المستخلص: Anyone who traces the history of ancient civilizations through their long epochs finds that each has its specific characteristics and features and that these characteristics and features were the outcome of the interaction of many factors the most conspicuous of which is the creation system which in its turn is the interaction of man with the environment surrounding it. This environment has the greatest impact on man's thinking and his private life as regards the continuity aspect for human race. The varied and fluctuating Mesopotamian environment had a tremendous impact on man in this land . Man has ever been coping with environmental conditions despite their harshness and this important characteristic made him move in the procession of continuity in life without interruption ; hence , the Mesopotamia civilization has been characterized most by its being a graded one in the sense that it began and evolved gradually. This gradual evolution through its long temporal depth generated many cultural forms that characterized this land as specialized references contained the abundant information about this civilization. Thus the diversity in the overall general issues had the greatest impact as regards the cultural diversity which meant in its turn the diversity and comprehensiveness in scientific and academic researches and studies dealing with the Mesopotamian civilization. The Cuneiform texts with their numerous subjects occupy the advanced ranks as regards their importance inenriching the informational side about the civilization of this country. These texts have been characterized by the comprehensiveness of their themes and their temporal gradation : a matter which has reflected the a good image about the overall general events whether political, environmental , social or the like.Out of this premise the researcher has endeavored to select a collection of cuneiform texts known to researchers and specialists as confiscated or banned. After I obtained the proper approvals to study them , a specimen consisting of twenty five texts has been selected with numerous topics and within a period known to researchers and specialists as the Babylon Era (2004 - 1595 B.C.).The thesis has been divided into three chapters the first has contained two sections . Section one has presented a historical summary about ancient Babylon Era (2004 - 1595B.C.), while section two has been devoted to studying the historical forms found in the texts.Chapter two has also been divided into two sections. The first has dealt with the general concepts of texts, while the second has included names of people mentioned in the texts.Chapter three has been devoted to studying and translating the texts in addition to the most important notes in them. The thesis has included appendices, indexes as well as list of Arabic and foreign references and an abstract in English. In conclusion I pray God, the Almighty, to accept my work and bless it in favor of the advancement of scientific research which is our path for knowledge tha
