Abstract:
The nucleon momentum distributions NMD and the elastic longitudinal form factors F(q) for the electron scattering of the ground state for some odd mass nuclei in the 1f - 2p shell, such as 59Co, 61Ni, 63Cu and 65Cu have been derived and calculated by using the Coherent Density Fluctuation Model CDFM and expressed in terms of the fluctuation function (weight function)| . The fluctuation function has been related to the nucleon density distributions NDD of the nuclei and determined from the theoretical and the experimental results. The property of the long - tail manner at the high momentum region of the nucleon momentum distributions has been obtained by both the theoretical and experimental fluctuation functions on contrary to the results of the nucleon momentum distributions derived and calculated in the shell model by taking Fourier transform to the harmonic - oscillator wave functions that are mainly characterized by the steep slope behavior at high momentum values. The experimental form factors of all nuclei under study are in reasonable reproduced by the present calculations for all the values of momentum transfer .
