynamic. All these qualities should be developed and development to reach higher levels and sporting achievement, it must follow the valid scientific basis in codification of physical exercise and training programs for the advancement of the level of physical and skills development level. The importance of study is to identify the impact of proposing exercises to develop some of the dynamic qualities and their relationship to the performance of the overwhelming beating skill which is one of the basic offensive skills in this game as a researcher , he tries to help the trainers to improve the game.Aims of the Study : 1. Putting proposing exercises to develop some of the dynamic qualities and its relationship to the performance of the overwhelming beating skill strictly in Volleyball. 2. Identifying the nature of the relationship between the dynamic qualities and the accuracy of overwhelming pressing skill performance in Volleyball. 3. Finding out the effect of exercise on the proposed development of some of the dynamic qualities of volleyball players.Hypothesis of the Study : 1. The proposing exercises have positive impact in the development of some of the dynamic qualities and the accuracy of overwhelming beating skill performance in Volleyball. 2. There are significant differences with moral value between pre - and - post tests of the experimental group and in favor of a post tests.3. There are significant differences with moral value between pre - tests of the control and experimental groups and in favor of the experimental group.4. There is a correlation between the dynamic qualities and the accuracy of overwhelming beating skill performance in Volleyball. Fields of Study : • Human field : The youth players of the sport Karkuk and Mateen and Diyala club in Volleyball. • Temporal field : from 25/2/2008 until 27/ 9/ 2008.• Spatial filed : The internal games hall in sport Karkuk club.Chapter II : Theoretical and Related Previouse Studies. This chapter contains three axes , the first one includes the dynamic qualities , the researcher refer to state the fitness features and its types, also the factors which influencing it.Moreover , the researcher refers to state the kinds and important of dynamic relevance, and the factors influencing it as well as to address the status of explosive power and dynamic speed. While in the second axis turning to the importance of accuracy and its substantial role in performance skills in general and particularly in volleyball, and the third axis includes the basic skills of Volleyball , generally the researcher touched the overwhelming beating skills in - depth through its importance and performance. In similar studies there is two studies, the first study of Sadoun Abdul Ridha Farhan while the second one for Hayam Saadoun Abboud, the researcher have been addressed to these studies and clarify the similarities and differences between them and the current study.Chapter III : Procedures and Methodology of the Study. The researcher used the experimental approach perfect fit for the nature of his study, also the researcher follows the technique of control and experimental groups. included a sample includes youth clubs of Massafi Kirkuk , Mateen and sports club of Diyala, with age (18 - 19) years, the number of players (26) players were excluded (6) players to be involved in Experience reconnaissance, with a total sample of study (20) of the players they represent only percentage (76.92%) of the total sample and the proportion of study (13.88%) of the research community and the total number of (144) players are from (12) clubs from clubs country Volleyball. It was used the necessary devices and tools which helped the researcher in the procedures of the study, and draw on the opinions of experts and specialists gentlemen in the game of volleyball sports in training , testing ,and measurement also determining the study variables, having been all this.through the form of identification which has been prepared by the researcher with supervisors advice of the study and distributed to jury’s members , the proposed exercise was given as units in the proposed training curriculum for a sample of study which is (24) training unit which was to rely on scientific grounds in determining the intensity, size and amenities of each module ensures that individuals, including the pilot sample of the proposing exercises, and after extracting the results of the post tests were statistically treated using non - statistical test (Coxn) and (Mann Whitney) testing.Chapter IV : The Analysis and Discussion of the Results : After treating pre - and post data tests of a sample study and access to final results using statistical (Coxn and Mann Whitney test), the researcher shows the presentation of those analysis and discussion results, then results interpretation of each test, which show a moral difference between the two groups ,the pilot and control one in a post test in favor of the pilot or experimental group. It is found also that there is a development in the dynamic qualities of the experimental group by the use of exercises which are proposed by the researcher and given in the training modules, and also indicate the existence of a moral relationship between dynamic qualities and overwhelming beating skill in Volleyball. Chapter V : Conclusions and Recommendations : Conclusions : In the light of the results of the present study, the following conclusion can be drawn : 1. The syllabus of training curriculum which have been used , had a positive impact in the development of some dynamic qualities, as it has evolved significantly and reflected in the moral results of all - post tests of a sample study.2. The proposing exercises which are adopted by a researcher and used in curriculum , has worked to develop the dynamic qualities, which positively affected on the development of overwhelming beating skill in Volleyball. 3. Although the dynamic qualities are difficult but it could be developed and gain benefit using in overwhelming beating skill in Volleyball. 4. There is a correlation between certain dynamic qualities and the accuracy of overwhelming beating skill performance in Volleyball.Recommendations : In the light of the present results , the researcher recommends the following : 1. Emphasis on the development of the dynamic qualities in the early stages of preparation and training because the training in later stages take a long time and hard work by the players.2. The using of the training curriculum manner of physical exercise (dynamic) because of its positive impact on the development of the dynamic qualities and thus the development of skills performance.3. Research and studies on the characteristics of other mobility because of their great importance in the development especially volleyball and other games in general.4. Dissemination the results of this study on youth clubs of other teams in Iraq.5. The application of proposing exercise on age groups below a category of their young people play a positive role in the development of some dynamic qualities.
