Abstract: للتعليم التاثير الفاعل في تقدم وتطور الامم والشعوب الذي يؤثر تاثيرا ايجابيا وشاملا في تنشئة جيل جديد مبني على اسس علمية متطورة وحديثة ويقاس هذا التقدم والتطور بمدى معرفته بطرائق ووسائل ونظريات التدريس الحديثه، واضاف التطور العلمي الكثير من الاساليب وا | The learning has an effective impact in the development and progress of people which effect positively and comprehensively on the foundation of generations on scientific bases. This progress is measured by the range of knowing the methods and means of the modern once. The scientific progress have added a lot to the methods and means of learning. The scientific examples refer to the fact that there are factual indicators about the existence of reality.The importance of this study comes from the use of mastering teaching technique according to the levels. And making changes in the level of the teaching in order achieve optimum learning. The problem of the study is limited to the variation occurring in h final evaluation of the levels of learners which is attributed to many reasons the most important of which is not taking into consideration the individual, The research study aims at : 1. Knowing the effect of mastering teaching according to the levels using teaching methods in learning the skills of dribble and scoring in basketball.The two hypotheses of the study are : 1 - There are statistical differences between the pre and post test for the two groups of study for the post test for the experimental group. 2 - There are statistical differences between the pre and post test for the two groups of study for the post test for the experimental group. The scopes study : 1. Human scope : students of college of Sport Education for Women\ Baghdad University\ First Stage 2. Time Scope : for the period from (17/2/2013) to (23/4/2013)3. Place Scope : basketball pitch college of Sport Education for WomenSecond Section : Similar Theoretical Studies The research tackled in the section a number of inquires that include the theme of study. The methods of teaching in college of Sport Education as well as the concept of mastering teaching were studied. Also, the researcher refer to the concept of methods of teaching and the elements of good means of teaching and the effective role in the process of learning were tackled.Section Three : the Procedure and Field Methodology : The experimental methodology was used for its suitability with the problem of study. The society of the study were chosen on purpose from Sport Education for Women\ Baghdad University which is the first stage (2012 - 2013). The sample was chosen randomly in 40 students : the 20 female students into three levels. This division is based on the results of the statistical analysis of the results.The control group represented in (20) female students applied in the method of school : Before he conduction of the pretest, the two groups were given four definition units about the and did not have enough information about the skills. The teaching procedure was applied through (16) units which represented (8) for dribble and (8) scoring. Fourth Section : The display and analysis of results : In order to arrive at the objective and verify the validity of the hypotheses, the researcher set out to display the results of te statistical processing of the data I the light of the tables. Then, the results were analyses to know the hypotheses and their statistical significant according to the scientific perspective, the mathematic means and standard deviations were derived for the pre - and post - tests and the value T - from the pr and post test. Fifth Section : Conclusion and recommendation : 1 - 5 Conclusions : 1. The results which were taken proved the validity of each procedure.2. The mastering teaching method has achieved a rate of not less than %75 of learning.3. The principle of considering the individual differences between raise the weak level to good level and achive learning until capability.4. The principle of using aid of colleagues by the learners with middle level to the weak - or fair level - led to self - confidence5. The principle of using teaching methods proved effectiveness for the experimental group.Recommendation : 1 - For the importance first stage in the colleges of Sport Education and for all the activities which proved skills for various levels. 2 - The necessity of search by the school teacher on what is new. 3 - The necessity of participation of the medium level in the learning process and to achieve effective learning via positive participation for the learners. 4 - The importance of using various learning means in that stage to produce the factor of excitement and increase motivation for learning.
