Abstract: يعد تحقيق الجمال في تصميم الملصق هدفا ضمن اهداف عدة لا يمكن الاستغناء عنها كونها تحقق الجذب والاثارة ومن ثم تحقيق الاتصال الذي يمثل هدف الخطاب الاعلاني. ولا يخفى على المختصين في مجال التصميم اهمية التنوع الاسلوبي في احداث تكوينات شكلية ترفد الملصق بف | Realizing the beauty factor in designing the poster is considered as a significant goal including numerous indispensable goals because it realizes attraction and excitement then reaching to the connection that realizes the public speech. It is obvious to the specialists in the designing field the stylistic diversity in shaping forms that support the poster with activities contributing in its aesthetic diversity and aesthetic values helping to form the main objective of the study through the positive effect that this diversity make. According to this, the research is been organized in several chapters, the first contains the needs that the researcher touched in the poster designing system in Iraq. Such as : - 1 - The interested establishment in designing fields in Iraq is lacking to know designing styles that other countries adopt and considered number one in poster designing field like the Polish poster.2 - Using the objective stylistic diversity is showing weakness and needs to enrich the poster with aesthetic dimension in designed posters in Iraq.According to that the problem was identified on two questions : - - What is the role that the designing stylistic diversity does aesthetically in poster? - Is it possible that the aesthetic dimension in the poster would be affected by the diversity of the idea and technique? The importance of the research is identified through two points : 1 - The possibility of contribution in supporting the Iraqi artistic library with a methodical academic material.2 - Developing the performance and executive awareness for the specialists in designing field in Iraq through providing information about the aesthetic stylistic diversity in polish posters one of the most important in the world.And the goal of the research set including : the following disclosure of stylistic diversity wich contained in the polish poster and its linking with their aesthetic broadcast. And it based on three levels : 1 - The objective level : studying the stylistic diversity and its aesthetic impact on the polish posters.2 - The temporal level : (polish posters between the year 1990 - 2008) the researcher choose this period because it’s including all the styles that the polish poster follows since its start, besides this is the nearest period to research accomplishing time. 3 - The spatial level : the posters designed in Poland.Then define the terms that the research used which are : Beauty, diversity or variety, style, pre - modernism, contemporary art.The second chapter identified containing the abstract and the previous studies where it is organized in four research work, as the following : 1 - Stylistic diversity of the aesthetic mind through the history. 2 - The Poster and the history movement.3 - The technical part of the research (using).4 - Polish poster and the stylistic transformation pre - modernism.The researcher specifies a group of indications that represents a summary of the abstract : 1 - concerning the multiplicity of the schools and the artistic movements (realism, expressionism, new classism, touchisim, cubism, abstractionism, surrealism etc. …), Artistic styles of the artists numerate through mental reflections affected by the nature of changes that happens to the artists like the social environment and intellectual and cultural background, theses styles add many characteristics on the stylistic of international posters in general. 2 - Polish Poster design was in Four stages on the integration of image through effective aesthetic expressive symbols and metaphor techniques For past and Contemporary civilizations through the adoption of principles of complexity simplicity.Sense of belonging. Strange classic pluralism and symbolic form in the formulation for the purpose of organizing the relation ship between form and meaning are indicative and highlight the symbolic meaning and privacy and achieve the humanitarian need of wildlife. After that, the research procedures that the third chapter contains following the descriptive method (method of analyzing the content) in order to arrive to the results, the tool of the research will be presented as an application form to identify the issues that the researcher build with the help of experts then the chapter contains the process of selecting intentional samples for reasons explained before by the researcher which is estimated by (15) samples of different posters also the research take into consideration the truth and constancy of the research tool. Chapter four includes a description and analyzing the (15) samples of the research according to the issues studied.Chapter five presents and discusses the results such as : 1 - The personal effect of the designer appears in all the samples through adding personal touches on the posters in spite of using a group of styles in his design. 2 - Using different techniques of procedures external edges of the forms that make it fit to the main space and give the poster connection to the visual whole and the headlines which leads to give aesthetic significant touches to all the samples numbers (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14).3 - Chromatically using comes on two sections : section one is related to the style used in the poster and according to its executive and intellective establisher. The second section is related to implementation pressures controlled by the typical idea that is considered as the personal style of the designer and this using affected the poster with aesthetic values and this result appears in all the research samples (100%).Researcher concluded that a number of conclusion after the show results and the discussion that took place by including the factors.Factors have the times and traditions schools arts and global limitation on Poland from the years of war in the maturing and development of ideas put forward and made functional and aesthetic dimensions of stylistic diversity. The researcher recommended using stylistic diversity as a main source in designing Iraqi posters, because it has the power in realizing aesthetic values and activates the attraction and the excitement factor in the poster idea. At last, the researcher presents suggestions of titles that could be discussed in the future like (variety in the technical demonstration and its aesthetic values on the contemporary poster structure in Poland).
