Abstract: سعى البحث الى عدة اهداف للتعرف على المفاهيم الحقيقية لكل من المتغيرين الاساسيين في البحث وهما : تحديد العلاقة بين سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية , والخدمة الطبية في المستشفيات وتحسينها, التي تحتاج الى دقة في رعاية المرضى على نحو ينسجم وتطوير صياغة البناء ا | The research seeks to several targets to get to know the real concepts for each of the two variables regulars in the research, namely : defining the relationship between the behavior of organizational citizenship, and medical services in hospitals and improve that require accuracy in patient care in line and the development of the formulation of social construction and economic sound, and determine 'What is the relationship between personality traits of medical Angels (gender, age, marital status, educational attainment, number of years of service, the medical title (career) with all of the behavior of organizational citizenship and the role of improving the medical services within the hospital, in order to make sure the differences in Find answers sample, and also provide helpful suggestions in Iraqi hospitals to build a distinct organizational citizenship behaviors and improve the quality of medical service.It was identified field problem before embarking on research through the distribution of a questionnaire to measure (1) (Appendix 1), the sample selected randomly, and after treatment clauses and spilling it statistically, it was concluded that there is a very weak by hospitals and physicians in the management of hospitals interesting the field of research, as well as that there is a very weak interest from hospitals and medical management of the service provided to patients, and there is an effort to improve hospitals in the area of research, and this current research as a starting point.I've been eating a gateway theoretically integrated with respect to the behavior of organizational citizenship in hospitals, as well as has been the concept of medical service, while the practical side has been adopted on the descriptive and analytical through a questionnaire (1) (Appendix 1) and identification (2) (Annex 2 ), which have been prepared and presented to the arbitrators, and focused research problem and is the behavior of organizational citizenship and the extent of adoption of Doctors Hospital research it, and its role in improving the quality of medical service in Iraqi hospitals, it is a broad subject aspects and important Botarh and fields, in terms of being affect the process of work and its development and growth of the medical staff in the fields of competence.In order to achieve the effect on the search hypothesis it has been distributing a questionnaire (2) number (106) on a sample of medical staff in the surveyed hospitals, was the questionnaire design as a tool for President in access to data and information, have included research sample various medical staffs, which included (Doctors competence Doctors consultants, two senior resident doctors, resident doctors periodic), have been addressed through a programmatic (SPSS.V22 - AMOS.V22) statisticians. And through which concluded that there is little effect of the behavior of organizational citizenship to the improvement of medical service in the surveyed hospitals, in addition to the lack of variations in answers doctors study sample attributed to personal variables that include (age, marital status, and educational attainment, and the number of years of service, Medical and address).Words key (key) : organizational citizenship behaviors, personality traits to physicians, physicians attention, care for the sick and improve medical service, Iraqi hospitals.And united conclusions, that he was not there the attention of doctors, whatever the personal traits of hand (age, marital status, educational attainment, and the number of years of service, medical and address), which led to poor practice behaviors organizational citizenship, and so for the improvement of medical service in terms of lack of interest departments to patients by a doctor of view, leading to weakness provided medical service to them, while he found that there is a positive impact and moral relationship to the behavior of organizational citizenship five dimensions (altruism, conscience conscious, and the spirit of tolerance, civility and kindness, and voluntary participation) to improve medical service, But it was the level of little effect, as a result of the low level of organizational citizenship behaviors in the hospitals of the Department of Health Baghdad / Karkh area of research.
