Abstract:
تؤدي نظم المعلومات الادارية دورا هاما في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية للمنظمات خاصة مع ما يشهده العالم الان من التحول نحو العولمة والاتجاه المتزايد نحو التحول الى اقتصاد الخدمات، والعمل عن بعد وغيرها من الظواهر، اذ تصبح معها المعلومات سلاحا استراتيجيا يدعم بقاء المنظمات واستمراريتها في السوق.فالسرعة، المرونة والجودة والقدرة على التفاعل فضلا عن انخفاض التكاليف اصبحت من العوامل المحددة لحصول اي منظمة على ميزة تنافسية، كما اصبحت قدرة متخذي القرار على الوصول وبصفة سريعة الى نتائج جيدة تعتبر الحد الفاصل الذي يفصل بين حياة او موت المنظمة, وبالرغم من كل ما ذكر لاحظت الباحثة ان شركات التامين في العراق لديها قصور في تصور وادراك عمق العلاقة بين نظم المعلومات الادارية والميزة التنافسية. وعلى هذا الاساس تناولت الدراسة موضوع (نظم المعلومات الادارية ودورها في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية لدى شركات التامين) دراسة استطلاعية في شركة التامين العراقية ، باختيار عينة قوامها (66) فردا من الشركة المبحوثة، وقد استخدمت استمارة الاستبانة كاداة رئيسة لجمع المعلومات فضلا عن المقابلات الشخصية لبعض مدراء الشركة ، وتم اختبار فرضيات الدراسة التي اهتمت بوجود العلاقة والاثر بين متغيرات الدراسة عن طريق الاساليب الاحصائية ذات الصلة بالموضوع ، ولغرض اختبار فرضيات العلاقة تم اعتماد معامل الارتباط سبيرمان ، ولاختبار علاقات التاثير تم اعتماد معامل الانحدار الخطي البسيط .وتوصلت الدراسة الى عدم امتلاك الشركة لقسم خاص بنظام المعلومات الادارية وانما تقوم اقسام وفروع الشركة بتغذية الادارة بالمعلومات اللازمة لاتخاذ القرارات ، فضلا عن ذلك تفتقر الشركة المبحوثة الى الملاكات اصحاب الشهادات العليا في المجال التخصصي لنظام المعلومات الادارية مما يعكس سلبا على اداء نظام المعلومات الادارية داخل الشركة, كذلك عدم وجود برامج او استراتيجيات مستقبلية واضحة المعالم لتطبيق الانظمة الجديدة في الشركة, كما تعاني الشركة من ضعف في تكنولوجيا المعلومات المستخدمة فالانظمة والاجهزة معظمها قديمة وغير كفوءةاوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني الشركة المبحوثة بناء شاملا لنظم المعلومات الادارية بابعادها كافة والعمل على توفير بيئة اكثر ادراكا لدور نظم المعلومات الادارية في تعزيز اتخاذ القرارات الادارية ووضع خطط وبرامج تعمل على تفعيل نظم المعلومات الادارية على مستوى الشركة واقسامها, كما ينبغي على شركات التامين عامة والشركة المبحوثة خاصة زيادة الاهتمام بالتكنولوجيا لما لها من تاثيرات في عدة جوانب مهمة وذات مساس مباشر باستمرار المنظمات وبقاءها في ظل البيئة التنافسية, فضلا عن العمل على انشاء شبكة اتصالات محوسبة تربط جميع اقسام الشركة وفروعها للاستفادة من تبادل ونقل المعلومات. | Management information systems play an important role in achieving competitive advantage for organizations, especially with what the world is witnessing now shift towards globalization and the growing trend towards becoming a service economy, and teleworking, and other phenomena, which become information with strategic weapon that supports the survival of organizations and sustainability in the market.The speed, flexibility and the ability to interact has become one of the factors specific to any organization for competitive advantage, and has a capacity of decision makers to access and as fast to good results is the boundary that separates life and death of the organization. On this basis, the study addressed the issue of (management information system and its role in enhancing the competitive advantage to insurance companies A case study in Iraqia insurance company , the selection of(66) members of company examined , and has been used form as head tool to collect information as well as interview of some of the company's directors, was tested hypotheses of the study , which focused on the existence of the relationship and impact between the variables of study by statistical method for test hypotheses of the relationship was adopted Spearman correlation coefficient, and to test the relations of influence was the adoption of simple linear regression coefficient . was the adoption of simple linear regression coefficient. The study found a set of conclusions was the most important enterprise does not have a special section of the management information system, but the sections and branches of the company's nutrition management information for decision - making, as well as the lack of the company examined, to staff with a higher education in the specialized area of management information system, which reflects negatively on the performance of Management Information system within the company, as well as lack of programs or strategies have a clear future for the application of new systems in the company, the company also suffered from weakness in information technology and hardware system are used mostly outdated and inefficient . The study recommended the need to adopt the company examined, building a comprehensive management information systems of all dimensions , work to create more aware to the role of management information systems to enhance management decision - making and to develop plans and programs to activate the management information systems at the level of the company and its divisions, and should insurance companies in general and the company examined especially ,the increasing interest in technology because of its effects in several important aspects of prejudice and directly down the organizations and their survival in the competitive environment, , as well as working to establish a computerized network linking all parts of the company and its subsidiaries to benefit from the exchange and transfer of information
