Abstract:
تضمن الفصل الاول مقدمة واهمية البحث ومشكلته : - تبرز اهمية البحث من اهمية القيادة التحويلية في ادارة الانشطة الرياضية المدرسية والدور القيادي للمشرفين الفنيين على الانشطة الرياضية في بغداد . اذ تكمن مشكلة البحث في اتباع المشرفين الفنيين انماط القيادة التقليدية التي لا تراعي الجوانب الانسانية للمرؤوسين ، ولا تثير اهتمام معلمي مدرسي التربية الرياضية للاهداف العليا للمؤسسة التربوية الرياضية اما اهداف البحث التعرف على درجة ممارسة القيادة التحويلية وكفاءة الاداء للمشرفين الفنيين على الانشطة الرياضية من وجهة نظرهم ومن وجهة نظر معلمي ومدرسي التربية الرياضية المكلفين بتدريب الفرق المدرسية والتعرف على العلاقة بين القيادة التحويلية وكفاءة الاداء للمشرفين الفنيين على الانشطة الرياضية من وجهة نظرهم ، ومن وجهة نظر معلمي ومدرسي التربية الرياضية المكلفين بتدريب الفرق المدرسية اما الفصل الثاني تطرق فيه الباحث الى الدراسات النظرية والتي شملت (القيادة) والقيادة التحويلية وابعادها وكذلك كفاءة الاداء ومجالاتها والاشراف الفني والانشطة الرياضية . اما الفصل الثالث فقد اشتمل على منهجية البحث واجراءاته الميدانية اذ استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتكونت عينة البحث من المشرفين الفنيين على الانشطة الرياضية ومعلمي ومدرسي التربية الرياضية (بصفة مدربي الفرق المدرسية )، اذ بلغ عدد المشرفين (131) فيما بلغ عدد معلمي ومدرسي التربية الرياضية (140) موزعين على مديريات بغداد الست (رصافة 1، 2، 3، كرخ 1 ، 2 ،3 ) بينما اشتمل الفصل الرابع على عرض وتحليل ومناقشة النتائج التي توصل اليها ، وكذلك ايجاد علاقة الاراتباط بين محاور القيادة التحويلية ومحاور كفاءة الاداء من وجهة نظر المشرفين الفنيين على الانشطة الرياضية وكذلك من وجهة نظر معلمي ومدرسي التربية الرياضية (بصفة مدربي الفرق المدرسية) اما الفصل الخامس فقد تضمن الاستنتاجات التي توصل اليها الباحث ملاحق ( استبانة ، كتب رسمية ، الواحدة بعد الاخرى ) وفي ضوء هذه الاستنتاجات اوصى الباحث عدة توصيات منها : - اشراك المشرفين الفنيين على الانشطة الرياضية في دورات خاصة لتطوير القيادة النحويلية وكفاءة الاداء لديهم ، اخضاع المشرفين الفنيين على الانشطة الرياضية الى اختبارات القيادة التحويلية وكفاءة الاداءمن قبل لجان خاصة وذلك للتخلص من عوامل التحيز وحب الذات وكذلك اجراء دراسة مشابهة للدراسة الحالية على عينات رياضية اخرى كالمدربين ورؤساء الاندية الرياضية . | This study deals with identifying the extent to which the correlation and effect of the transforming leading dimensions on performance efficiency ,a survey study of the opinions of a sample of technical supervisors on the sport activities in the Directorate General of Education in Baghdad . The transforming leadership is considered one of the in ftuencial factors on achieving the highest possible performance in the physical education institutes as it depends largely on the supervisors ability to adopt the suitable leadership style which can result in the highest levels of administrative and managing competency. The researcher has adopted the analytic descriptive method of the correlative relationships to analyze the problem of the study . There was a main hypothesis that has been tested throughout this study , the study has been carried out by choosing (131) technical supervisors who supervise the sport activities and (140) primary and secondary schools teachers of physical education who train the schools teams . The researcher prepared a questionnaire to collect data and ion and made interviews during the pilot study . The statiscal means that are used to analyze the results are : spss, percentage , relative significance the statistical mean , the standard deviation ,the coefficient correlation (pearson) , spearman brown formula , Qi square , and the agreement coefficient . the researcher find out that there is a significant relationship of correlation between the transforming leadership and the performance efficiency from the viewpoint of supervisors , in contrary with teachers viewpoints. The researcher recommends that the technical supervisors should be involved in special training courses in order to develop their leadership competency which may result in a high level of performance efficiency under certain standards set by the ministry of education.
