تضمنت هذه الدراسة استخلاص وتنقية وتوصيف بروتييز ثمار البامياAbelmoschus Esculentus، اذ اجريت عملية الاستخلاص باستخدام محاليل استخلاص مختلفة شملت : - محلول دارئ الفوسفات برقم هيدروجيني 7 وتركيز (0.05، 0.1، 0.2) مولار، ورقم هيدروجيني 8.6 بتركيز 0.05 مولار، | This study was conducted to extract, characterize, and purify proteases from okra pods Abelmoschus esculentus. The extraction carried out using different solution being : - {Phosphate buffer (pH7 and 0.05, 0.1, 0.2 M), pH8 and pH 6 (0.05M), pH 7 (0.05 M)
