Abstract: من الحقائق المهمة في الوجود البشري والتي يجب الانتباه لها في العصر الحاضر هي ضرورة الالتفات الى ما تخلفه الظروف الحياتية اليومية من انعكاسات واعباء ثقيلة يتعذر على البعض تحمله, ومما لا شك فيه ان مرحلة الاعدادية من المراحل المهمة التي لها بالغ الاثر في ب | Of important facts in human existence, which must be drawn in the present era is the need for attention to the failure of the living conditions of daily reflections and burdens can some individuals carry around and can not some of the other, and no doubt that the preparatory phase of the important stages that have a profound impact on the personal balanced constructive building in the community.The students in the study phase prep subjected to various types of concern highlighted concern cognitive perception leading to poor cognitive structures to have that result in weakness in the interpretation of events and attitudes that Imrn them and their inability to foresee the future and predict events and position the task, it is likely the cause of the spread of this kind of anxiety (anxiety cognitive perception) for many special factors and various affected development of knowledge and technological cognitive aspects which adversely affect the students thinking and achaaran deficit for creativity and practice required roles, Identifying the problem of anxiety cognitive perception among students fifth grade intermediate and its impact on women, their schooling school is crucial worth studying , so the researcher to identify the impact of psychological counseling in reducing anxiety cognitive perception among middle school students.Research ObjectivesTargeted Current search : 1 Identify the level of concern cognitive perception among middle schoolers.2 to identify the effect of persuading the education debate in reducing anxiety cognitive perception among a sample search through examination of the following assumptions : - A. There are statistically significant at the pretest and posttest differences on the scale of concern cognitive perception of controlling group. B.With no statistically significant differences on the test tribal and posttest on the scale of concern cognitive perception experimental group.C no significant differences on the post - test to measure anxiety cognitive perception between the control and experimental groups.For the purpose of testing research hypotheses were used researcher experimental design (experimental group design and control), and included the research community students middle school in the province of Basra, which was their number (14650) by (40) School of junior high and high schools in Albesrh.autam conservative sample of students from fifth grade to determine Prep of $ (730) students for the purpose of application of the scale, as a sample identification of students in the fifth grade secondary to the purpose of the experiment was (20), a student of who received the highest middle premise of the scale degrees, and abide by the two groups (experimental group, control group) and by (10) students per group a parity between the two groups in some of the variables are (scores on a scale of concern cognitive perception, and the degree of intelligence and academic achievement for the father, and the educational attainment of the mother).The experimental group exposed to a pilot program to persuasion according to the dialectical style of the education, while the control group did not receive any counseling program, where he promised a control group).To achieve the goal of current research and testing hypotheses, the researcher by : 1. Build a measure of concern cognitive perception which consisted of (52) items distributed to the three areas (cognition, forecasting, prediction) To investigate Alsekoumtria standards of the scale has been verified the veracity of the scale in a manner virtual honesty and sincerity constructionThe sincerity of the theoretical concept, but steadiness has been used procedures researcher re - test of the extraction method, as the value of reliability coefficient (0.78).2. Build a pilot program in accordance with the the education persuasion dialectical style of, as the number of program sessions (12) provides guidance session with two sessions each week.To address the data statistically been used a number of statistical methods, namely : (Pearson correlation coefficient, and samples t - test for two independent samples, and samples t - test for one sample, and Mann Whitney test, and test and Caucasians, and using statistical bagful spss).The current research results showed : 1 - to middle school students suffer from of concern cognitive perception.2. There were no statistically significant differences on the test tribal and posttest differences on the scale of concern cognitive perception of control group.B no significant differences at test tribal and posttest differences on the scale of concern cognitive perception experimental group.C no significant differences on the post - test to measure of concern cognitive perception between the control and experimental groups.In light of the results of research and developed a number of recommendations and suggestions.Recommendations : 1. be taken advantage of the current Indicative Programme by the counselors.2. The need for periodic and continuous disclosure for students who suffer from the problem of of concern the use of cognitive perception detect this problem scales.3. constant attention chip students from parents, school and society because they are the future generation who will take over the leadership of the community later.4. possibility of researchers and extension agents take advantage of the scale to measure anxiety cognitive perception, as can every area of the scale used to measure itself is concerned cognitive perception of the (perception, forecasting, prediction).5. Cooperation educational counselor with parents in the process of overcoming such mental disorders among female students.6. guiding and educating parents on the need for female attention and care for them and give them a greater role in the life and reduce the differences in the perception of both males and females in society.7. take over the media this topic care and attention and provide effective value of programs in order to get rid of this problem, especially as we are living in conditions that are the best incubator for concern of all kinds.Proposals : 1. undertake a comparative study of the students and compared the results with the current search results2. conduct a similar study on other stages medium underarm students or undergraduate.3. conduct surveys to measure anxiety cognitive perception between male and female students from junior high.4. develop other measurement tools concern cognitive perception derived from the current reality.5. Conduct a pilot study in terms of the environment (Reeve - City) at the country level to see the program's impact is large.6.
