المستخلص: After this round in “Importance of being Religious & its Relation With Human Nature”, I conclude the most important results as the following : 1 - I reached the point that the word religion has got various meanings and can not be signified to only one religion. 2 - To what extend, human achieves progresses culturally, still the need divine religions. 3 - Religion has originality in human existence, from the time of Man appeared on earth till the date of resurrection, as proved by psychological and anthropology scientists. 4 - Foreign and orient theories which improved the idea of religion and inter in religion in Man as fear, ignorance or other reasons, have don't depend on scientific base, but it is false, as I prove in this research. 5 - The origin of religion is something nature man came to earth with these principles, from ancient times people have directed towards Allah. 6 - Men were went wrong on nature and right way, they worshiped idols images, universe existence, because of their ignorance and inadvertence, so Allah sent prophets and messengers to save them from wrong way and to put in front of them right and straight way.7 - The meaning of Asia (so set thou they face steadily and truly to the faith : (establish) Allah's handwork according to the pattern on which he has made mankind no change (let there be) in the work (wrought) by Allah : that is the standard religion) is Al - Islam religion 8 - The nature of man is right and sound, and this is only a gift from Allah on believer’s peoples, it is a preparing for Allah to believing in religion, not unbelieving.9 - There are many motives and various and many reasons of perversity, as spirit which order man for wrong way, followed up the desires, obeyed for devils, bad friends. 10 - Man went a way from its nature for different reasons, our research tried to shed a light at them : A - Absence of right brought up in family or school or society.B - Spreading of injustice.C - The sever condition of life as, poor, wars, comparative of society and its disputes, isolation, distinguishing in religion or believing or color or origin …etc.11 - Believing in religion is the best features, the best men in Islam Are themselves have a best ethics. 12 - The reason of directing towards Allah and Man took religion, warship, ceremonies of worship are the two basic laws in man mind, first one is the law of reason and second one is the law of Quay

المستخلص: The title of my thesis is the "Believes Disciplines and their Roles in Treating Intellectual Differences Among Muslims" which are investigated in the reasons beyond the believes difference among Muslims and how to treat it by excluding the most important disciplines to control on the principles of believes matters My thesis contains on introduction and three chapters with bibliographies : Chapter one : The concept of believes disciplines and differences in language and terms and the reasons of the differences believe among Muslims.Which has number of sections : first one is on (the concept of believes disciplines in language and terms). Such as discipline in language, term, believes in language and term, and the principle of believes at Al - Suna, Al - She'a and Al Mu'tzla.Section two : (linguistic and terminology concept for separation) also it has the concept of differences in linguistic and term, and the linguistic relation between separation concept and difference.Third section is (the reasons of believes separation among Muslims)Such as Ignorance, followed the vagary, difference in language, differences in transferring evidences and the nature of speech and finally the political tumult.Chapter two (Parts of Believes Disciplines) Which includes the following sections : Section one : (the disciplines of Allah) containing the disciplines of controlling the believe in Allah, his names, actions, and fates.Section two : the disciplines of predictionsSection three : the disciplines of otherworldly.The disciplines of otherworld as the angles, devils, pixy, and spirits.And also the otherworldly thing that don’t happened till now such as the death, life after death, and the day of resurrection. Chapter three : (treatment of Believes Separation)Also includes number of sections as : First : (agreed on bases believes)Fixed in language and terminology bases of Islamic believes which are the unity, prediction and the meeting at the day of resurrection.Section two : (Depending on Holly Qura'n and Al - SunaWhich has partsPart one : the obligatory of believe what told by profit whither we are know it or non.Part two : Text come by all religion.Part three : decision depending by Holly Qur'an and Al - Suna Part four : frank believes which are don’t opposite with Holly Qura'n and Al - Suna.Par Five : their conflict among texts.At the end there are the abstract and conclusions with appendix of groups of scientists of religions in research.

المستخلص: Aftar thanks and praise to Allah, the presentattion came the folloing : - 1 - The faith is the ratification and beliveing by heart,deciding with tonglle also working in practce. The faith is decreasing and increasing among believers. 2 - The believing in Ghayb (the unknown and unseen things) is the very important in holy quran; therefer, Its has repeated more in true Hadiths. The reality of faith, Its parts, conditions and invalidages have explained in both of them also explained by distinguished scholars.3 - Islamic consensus have different idea about definition of belief and true understanding from evidence and Hadiths. 4 - The Ghayb (the unknown and unseen things) includes all unknown and unseen things which is in distinict by humans, It is an unknown and unseen world that is hard for understanding. It can be understanding only by the way of inspiration.composed of several parts : - a - Absolute Ghayb (the unknown and unseen things) : humans have never know this part, It is knowing only by God (Allah), and explained for us some of God’s characteristics, believing in angel’s world and also believing in day of resurrection, jinns and so on.b - Proportional Ghayb (the unknown and unseen things) : some of creatures can know this part that God gave them like investigation of chronical and spatial screen.5 - Humans from that time have created by God (Allah) tried to know the unknown and unseen things due to aerial photographs and creatures don’t understant but really they can understant these indistinct things via true believing in God (Allah) only.6 - The philosophy is looking for realities in universe because of mind; therefor, we know that philosophers confused and didn’t reach the reality due to far from God’s guidance.7 - The ture science is the best witness and evidence on world of Ghayb (the unknown and unseen things). They will refuse this Ghayb (the unknown and unseen things) in the name of science don’t realize that this world contains more unknown and unseen things.8 - The belief in Ghayb (the unknown and unseen things) is the only way for getting rid of crises and problems which are present on the earth due to considering to materialism aspectsand the effects reflected in this world. 9 - The belief in Ghayb (the unknown and unseen things) in deed gives the neaning of life and solves all hman’s problems, in deed gives : - a - From Ideal and psychological aspects : gives true answer for all questions and rescues from psychological diseases, also gives hope, stability, assurance and securrrity.b - From political and administrative aspects : rescuesindividuals and societies from depravity and administrative crises which are spreed in the world.c - From economic and financial aspects : - courages humans for deeveloping and increasing economic condition also avoiding usury,greediness,bribery and wasting money.d - From the ethical and family aspects : - Avoiding humans from thoes diseases which they don’t have treatment by modern scince and make humans to be comfortable, protected also for strengtthening good relationship between society.10 - The suspicion is the confusion, making human to be for from the truth and It is dangerous for heart diseases also getting out humans from the cycle of religion, don’t look it like another disease.11 - The uncertainity is different from suspicion because uncertainity has method for reaching the truth, but suspicion makes humans to be far from the truth. from divine, His names and descriptions. And12 - The suspicions that are excited about believing in Ghayb (the unseen and unknown ) in the human history and nowadays do not have any values and it looks like snow that is melted due to the light and heat of sun , the rational and logical evidence by Islamic scholars. These are some of those results that I have got in this paper. Sanctity is to your Lord , the lord of dignity from what they describe. And peace be upon the Messengers. And all praise be to Allah,the lord of the worlds
