Abstract:
ان الاخلاق من الموضوعات التي تشغل مكانا كبيرا من اهتمام الانسان وتستحوذ على معظم تفكيره ,ومهنة الارشاد التربوي وعمل المرشد التربوي يحتاج الى الجانب الاخلاقي بشكل عام والمرونة الاخلاقية بشكل خاص لان عمل الارشاد والمرشد التربوي له كثير من الالتزامات الاخلاقية في العمل الارشادي وهذا يتطلب تمتع بالمرونة الاخلاقية مع المجتمع وكذلك مع زملاء العمل وايضا يتطلب عمل المرشد التربوي التعامل مع الاخرين سواء المسترشدين او الزملاء, ومهنة الارشاد التربوي وعمل المرشد التربوي يحتاج الى الجانب الاخلاقي بشكل عام والمرونة الاخلاقية بشكل خاص لان عمل الارشاد والمرشد التربوي له كثير من الالتزامات الاخلاقية في العمل الارشادي وهذا يتطلب تمتع بالمرونة الاخلاقية مع المجتمع وكذلك مع زملاء العمل,و يعد الاستبصار الاجتماعي نمط من انماط الادراك الاجتماعي ,يختص بقدرة الفرد على الدخول والاستمرار في علاقات اجتماعية ايجابية متبادلة مع الاخرين ,لذا فهو يرتبط بالنجاح في مهن متعددة ,ومنها مهنة الارشاد التربوي ,لانها تتطلب القدرة على التفاعل الجيد بين المرشد والمسترشد, وايضا يتطلب عمل المرشد التربوي التعامل مع الاخرين سواء المسترشدين او الزملاء , وان يكون له القدرة على كشف ما يفكر ويشعر به المسترشدون وهذا جانب مهم من عمل المرشد التربوي في المدرسة ولتحقق من ذلك كانت اهداف البحث الحالي التعرف على - المرونة الاخلاقية لدى المرشدين التربويين - الاستبصار الاجتماعي لدى المرشدين التربويين - قوة واتجاه العلاقة بين المرونة الاخلاقية والاستبصار الاجتماعي لدى المرشدين التربويين - العلاقة بين المرونة الاخلاقية والاستبصار الاجتماعي لدى المرشدين التربويين وفقا لمتغير الجنس (الذكور , اناث) - العلاقة بين المرونة الاخلاقية والاستبصار الاجتماعي لدى المرشدين التربويين تبعا لمتغير الخدمة (من 1 - 5) ومن ( 6 - فاكثر) - الفرق في العلاقة بين المرونة الاخلاقية والاستبصار الاجتماعي لدى المرشدين التربويين تبعا لمتغيري الجنس ومدة الخدمة وقام الباحث ببناء مقياس المرونة الاخلاقية الذي يتكون من ثلاثه مجالات وكان المجال الاول المبدا الاخلاقي والذي يتكون من (13) فقرة والمجال الثاني هو الجراه على مخالفة السلطة والذي كانت عدد فقراته (16) والمجال الثالث الالتزام الاخلاقي الذي يتكون من (12 ) وتبنى مقياس الاستبصار الاجتماعي لشابن والذي يتكون من (25) موقفواكل موقف يتكون من (4) بدائل . ومن ثم استخرج الخصائص السكيومترية للمقياسين المتمثلة بالصدق الظاهري وكذلك صدق البناء والثبات بطريقتين اعادة الاختبار ومعادلة الفا كرونباخ لمقياس المرونة الاخلاقية واعادة الاختبار ومعادلة كيودر ريتشارد 20 لمقياس الاستبصار الاجتماعي وكانت الوسائل الاحصائية المستخدمة لتفريغ البيانات هي (مربع كاي, الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة, والاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين, , معامل ارتباط بيرسون ,بوينت باسريال ,اختبار الزائي) .ولتحقيق اهداف البحث الحالي قام الباحث بالاجراءات الاتية تالف مجتمع البحث الحالي من المرشدين التربويين والمرشدات التربويات العاملين في المدارس الابتدائية والمتوسطة والثانوية والاعدادية في المديريات العامة للتربية في مدينة بغداد (الرصافة1,الرصافة2,الرصافة3, الكرخ1,الكرخ2, الكرخ3) , للعام الدراسي (2016 - 2017) وبذلك بلغ المجتمع الاحصائي من(1863) مرشد ومرشدة , موزعين بحسب الجنس بواقع (652) مرشد (1211) مرشدة.وقد توصل البحث الى النتائج الاتية : 1 - توجد فروق بين متوسط افراد العينة والمتوسط الفرضي لمتغير المرونة الاخلاقية 2 - لاتوجد فروق بين متوسط افراد العينة والمتوسط الفرضي في متغير الاستبصار الاجتماعي لدى افراد العينة 3 - لاتوجد فروق في معاملات ارتباط العلاقة بين المرونة الاخلاقية والاستبصار الاجتماعي وفقا لمتغير الجنس 4 - توجد فروق في معاملات ارتباط العلاقة بين المرونة الاخلاقية والاستبصار الاجتماعي وفقا لمتغير الخدمة لصالح الذين مدة خدمتهم (من 6فاكثر)5 - لاتوجد فروق في العلاقة بين المرونة الاخلاقية والاستبصار الاجتماعي لدى المرشدين التربويين وفقا لمتغيري الجنس والخدمة 6 - لاتوجد علاقة بين المرونة الاخلاقية والاستبصار الاجتماعي لدى المرشدين التربويينوكانت اهم الاستنتاجات 1 - ان علاقة الاستبصار الاجتماعي في المرونة الاخلاقية علاقة عكسية بحيث كلمزااد الاستبصار الاجتماعي قلة المرونة الاخلاقية وبالعكس .2 - تعد المرونة الاخلاقية ميزة يتمتع بها المرشد التربوي من كلا الجنسين الذكور والاناث .3 - ان المرونة الاخلاقية هي من ضمن مجالات عمل المرشد .4 - ان المرشدين لا يتمتعون بدرجة عالية من الاستبصار الاجتماعي ولا على كشف ما يفكر به المسترشدون .وفي ضوء النتائج اوصى البحث الحالي بما ياتي .. - تعزيز الاستبصار الاجتماعي لدى المرشدين التربويين من قبل المشرفين على المرشدين في المدارس الابتدائية والمتوسطة والاعدادية والثانوية.2 - تعزيز وتقوية الاستبصار الاجتماعي بواسطه الندوات والمحاضرات التي تقيمها مديرية الارشاد النفسي والتوجيه التربوي بوزارة التربية.3 - تزويد مراكز الارشاد في الجامعات بمقياس المرونة الاخلاقية والاستبصار الاجتماعي لكي يستفيدوا من المتغيرين او المفهومين في تعزيز قدرات المرشدين التربويين واستكمالا للبحث الحالي اقترح الباحث مجموعة من البحوث والدراسات | Social insight is regarded as one of the essential aspects of social perception since it is basically connected with individual's ability to form and maintain positive mutual social relationships with other individuals. For this reason, it is seen as a decisive factor in actualizing various professions, including educational advising, as this profession requires effective interaction between adviser and the advisee. Moreover, the job of the educational adviser incorporates adopting different forms of commitments and morals. Thus, morals assume a crucial part of the human interests takingover their intellectual capacity in a way that requires taking full attention of the ethical aspect in general and the moral aspect in particular in compliance with the requirements of the educational advising profession as well as the adviser's job. Further, the mission of educational advising and the educational adviser stipulate enjoying various moral advising commitments that ,therefore, demands having moral flexibility towards society as well as fellow coworkers. It also requires engaging with the advisees and the coworkers as such. Additionally, educational advisers should possess the capability to configure the thinking modes of their advisees and how these advice seekers feel. This fact represents a significant part of the work of the educational advisers in schools. In order to test the validity of these propositions the current work aims to identify : • The moral flexibility possessed by the educational advisers.• Social insight assumed educational advisers.• The relationship between moral flexibility and social insight of the educational advisers.• The relationship between moral flexibility and social insight of the educational advisers in accordance with sex variable ( male/ female). • The relationship between moral flexibility and social insight of the educational advisers in accordance with working years variable ( 1 - 5 years) and (6 and more years). • The differences in the relationship between moral flexibility and social insight of the educational advisers in terms of both sex variable ( male/ female) and working years variable ( 1 - 5 years) and (6 and more years). To achieve the aforementioned aims of the present study, the researcher has followed the following procedures : - Selecting the population of the current study which is composed of male and female educational advisers who work in primary, secondary, intermediate and high schools that are under the authority of the General Directorates of Education in Baghdad (represented by Risafa 1, Risafa 2, Risafa 3, Karkh 1, Karkh 2 and Karkh 3) for the (2016 - 2017) school year. The statistical population amounts to 1863 male and female advisers divided into, compliance with the sex variable, 652 male advisers and 1211 female ones. - Employing two educational - advising - based scales, namely : the moral flexibility scale that consists of three fields. The first field which is about identifying the moral fundamental that includes 13 items, the second field which incorporates the controlling approach that is composed of 16 items and the third field that tackles abiding by the moral fundamentals which in turn has 12 items. While, the second scale is social insight scale which incurs 16 situations each one of which is subdivided into 3 tests. - Deriving the psychometric characteristics of the two adopted scales represented by the apparent credibility and formation and invariance credibility by means of using the retesting and the Cronbach's Alpha in relation to the moral flexibility scale; and using the retesting as well as the Kudor - Richradson 20 formula in terms of the social insight scale. Further, the following statistical tools are used to analyze the data of the current study (Chi - Square test, T - test equation for one sample, T - test equation for two independent samples, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, Point - Biserial Correlation and the t - test).Based on the results of the analysis conducted in this study, the current work has attained the following results : 1. There are some distinct differences between the mean of sample's population and the proposed mean of the Moral Flexibility variable. 2. No differences are spotted between the mean of sample's population and the proposed mean in terms of the Social Insight variable of the sample's population. 3. As far as the sex variable is concerned, no differences are identified between the correlation coefficients of the Moral Flexibility and the Social Insight4. Differences are found between the correlation coefficients of the Moral Flexibility and the Social Insight in terms of working variable in favour of (6 and more working years).5. No difference is determined in the relation between the Moral Flexibility and the Social Insight reflected by the educational advisers in accordance with the sex and working variables. 6. There is no relation between the Moral Flexibility and the Social Insight possessed by the educational advisers.In connection with these results, the following conclusions can be introduced : 1. The social insight deeply influences the moral flexibility in a way that the more social insight we have, the lesser moral flexibility will be and vice versa.2. The moral flexibility is considered as a distinguishing feature that characterizes both male and female advisers.3. The moral flexibility is one of the specialization fields of educational advisers.4. The educational advisers neither enjoy a high degree of social insight nor a high ability of discerning the advisees thoughts. In the light of the abovementioned results the study recommends that : • The moral flexibility and social insight of the educational advisers are to be achieved and supported by these advisers' supervisors in primary, secondary, intermediate and high schools .• Enhancing and consolidating the moral flexibility and social insight through relevant symposiums and lectures that are held by the Directorate of Psychological Advising and Educational Guidance.• Providing guidance centers at the universities with the scale of moral flexibility and social insight in order to enable them to make use of these two variables or concepts in maintaining the abilities of the educational advisers.To complete the work of the current study, the researcher suggest several additional research papers and studies
