تفرض طبيعة التطور الثقافي المعاصر، وما ينطوي عليه من تقدم معرفي وتكنولوجي فريد، متطلبات جديدة، تهدف الى تمكين الفرد من استيعاب عناصر الثقافة ومهاراتها ووسائطها، ومن حسن استخدامها وتوظيفها.فقد ادى التطور في تقنية الحاسوب وبرمجياته الى تطور | Imposing nature of the contemporary cultural development , and the implications of technological progress and knowledge unique new requirements, designed to enable the individual to absorb the elements of culture, skills, and its arguments and good use and employment. Has led the development in computer technology and software to the development in the fields of all life, where he witnessed the contemporary world developments of civilization and culture was one of its causes, the adoption and employment potential of computers and software in various fields, The computer fertile ground for the growth of science and the arts in all its different forms has become a common denominator of human activities, as characterized by its advantages such as speeding, accuracy and multiple options and quality in the implementation of the tasks required, which saves time and human effort. It is by drawing in the studied art education at the primary one of the activities that can accommodate and benefit from the potential of computer and in which there is the application software, including the - Al - Rassam program as an effective and easy to use can be used by students in the production of sketches and expression of art from the screen, and as give them the ability to dealing with the software and benefit from the present and future. But to benefit from these tools (computers and application software - Al - Rassam program) depends on knowledge of the use of such software and handled by pupils. From here emerged the problem of current research, which was not familiar with pupils , cognitive and skills using this program available within the Windows operating system , which prevents them from employment and thus invest the computer in the study of art education - the visual (drawing) in primary schools equipped laboratory computer, and it proved to be the researcher need to give pupils the skills and expertise knowledge and performance necessary to enable them to invest and benefit from, and therefore the goal of the current search to the following : - gaining pupils of primary stage , computer drawing skills - Al - Rassam program (Paint). The achievement of this goal, requires the following two sub - goals : 1 - Design a module in the self - learning computer skills drawing - Al - Rassam program. 2 - measuring the effectiveness of the module dimensions of knowledge and skills, through experimental testing on a sample of the pupils of primary stage. Determine the current research community pupils primary schools equipped computer laboratory of the Directorate General for Education Baghdad Rusafa second. Total sample (20) male and female pupils of the pupils of the fifth grade were chosen the way random from two primary schools, was the application of the module intended for the drawing skills Computer - Al - Rassam program , on the sample which formed the whole experimental group one, as it adopted the experimental design per set with a minimum of settings for measuring the effectiveness of the module dimensions of knowledge and skills, and the purpose of collection and data collection was designed two tools : - cognitive test : to measure what pupils possessed of information about computer drawing skills - Al - Rassam program application module before and after. - skill test : to measure what pupils possessed the skills to draw a computer - Al - Rassam program , application module before and after, and is measured according to the form to evaluate the performance skills consisting of (21), paragraph prepared for this purpose.Subjected tools in research and application performance evaluation skills with the terms of honesty and alignment and stability, for adoption in the current search. the researcher use, a number of statistical methods in the current research were transactions of difficulty and discrimination of the paragraphs of achievement test knowledge, and the correlation coefficient (Pearson) to verify the stability of achievement test knowledge in a retail mid - term and re - test application and to verify the stability of the correction form for evaluating performance skills, and used the equation Spearman - Brown to correct the value of reliability coefficient calculated between the two halves in a retail midterm test, and use the test (T - Test) for the two samples interrelated to show search results that have been reached and that was the following : 1 - effectiveness of the module next to give the pupils knowledge in information about computer drawing - Al - Rassam program. 2 - the effectiveness of the module next to them in the skills give pupils the skills needed to draw a computer - Al - Rassam program. The most important conclusions that were drawn from the results are : 1 - the adequacy of educational content of the module next to knowledge. 2 - the adequacy of educational content of the module next to the skill. 3 - the effectiveness of self - learning formula instructional - learning to give pupils information and skills, including computer drawing skills - Al - Rassam program. In light of the findings the researcher recommended the following : 1. Benefit from the content of the module in giving pupils the primary (school - equipped computer lab) computer - drawing skills - Al - Rassam program. 2. Adoption of the content of the module by the Centers for preparation and training of the Directorates General for Education, to give teachers of art education computer drawing skills - Al - Rassam program , through the establishment of training courses to enable them to give their pupils these skills. account Al - Rassam program possess potential , and easily of composition dues and dealing with the images and edit texts, And contain tools of cut and stir and paste, and to complete interest, the researcher suggesting to adjective search the following : (gaining pupils of stage secondary, skills of collage art , using Al - Rassam program).
